Cloud Storage Not working!!

I have an ix4-300d, Have port forwarding enabled on port 50500, But Personal Cloud Page says Router Not configured for port forwarding, but it is. I even have an address from Lenovo for the device. any thoughts?

Are you seeing the processing message in the unit's web interface or in storage manager while trying to connect?
Have you double checked that port 50500 is open for your external ip by using a port checker utility such as yougetsignal.com?  If port 50500 is listed as closed for the internet connection the unit is hosted on personal cloud will not work.   You would need to check that port forwarding is setup to the correct local address and possibly check with your ISP for potential port blocking on their end.

    Try perform below steps.
    Open task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc  keys. Click on more details if the option available.
    Then end all Adobe related processes, including Creative Cloud and Coresync ( if running )
    Then hold windows key on your keyboard and Press R key.
    It will open Run window
    In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok
    Open Local > Adobe folders
    Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folders
    Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders
    Go back to Program Files (x86) and Open Adobe folder
    Try deleting Adobe Creative Cloud folder, if it is not allowing rename it to Adobe Creative Cloudold
    Download and install Creative Cloud App from below link

  • Lightroom with cloud storage, NOT synced

    I have nearly 1TB of photos and videos.  With Google (& the rest of the world) reaching a $10/month price for 1TB cloud storage, I want to put all of this media into the cloud and get it off of my PCs.  I do not want to use desktop sync because then every computer I use needs 1TB of disk space just to hold media that I hardly ever access.  But I do want to have all of those photos and videos cataloged, tagged, and searchable.
    Ideally, the catalog itself should be synced to my desktops so that I can search through my collection quickly, but the photos should be stored only in the cloud, unless I actually open a photo to view or edit.  Then it should temporarily be copied locally, and any edits pushed back to the cloud when I'm done.
    Can Lightroom work like this?  Is there any program out there that can?

    No LR needs the photos accessible locally to work on them.   Maybe someday.

  • Mass storage not working correctly

    So I've checked and all the setting are correct (or at least the ones I can get to), and I even ran the DOS program to fix it everything happens as described (program runs and resets phone...). I've always been able to see the phone in 'my computer' when it's connected and clicking on it I can see the 'memory card' and open it up too - it just is empty on the computer when it's really not. If I click the properties of the memory card it shows the real amount of free space and 0 used space, even though it's got about 500MB of stuff on it.
    I can add files from the computer and they are copied and I can see them when using the phone, but if I delete them using the phone the computer still shows them as being there. If I try to open a deleted file it searches for a few minutes and then tells me the file cannot be found but it's still displayed as if it were there.
    It's like the phone is hiding everything it does on the card. If I take the card out of the phone and plug it into the computer directly everything is there as it should be. This is really beginning to be a PITA and when I try to search for information all I find is stuff related to the mass storage mode not working at all, not malfunctioning as it is in this case. Any ideas?

    I would recommend copying all the files from the Media Card to your PC, basically a backup of the card files.
    Then reinsert the card in your BlackBerry, and format the card using the format command in Options > Memory or Options > Media Card, whichever is present for you.
    Then on the PC, search ALL folders on the card folders and remove ALL "bbthumbs.dat' files, delete them. Get them all.
    Now, connect and see if you can copy back your files to the card.

  • PS Cloud does not work with Windows8

    Why is there no warning when you buy or subscribe to Adobe Cloud alerting you that PS CC does not work properly with Windows 8??? There is no customer service agent to work with you on fixing the problem, and I am not a programmer... so I do not have the knowledge or the time to figure out how to update video cards and drivers...

    You have a bit of a misconception.  Adobe software in general works just fine with Windows 8.
    YOU are the system integrator of your computer.  It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the computer provides the essential facilities that the application software you try to run needs.
    As you have chosen Windows, not OSX, you will need to learn enough about how to set up and maintain your system so that it works.  This will involve learning how to get the proper drivers into your system to make it capable of running Adobe software.
    It's not a difficult process.

  • Lightroom via Creative Cloud is not working.

    I have a problem. I have One Year, Paid Monthly plan. I'm paying every month automatically, the next payment is in a week but when I'm trying to open Lightroom now it shows me that "0 days remaining" and is not allowing me to use it. I upadated it and it's still not working even on my profile it shows me that it's actual/updated.
    I really need it badly now and don't know what to do?

  • LR Mobile 5.6 Desktop: Up sync from DL desktop on Mac to Adobe Photo Cloud does not work, down sync from Cloud to DL desktop works

    I have successfully used DL Mobile for some months (currently: some 3+k photos in Adobe's Photo Cloud, in 56 collections).
    Some two weeks ago sync on DL desktop went erratic, i.e. sync attempts were always active according to the spinning wheel in the UI, but no sync happened. Right now this has changed to a status of no sync indication on Mac DL desktop whatsoever (no spinning wheel). No upward sync of changes from DL Mac to the Adobe Photo Cloud is happening.
    BUT: Up-sync to the Adobe Photo Cloud from iPad works: For example, change results can be seen immediately via browser in Adobe's Cloud collection library. AND, strange enough: the changes from iPad via Cloud are synced down to DL desktop on the Mac as well (without any sync indicator visible on DL desktop though).
    What can I do to get back to full functioning?

