CMS is not working

Question

Hi, I have installed BO Xi 3.1 and it was running fine.
I logged into CMC , and by error i stopped  the CMS server from there. Now everything is dead ,
- I am not able to logon in CMC. its showing some FWM kind of error.
- I also tried to go manage servers in CCM ,it ask for credentials  once i enter the credentials for that it says that there is no CMS running at  6400 , ( i think b coz i atopped that)
Please suggest me how should i make it up.

Hi Neo , Thanks for your help.
Actually my server was working fine. I am able to access all the applications.
Then in BO Administration guide i read that -
*The CMS uses two ports: the Request Port and the Name Server Port. The
Request Port is selected dynamically by default. The Name Server Port is
6400 by default.*
As Request Port is selected dynamically but we have a option to fix it also. When i entered the CMS request port no as-  6464 .
i got a pop up that you must restart the server to reflect changes. i click on restart the CMC through CMS only.
After that CMS logged out and i am not able to logon into the system again . now it says that there is no CMS running at 6400.
Could anyone help me on this.
Neo - I have a very basic question , if someone stops CMS server through CMC how can i restart CMS server again ?
1. I cannot do it through CMC b coz CMS is down and you cannot logon in CMC
2. Even through CCM when you click on manage server a pop up will appear and asking for BOE username and password , but that logon will also fails as CMC in not runnning.
Just let me know  -  if someone stops CMS server through CMC how can i restart CMS server again ?
