Cn=config missing in OUD installation

Hi,
I tried installing OUD on Windows 7 and on Suse Linux 11. However I find that cn=config is missing from their installations. I saw this link about possible bug, however even after provide appropriate permission, i do NOT see the issue getting resolved.
Any help is appreciated.
Known Issues - 11g Release 2 (11.1.2)

Hi
The cn=config is visible from the admin port (default 4444), not from the regular ldap port (1389 in your case).
Try the same search (over SSL) to the admin port as directory admin. You will get the config

Missing the itunes installation file

i am missing the itunes installation file and thus can't uninstall old version or install new version - can someone help? thanks in advance

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

Package missing in KM installation

I have installed EP6.0 on WAS6.4 and installed KM on it. I have also applied SP12 patch for both EP AND KM. The problem is when i visit content management in portal it does not shoe any images (like folder etc.). I tried to investigate the problem and found that the package <b>com.sap.km.cm.docs</b> from which it is fatching these images is missing. I reinstall the KM it did not solved the problem. Can anybody tell me from where i can get this package's .sdm file? or any other way to correct the problem.

Check the 'Root Directory' setting of the 'etc' repository; it must point to the 'etc' directory under 'global/config/cm'; for example, if your installation is under /usr/sap/FUN and the /sapmnt/FUN is the shared filesystem then the 'Root Directory' should be set to '/sapmnt/FUN/global/config/cm/etc'.

Items are missing in self-installation kit

I ordered high speed internet (faster plan) yesterday. I chose combined modem and wireless router.
Today I just received the self-installation kit and I found out that several items are missing. The first one is the phone line filter and the second one is the CD.
The package only contains a modem, phone line, cable line, power cord, user guide, and quick uide. That is it.
I want to know what else is missing in my package?

Option "SAP system" missing in SAP installer Win 2003 (32 bit)

Hi
We have SAP NW 7.0 SR3 & SAP ERP 6.0 SR3
When we are trying to install SAP ERP/ NW using master installer on Win 2003 32 bit (any database) the installation option "SAP Systems" is missing.
The same is available in Win 64 bit installation.
We have copied product.catalog file from 64 bit setup to 32 bit setup and started sapinst.exe again.
It worked fine.
ECC has been installed and we are able to thru SAP GUI (thick client).
Is it OK to do so?
Was this intentional or a bug in setup?

New installation of ECC6 is for 64 bit only.You can not have 32bit installation any more.
That can be a reason.

Original files are missing after re-installation (Test-sequence context.ctl)

Hello,
after upgrading from LV2010 to LV2013 my VIa are missing these files for eample
Labview Test-Sequence Context.ctl
TestStand GetPropertyValue (String)
I also reinstalled Teststand.
How can i get the files back? I fdont know if they were a part of Labview or Teststand-installation.

Hey TM,
It soundls like the missing VIs are part of TestStand.
"TestStand GetPropertyValue (String)" is something TestStand provides, "Labview Test-Sequence Context.ctl" is also a TestStand component if I remember correctly.
It is important that LabVIEW is installed first. After, you can run the installer of TestStand. It is important that support for LabVIEW is selected in the installer.

Missing IDES ECC5 installation disk for SAP Kernel - MaxDB Version

Hi,
Our HQ sent us installation disks for IDES ECC5. We copied them all onto our server and started installation. The system is now informing us that it can't find the SAP kernel information.
I can only assume that we're missing one of the installation disks.
We're desperate to get this installed and it will take another week for our HQ to send through another disk. Does anyone know whether we can download this from somewhere? We have had a look on SAP marketplace but you only seem to be able to download the kernel for Oracle, MSSQL and DB2....no MaxDB.
Additionally, if there is somewhere in Asia we can download this, then that would be better as we are having internet problems when connecting to Europe and the US.

Installation option missing from nw04s installation master

Hi ,
Did anybody encounter with missing installation option from new latest NW04S installation master for windows ia32 or solution manager 7.0?
I tried all ways .. but still i cannot get the way to choose the right option.

Firstly .. thanks for the reponse.
I download NW04S installation master or Solution Manager Installation Master from service.sap.com latestly. And tried to install a new sap system from the downloaded instmast .. but couldnt find any option to install.
Here is the exact place where i face the problem.
1.Open the Installation master for NW04S or Solution Manster Instalaltion Master
2.Expand any of the relevant product section on the installation master like "SAP NETWEAVER 2004s Support Release X"
    2.1 <no Entry for option called "SAP Systens">
    2.2 Standalone Engine
    2.3 Optional Standalone Uints
    2.4 Additional Software Life Ccyle Tasks
Except the first option , all other options exists.
This was same casw with even Solution Manager 7 Installation master too.
If you want to see the same problem, download the latest Installation Master from marketplace and check.

LSNRCTL is missing in 9iLite installation; TNS-12541: TNS:no listener

I have installed Oracle9i Lite on Windows XP Professional
(Build 2600). I installed the Mobile Server and then the
development kit, but after all of this, it appears that no
listener has been installed. I cannot even find the
LSNRCTL.exe file anywhere on my hard drives. Maybe it's in a
JAR somewhere in the installation set, but shouldn't this file
have been copied down and installed? The only two services
listed are Oracle Lite Multiuser Service and
OracleOUIHomeClientCache. The error which I receive
consistently through every means of attempting to connect to
the local Oracle instance (such as the sample database) is TNS-
12541: TNS:no listener.
Am I missing something here? I installed the 9i Lite version
because the 8i Personal Edition is not supported on Windows XP.

This has boggled me for the past six hours so I'm asking for assistance.
I downloaded "Oracle9i Release 1 (9.0.1) for Microsoft Windows NT/2000/XP (Enterprise/Standard/Personal Edition)" for my own personal use and to get experience installing a database on my PC.
I'm getting the ORA-12541: TNS:no listener error message when I try to connect to my database. I try to find and run the LSNRCTL utility, but it's not present on my machine. I've re-installed 9i 9.0.1 enterprise again and again, the program isn't on my machine. The HTML help file (http://www.csis.gvsu.edu/GeneralInfo/Oracle/network.920/a96580/admintoo.htm#487040) for Oracle Net says the program SHOULD be in oracle/bin but it's not.
Any other ideas? The ones recommended above helped me to research the topic, but still haven't given me a resolution, and I'm at a wall here.

This document relates to the following problems:
missing sequence presets when creating a new sequence
Encore error: "Encore will not launch in non-royalty bearing mode. The application needs to be serialized with a royalty bearing serial number."
When opening a project in Premiere Pro: "Error Adobe Premiere Pro: This project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No sequence preview preset file or codec could be associated with this sequence type."
When importing footage, the footage is missing audio or video.
These failures are all because Premiere Pro and Encore use some codecs that require activation before they can be used. If activation of these codecs has failed, these codecs will not be available to use.