    Could you please send me a LR Desktop diagnostig log  - best as a private message with a downloadable dropbox link.
    You can trigger the log via LR Desktop preferences -> Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt key you will notice a generate diagnostic log button

  • Adobe cloud is not working correctly

    I have several issues accessing my cloud from my IMAC
    1. click on FILE and its says :

    Called last week started a ticket was promised a call back within 48 hours which i found unacceptable but 5 days later no call back

    What version of Photoshop Lightroom do you currently have installed?  I would also recommend reviewing CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.

  • Creative CLOUD does not work

    I just got a new computer with windows 8 operating system...joined this adobe creative cloud mess.   Photoshop, which i joined for, is not even downloaded... Lightroom has downloaded and works, nothing else works.  I spent thelast two days reading all of the information about everything, and nothing works... all of these discussion forums, offer no answers, i want  the program to work, and i would not like to pay for days of troubleshooting, and your quick fixes that you have used in the past, i want it to work on my computer without having to take another college class and reading all of the previouis problems, because i had faith enough to join without looking into reviews on google, about how bad this service is.
    This has been an awful experience, it is not even simple enough to just report issues and get a response, as i am spending my money on your product and it isnt working, i call for help, and you are closed for the holidays, but your system to take my money is not closed...That is very special.   Thanks for your blacker, than black friday.

    sometimes some of them behave like bulls in a china shop. Despite this negative news, you might be consoled a little bit, because I also had to do this experience.
    Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

  • Creative Cloud Does Not Work - Need to Cancel

    Several months ago I decided to try Creative Cloud rather than purchase software update when I switched from my MAC to a new Windows 8 PC.
    Initially I was able to sign up and download but the products locked up and I could not use.
    I uninstalled and reinstalled but same issues.
    I updated OS to Windows 8.1 and tried to download again.  Still won't work.
    So I refreshed my PC which removes all software and puts it back to state it came from factory then updated all Microsoft software and drivers etc.
    Reinstalled everything with few issues except for Adobe Creative Cloud.
    I can log in, but when I go to the page for Documents or Download all I get is a  blank white page whether using IE or Chrome (latest versions of each).
    I can't see any download links so I can't install products so I can't use.
    After months of paying for something I can't use I am giving up.  I want a refund.  I have spent untold hours trying to get this to work.  It simply isn't worth the hassle.
    I have good bandwidth, a relatively new and powerful computer, all of the latest updates for OS etc.  No issues with Microsoft products or other products - just Adobe Creative Cloud problems.
    Please have someone contact me about how I can cancel and get a refund.  I am certain you can tell from your servers that I have not used the products in months after initial download and issues resulting from that.
    I don't have time to spend hours trying to get something to work and I can't tell you how many hours I spent on the refresh which was simply to try and get Adobe Creative Cloud working since everyting else on my computer worked but Adobe would cause lockup and even blue screen in one instance when I tried to utilize.

    Nothing works on this cloud /oas.  Anyone else unable to get email contacts in Address Book?  Should not have to do this manually when it's supposed to sync
    or is the syncing non existent?

  • Eprint and google cloud print not working

    I have set up my printer for eprint and also set up google cloud print, however nither of them print. I can see the ones I have sent to the hp server using the printer email address but they do not print. I also have selected them and tried to print them from the server but they don't get through to the printer. The printer connects to the server and gives me back the correct email address. has anyone got any idears.

    I see you are trying to print via ePrint and Google Cloud Print, but the printer never gets this command to do so. You are able to see the jobs in HPConnected and have verified the Email address. What is the error / statement on the print job in HPConnected?
    Typically, when an ePrint job doesn't send to the printer, the printer is in an error state. An error state could be out of paper, out put tray is closed, all the way up to paper jam.
    What is the model of printer you are attempting to use ePrint with?

  • Cloud Services not working

    What is going on with Cloud?  Neither my husband nor I have been able to access.  In fact, continuing error message, and services are draining my battery (and overheating my phone).  This has been going on for a couple of days now.
    Error msg "Sorry we can't connect to the Cloud services at this time.  Please make sure you hve a data connection and try again."
    Matters not if we access via data plan or WiFi.
    And we still cannot access our media on myverizon.com, despite three calls to Customer Support with absolutely no resolution.

    Been having the same issue for a week and a half now. Data or wifi I get an error message saying it can't connect. It'll let me into the app but after that it quits working. Quite glad I got online and found out I am not the only one having trouble. They want my fiancé to reset his phone but not going to do that if Cloud isn't even functioning properly

  • BT Cloud Software Not working

    Hi, I recently started to use BT Cloud, as I have an inclusive 50gb, I thouht, why not!
    I have installed it on my Mac, a laptop with windows 7 (32bit) I have, my iphone and now have tried to install in on the windows side of my mac which runs Windows 7 64bit. I  have installed and uninstalled it 3 times now and all it does is flash up, then the icon appears down in the task bar, then the window flashes up again for about 2 secs, then appears in the task bar for 2 secs etc etc. This goes on continuously and there is no way of quitting the software in the Task manager, the only way to make it stop is to uninstall the software!!

    But it works on my other laptop with windows 7, so this leads me to two questions:
    1. Does it not like 64bit operating systems? Hence why it runs on my other laptop which is 32bit. If so why can they design a mac version which is essentially a 64bit OS!
    2. Is my problem being that I am trying to install on the my bootcamp partition and what ever way it licences itself on the machine it thinks there is already a copy installed as it sees the Mac OS side and so won't install correctly??
