CME services button

Hi All;
How can I access or download the XML application that can be used in "url services ..." in CME? I downloaded CiscoIPServices from cisco.com, but I am not able to make a list for the end user to select one of those services and I have to configure CME to access to CiscoIPSerives one at a time.How is it possible to have a list to select one of those by IP phone?

Reporting Services Button not working

I am having issues loading data from reporting services (using the reporting services button).When I click on the "refresh on load" box, is not pulling the data automatically. The data gets pulled only if I press the button. Also, the trigger cell feature is not working either. This all started happening when I installed sp1. In the first version of excelsius 2008 engage I had no problem. Also I am pulling data based on date range, the data only pulls automatically if I type the numbers in the cells, if I calculated the date range it no longer works and i have to press the reporting services button for it to pull the data.
is there any setting or a hot fix or some known issues about this?
Note: I am using report parameters
Also, I also opened a model that I had created with first version of excelsius 2008 using sp1. The model did not automatically loaded the data. The flash file of that module works fine (since it was created with the earilier version).
I am sure there is a bug on the reporting services button.

I just upgraded to the new SP fix. I tested, based on an old file that automatically pulls the data from reporting services, but it didnt work. I still have to test it building from scratch using this new version. I dont think they have corrected the reporting services button issue.

Web Analysis-How to Point the Service Button in Report Dynamically

Hello All,
In Web Analysis, I have scenario like this :
I have divided users in 3 groups : ALL, EMG, LSCA. I have created 3 start pages(*Start Page ALL, Start Page EMG, Start Page LSCA*) one for each user which shows and point to reports assigned to that user. I am able to assign start to each group thru shared services.
In my each report, I am using service button e.g SB1 which points(links) to start page. Now, I have common reports for user group *(ALL & EMG)* and *(ALL & LSCA)*. If I login with ALL group, Start Page ALL appears and then i got enter to a report e.g. ReportA from start page ALL. In ReportA, I pointed the service button SB1 to start page(Start Page ALL). It works fine.
Now my problem starts when i login thru User Group LSCA. When i login, Start Page LSCA appears and I go to same report *(ReportA)* that User Group ALL logged in earlier thru Start Page LSCA. In this report, Service button SB1 points to Start Page ALL but I want when i login wid User Group LSCA, service button SB1 should point to Start Page LSCA. Similarly for user group EMG.
Plz suggest me how the same service button(SB1 in my case) in the same report should point to different start pages(dynamically) and it should depends upon User Group.

Thanks mark. I dont have the wsdl. At this moment we import our request and response structures and all the data elements manually.
i.e we generate xsds for all the data elements of request and response structures. then create them 1 by one in PI ESB and import the xsd's. Then create the message type and service (manually) and link all together.
I would like to see an alternative path to do this. If we have some api's then may be we can create our own tool to import this into PI ESR.
Hope you understand what I am looking for.

Dim Browser Service Button is not properly configured

I have created a report in Web Analysis Studio with a Dimension Browser service button, but when I open the report in Workspace the service button does not work. I am getting the following error message. "Dim Browser Service Button is not properly configured" Please let me know if I can use the Dimension Browser service button in Workspace.

In Desginer mode I added services to my view
I choose dimension browser from the options
selected the data source and changed the title.
When I open the report in Workspace I receive the error that its is not configyred properly

Please help me with Reporting Services Button

HI there,
I am having major trouble trying to get the reporting services button to work.
I have all the relevant SSRS and SQL Reporting Services installed on my local machine and quite happily connect to the SSRS reportServer via the URL: http:pw011157:8080/ReportServer yet when I try to enter this to the Report Server Button Connection in Xcelsius - the clock just goes round and round and round... never gives me a list of reports from the report server...
what do I have to do to get the Reporting Services Button to work correctly so I can pull in reports from SSRS

I've jsut spent 1 hour searching for an add-on Reporting Services or any type of file on my computer that could relate to installing the xrs gateway - Frustrated is NOt quite strong enough...
I can't even find the location where xcelsius extracts its single setup file to.?
I have the sp3 file from SAP software delivery - where the hell would I find the /add-ons/ReportingServices folder to install the component...
do they make it intentionally difficult?

Services button not working

Hi, im trying to use the extension mobility feature.
We have it setup and working. I currently use an account that works perfectly.
However, the "services" button on our phones, only seem to work on some.
I've compared the device configurations on a phone (7942) that it does work on, to one that it doesn't, and i can't seem to find any differences.
The extension mobility checkbox is enabled. Is there anything else I need to do?

