Cloud explorer app (formally skydrive) will not load on BB Z10

I hope someone can help me. I have a BB Z10 (software Ver 10.2.1.2102) and my cloud explorer application has stopped working. It will not load any more. There does not seem to be a lot of support from the application support so I hope I can get some advice from anyone that may have encountered a similar problem. When I select the Icon it goes to a black screen with a progress bar at the bottom that slowly progresses along and after 5 minutes it gets about 3/4 across the screen and then just stops. It just stops loading and goes back to the way it was prior to my selecting the app. Indecently, I have two other applications doing the same thing (Comwave Mobile and soundcloud).

I have no issues with my OneDrive app so I'm going to give you a standard resolution to your issue. I recommend uninstalling the app then reinstalling it once again. I've heard of no wide-spread issues with the app so it might be something on your phone that's making it go wonky (yes, that's a technical term).
So press and hold the app icon then press the garbage can icon. Once it's been deleted, install it once again from BlackBerry World. You won't lose any pictures doing this because it's a cloud-based app and everything will still be there when you login once again.

    If you are getting the blank app update screen, many, many people are having this problem over the last couple of days. It is a problem that Apple must fix now.
    According to Fly150 in another discussion, this will work.
    If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
    1. Go to App Store
    2. Select Purchased
    3. Select All
    4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
    5. Select update on the Apps
    This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store. Apple needs to fix this. It is a workaround only until then.

    Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
    Tap Updates from the bottom navigation bar. 
    Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.

    If you delete an app then yes, you will lose all content in it.
    Have you tried closing the app via the taskbar and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e. not with the app that isn't working 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
    If that doesn't work also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

    There is a problem with Apple’s servers that only they can fix. The problem has been going on for several days.

    Hopefully the red notification number will go away after the updates are applied.
    Another option is to update your apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the updated apps to the iPad.
    1. Launch iTunes
    2. Click on Apps in the list under the Library heading in the left Sidebar.
    Click on Updates at the top in the window on the right
    Update all of the apps
    Connect your iPad and Sync with iTunes
    If you do not see the sidebar in iTunes 11 - go to View>Show Sidebar from the iTunes menu at the top.

    The message 'waiting' displays under the app icon.  How do I continue so that I can download these apps?

    1. Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download e.g. Podcast, Books, Music, Movies or iTune U. Finish off the download and you should be able to download.
    2. Connect iTune; and Check for available download (under Store). When download is completed, sync to iPad.

  • I have songs that have been purchased and they show up in my I tunes but the are not showing up bold like all other songs in my library, they will not let me download from the cloud and will not load onto my ipod.

    I have a handfull of songs in my library that are not showing up bold like the other songs. When I click the icon to download from the cloud nothing happens and they will not load onto my ipod. When I look for them in the purchased area they show up as purchased and downloaded.

    So far as I am aware, books haven't been available for 6 years, so I'm wondering if you mean audiobooks.
    Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded.

    The apps I downloaded will not load anymore. The video also didn't want to load yesterday, but today the video will load fine, but the apps still wont.
    I have reset by holding down home and power. I have downloaded another app to see if that would work. But still not loading. It is brand new got it 2 days ago, but bought it factory sealed off of ebay, so don't think I got any warranty working for me. So this is my last hope. Any suggestions??

    I'm currently using an HP Pavilion g series, Intel3 Processor, Windows 7. I previously downloaded a trial version of Creative Cloud with Premiere and Illustrator. I upgraded to a full year student membership but now my desktop CC will not load, nor will the website allow me to download any application. I tried different browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox) and I uninstalled Premiere and Illustrator. Nothing will download or pull up. Please help!

    On the MBP, in iTunes, switch to Song view and enable the iCloud Status column by pulling down View > View options and selecting the option for "iCloud Status." Close the small window. Look for any tracks that have a status of "waiting." If you see several of them disable iTunes Match while holding down the Option key. Quit iTunes, wait a few seconds, then open it again and turn iTM back on. Let it compelete the scan. Wait until all tracks that are "waiting" have a status of either "matched" or "uploaded."
    On the iPad, turn off iTunes Match then launch the Music app and let the contents clear out. Power cycle the iPad for good measure, then re-enable the service once all the tracks in iTunes have been processed.

    Sounds like a problem with the router installation/configuration (likely) or a DOA router (very unlikely).
    Visit the forums for the router manufacturer (i.e., linksys, d-link, etc.) and ask for assistance there. There is probably a link to help listed in the router manual.
