I need to confirm if the Adobe Cloud option for Students and Teachers includes Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Sorry about that! Yes - When using the Cloud, if a teacher needed to access a student's account, they can use the student's user and pass, correct? The student just couldn't be logged in at the same time. Is that correct?

I am located in Malta and my son who attends college would like to purchase a subscription to Creative Cloud Complete for Students and teachers.
It seems that this option is not available to students in Malta in which case what is my son supposed to do?

Need Photoshop and Bridge: does Creative Cloud for students/teachers include both?[was: I'm confused, need help]

I'm a photography student about to start University. And I need Adobe Bridge and Photoshop for me to edit my photographs. The cheapest Creative Cloud for students/teachers is £8.78 a month, does this include both Bridge and Photoshop? If not does that mean i'll have to buy the Complete Creative Cloud for £15.88 a month?

Bridge is included with Photoshop. The package you are asking about also includes Lightroom, I believe.

Since it's registered...how/where do I find this verification...

I want to buy creative cloud package for students as I am currently a student but am finishing in 6 months, can I still buy the the plan even though half way through the year cease being a student?

Yes.
Adobe only checks your eligibility when you first sign up. Adobe does not monitor your academic status through the year and does not care when you graduate.
Once you're accepted, the plan lasts for 12 months. Then it expires unless you renew.

Option for students to buy an iPhone

What are the options to buy the iPhone 5 for students besides using credit card? The current situation is that iPhone 5 can only be purchased through online reservation, but the credit card limit for students is $500 and Apple doesn't accept PayPal. File Sharing scheme for students/teachers/staff?

I've recently inherited administration of an Xserve running OS X Server 10.5.8. I have a specific need for teaching staff to access the home folders of students via network shares. Ideally in groups - i.e. the home folders of students in Class A, the home folders of students in Class B etc. Of course students can be in both classes or just one. So, teacher chooses share "ClassA" and it lists the home folders, with access rights for r&w.
Any suggestions on how to set this up?
If later versions of the OS make this easier please let me know how.

You can have as many home folders as you like. However you can specify only one in the Home tab and that would be the one the student logs in with. This will also be the one the student saves their work in. Unless I've completely misunderstood your OP why grant teachers access to two folders when only one of them is being used?
You're going to have to re-think your home folder structure perhaps? You can make any student a member of multiple groups if you wish. You can create Group folders for each Class Group and again define access in a similar way. Group folders can be shared and made to automount on student login. There are a number of ways of doing this but students can be 'taught' to create a folder based on their name within the Group folder. As they create these folders they will automatically be given appropriate POSIX permissions making each user the owner with full access and everyone else read only. Adding an appropriate read/write ACL for the teacher group and propagating the ACL permission for that Group folder should give you what you want?
Once you begin to understand the permissions models available (server and client) and how they can be used in conjunction with each other as well as defining a simpler shared folder structure it will begin to make sense. I'm guessing here but assuming your background is Windows it would be a mistake to approach this the same way you would if this was a Active Directory environment.

I recently purchased the creative cloud student license for one year. After installing the desktop CC app, and downloading the CC 2014 softwares, they open up and require licensing / can be run only as trials. Why is this happening and how can I get the full softwares?

Have Adobe CC Complete for Students & Teachers but apps are telling me I'm on a free subscription

I have had problems renewing my CC subscription, for the first month of renewing I lost my promo subscription because customer care couldn't give it back after suggesting that I cancel the current subscription. For the second month, my subscription couldn't be renewed no matter what card I used and had to have it cancelled again and get a new subscription. This time the customer service agent didn't remove the free subscription on my account and now all my apps and subscriptions are being reported as being on a free subscription!! I'm limited to 2GB of storage, edge inspect is reporting I need to upgrade if I try to add more than 1 device, typekit is telling me I'm on a free plan and photoshop and indesign is asking me to upgrade. Customer service is asking me to talk to technical support when it is clearly an account issue.
CC is reporting I have only 2Gb of space when I'm supposed to have 20Gb
Typekit is saying I have a free plan as well
And edge inspect is also asking me to upgrade:
Please, please help. I'm 1 week into my subscription and customer service is effing up big time.

People, as we head into the weekend, this issue is still not resolved! I still don't understand why it is so damn difficult to just remove the trial version from my profile!
If you are unable to remove the trial version from my profile, can you at least deactivate the Creative Cloud one year membership from this profile so that I can buy a one year membership using another Adobe account? Will that solve this problem? Pls ensure you don't screw this up....I don't wanna end up with 2 one year subscriptions, and then get billed twice a month.
And yes, if you deactivate the one year CC subscription I purchased 7 days ago, I want a full refund too!

There is no final total cost. It is subscription software.
If you want use the software, you keep paying your monthly fee.
When you stop paying, the software stops working.

Can Creative Cloud for Students and Teachers be installed on two machines?

We're trying to figure out what license to buy for our staff that need to install "at work" and "at home." The license agreements are not available online anywhere that I can find ... probably will show up after we give Adobe our Credit Card number.
At any rate, are there any CC for Students and Teachers users who have the software installed on two machines?