What happens when you press the Services button? Nothing? A Host Not Found error? The XML browser but without an Extension Mobility option?
Did you subscribe the service to the phone? Unless you checked Enterprise Subscription on the EM Phone Service to make it global you will need to do this on every phone *and* the Device Profile so the user can logout afterward.
If Host Not Found what is the Services and Authentication URL on the phone and in Enterprise Parameters set to?

Reporting Services button component

hello,
this component is new to me in dashboard design 2011. i'm wondering what types of reports can be used to get data from for the dashboard model.
is there any other documentation on this component, other then the user guide? for example, i'd like to know what the user report history option is referring to and what is contained in the reports history.
any documentation would be greatly appreciated.

i see that i completely didn't understand the purpose of the reporting component.
for some reason, i was thinking that they button could be used to connect to something like crystal reports.

How can I remove the 'Access Information OnDemand Services' Button from the toolbar? I just upgraded BO XI R2 with SP4. I have to remove this button since we are hosting BusinessObjects on servers with multiple clients. They do not need, nor care about this (it will actually confuse them)...

This requires modifying JSP files. Please backup all files before mofying them.
Also, to the best of my knowledge this is supported. That said, this does not mean that the modifications will stick through updates/patches. Could someone from BO confirm?

Web Services button does not work

My friend purchased this D110 printer and he presses Web services button nothing happens. It is currently connected to Dlink router and we can access the printer from the laptop, however, when selecting product updates it says it is updated.
Also it does not display the email Id and even after selecting reset in the menu.....help

1. Confirm that the Wireless button on the front of the printer has a solid blue light?
2. Press and release the Wireless button and confirm that an IP address is displayed in the top-right of the display. It should start with 192.168...
3. After confirming 1 and 2 above, return to printer home screen, and press the Wireless button and select Web Services Settings from the menu.
4. Take the appropriate option below:
A. If the "Remove Web Services" option is displayed, select it. Then continue with step B below to re-enable web services
B. If the "Enable Web Services option is displayed, select it.
5. Complete the Web Services enablement process, which should result in a print out of the Web Services info sheet with a new email address for the printer.
6. Go to www.hpeprintcenter.com and create an account and add your printer to your account using the printer code on the Web Services info sheet you printed out. This will allow us to track the results of your emails if they don't print.
7. After adding the printer to your account, send an email to your printer, ensuring you enter the email address correctly

The restriction passcode is not necessarily the same as the device passcode.
The restriction passcode can not set itself. It had to be set by you or by someone with physical access to your phone..
Ask the person/people you live with if they set one... A spouse, a parent, a jealous boy/girlfriend, etc.
If they deny it, and you don't know what it is, then the only thing you can do is restore the phone using iTunes. Do NOT restore your backup. The restriction settings are contained in the backup.

Structurally, you really should use unordered lists for menus. And use sub-lists for your drop-menus.

Inside EM Console Test Service button-- Parse WSDL Failed to read WSDL

Hi,
I have SOA 11.1.1.5 installed. Have HTTPS setup also. I have multiple partitions and am facing an issue to access wsdls of all the processes deployed under that partition.
In EM Console when I click any Process under the partition in question then click Test and get a screen whith a button Parse WSDL when I select that button
I get the below error

Here are the steps I took so far but no luck
I went ahead deleted the custom folder that holds all xsds, wsdls from MDS and re-imported into MDS.
Undeployed all the processes and deleted the partition through EM.
Logged into MDS and ran delete from MDS_PATHS where path_fullname like '/deployed-composites/CustomServices%';
Again created the same partition through EM and deployed the Process but ran into the same issue.
As all the processes deployed in this partition have there schemas stored in MDS and are not part of the Project. So looks like it's not able to access the MDS for the referenced objects and so the wsdl load fails. But even if I deploy any other simple process that doesn't refer to MDS this also doesn't load the wsdl but if deploy the same process in other partition it works fine so wondering if there's anything with the Partition even though I deleted and re-created but somewhere it still keeps something.
But any process that refers MDS if deployed in any other partition also doesn't work.
So facing 2 issues why anything deployed in that particular partition doesn't work and second why any process that reference MDS for any objects doesn't work regardless of which Partition it gets deployed.
I really want to solve this rather than doing a complete reinstall which to me may endup in the same scenario.
When a paste the wsdl url in a browser this is what I get

Server Preferences - Services buttons grayed out

Hi,
I have 10.6 server. In the Server Preferences window under the tab "Services" I have the list of services available on my computer (File Sharing, Address Book, iCal, etc.) For some reason, all radio buttons are selected and grayed out with the exception of "Time Machine". That radio button can be edited. All other radio buttons are grayed out.
Any ideas? Which .com.apple file do I need to delete to fix this one?

if i understand it right, please try this one.
Close the service manager if running.
Got to the folder where it is located and use right click on the icon.
Use: execute as Administrator.
