CNPJ Number Configuration

Hi All,
I need to configure CNPJ number for the new plant, I have a doubt on this, CNPJ number have following format ,
12.345.678./0001-96 and these digits represent three distinct elements:
12.345.678. - The first eight digits refer to the company registration number assigned to the company by the tax authorities.
                       *Its Configured *
0001 - The next four digits comprise the business place.
            Its Configured *
96 - The last two digits refer to the check digits, which the system uses to perform automatic checks when you create a customer or vendor master record, to ensure that no invalid numbers are stored in the system.
         where to configure this ???

Dear Experts,
During Serial Number profile in Serializing Procedure i have maintained the following settings, will it be fine:
MMSL     Maintain goods receipt and issue doc.     03     02
SDLS     Maintain delivery                                     03     02
SDRE     Maintain returns delivery                     03     02
But during MIGO. it is giving an error - " No new number can be entered for material". Also do we have to create serial numbers first before MIGO?? I tried that IQ01, i filled only plant it says " Stock control active".
I think i m missing some config settings

Vendor search with CNPJ number

Hello all,
We are in SAP SRM 5.0 Server 550 system with ECS.
Recently we went live with Brazil, now there is a requirement that the users while creating SC want to select vendors based on CNPJ number (Legal tax number - In vendor master is Tax number 1 ).
So the vendor search criteria should include CNPJ field. Can you suggest possible ways of achieving this.
CNPJ number is getting replicated in SRM.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your question. I talked to one of our search experts and he told me that most part numbers are searchable, as long as you are in the library that contains the part number. Alternatively, you can search for docs based on their part number n the Oracle Store.
Each book that is published using the standard Oracle procedures goes into a directory hierarchy on download.oracle.com. In your example, the URL for the table of contents would be:
http://download.oracle.com/docs/html/A75388_03/toc.htm
However, that URL gives a "page not found" error. So I suspect that the book either was published so long ago that it wasn't transferred over to the download server.

Massive modification of "Calling Search Space" under "Directory Number Configuration".

Hi all,
I have a question in order to modify in a massive manner the field "Calling Search Space" inside of the option "Directory Number Configuration".
There are a lot of phones that doesn't have the correct CSS, and I need to change it, but are aprox. 500 phones...
Is there any form that I can accomplish the task in a massive form? May be doing a query or uploading a CSV file??

I've tried your steps, but when I search for the extensions to modify, the checkbox doesn´t appear near of the result of any extension
the option just show me the extension list an some other information but not anymore.
Is there any option that I need to enable inside of CUCM??
Also the version of CUCM that we are using is 9.1.

Unless a country or location appears on the list of available numbers, then there really is no other choice but to choose a different location. The Skype Number availability is quite literally what you see on the list is what is available. Skype does not announce when new locations are added; we simply need to check back periodically.

You can use this component to identify and differentiate between individual items of material. This component therefore ideally supplements the material master record, which may contain all data for describing and managing a piece of material, but which does not enable you to differentiate between individual items of that material.
Example of Serial Numbers
You can use serial numbers in various business procedures within Logistics. In each case, a transaction history is created for the individual serialized material item and its status is maintained automatically.

Process Flow
You create a serial number profile in Customizing for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service.
You create a material master record and enter a serial number profile.
You create a batch master record for the material if it is to be managed in batches.
You can create serial number master records in advance if you want to have a pool of serial numbers.
From a technical perspective, an "incomplete" equipment master record is created for this.
You can create configuration data for serial number master records.
You assign serial numbers to the material when business procedures take place (for example, a goods receipt):
Either you assign manually serial number master records that you created in advance, or
The system assigns automatically new serial numbers and creates new serial number master records for this
Configuration maintained under
SPRO->IMG-> Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-> Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-> Technical Objects-> Serial Number Management-> Define Serial Number Profiles
Maintain the serial number profile in Plant/ Storage data2 view.

Analog line Fax to an another number

HI - I have an analog fax line 2580 now that we want to forward it to 3600 another fax line. I am not sure if I am doing this right or not (8.6.2 version) in the directory number configuration I check the box Forward all and entered the full phone number of the new fax line, in the CSS I entered the CFwdAll search space. When do DNA to see if call goes through I get Match Result Blockthispattern, route block cause unallocated number. Not sure why I get this! On the phone configuration I have the old number as a analog phone in line 1, I added a line two as the new 3600. What am i missing?

I unchecked the Forward all - did not relize it would go to voice mail.
What I meant about line 1 and line2 is the 2nd line to the fax would be for the 3600 number. But sitting thinking about it the fax only has one line so that will not work either.
any thoughts on how to forward the 2580 to go to 3600? We would like to retire this block of DID's.

When I m tring to run the payroll for Canada I m getting following error.

Check account and registration number configuration from 1.01.2010 31.01.2010
I m maintaining 0461,0462,0463,0464 tax infotype for canada.
Please help me to resolve this isssue.

Can Business Partner number and Vendor Number, Plant Numbe be same in SRM ?

Hi Experts,
We are configuring SRM7.0 with ECC6 ( Ehp4) having Classic Scenario .
I configured sandbox, and everything working fine.
I have one query. The Business Partner Number and the Vendor Code or Plant code are different. So while entewring the Location key in Shopping cart we need to enter BP code, by drilldown ( In drilldown we can see ECC Vendor Plant number).
Its no big problem,.
Can anyone suggest whether it is possible to have both Unique or exactly same , so no need to remeber both code or see in drilldown.

Location - BP can be different only since plant assign always internal BP number only so BP number and plant number can not be same.
but Vendor you have two options .
External Number - if you were selected BP and Vendor number will be remain same.
Internal Number - if you were selected BP and Vendor number will be different.

All the associated parties which are used in the SRM environment (like location, recipient and supplier) are modelled as business partners.
Due to this fact the user interface displays the business partner numbers in a uniform manner, as the business partners are the technical representation of the involved parties.
In order to give the user a better idea which business partners are shown by the numbers, a little text is displayed next to the corresponding field (e.g. 11147 - Werk Hamburg).
When ERP plants are replicated to SRM system, plant numbers are converted into business partners and a new ID is assumed.

Auto Create lines without clicking configurator button

Is there anyway to create related items automatically if a model item is entered in sales order form with out clicking configurator button.

Hello Kranthi,
Once you book the order, the order line should go to “Booked” status in case of an ATO environment. If you will do a Progress Order Place Cursor on the configured item line.
Actions -> Progress Order -> Ok. Select Create Supply Order-Eligible Press Ok.
This will Create the star part number (Configuration Item), if your BOM, routings have already been defined for the model part.

Updating a Directory Number
Follow these instructions to update a directory number that is assigned to a specific phone.
Procedure
Step 1 Choose Device > Phone.
The Find and List Phones window displays.
Step 2 Enter search criteria to locate a specific phone.
A list of phones that match the search criteria displays.
Step 3 Click the name of the phone to update.
The Phone Configuration window displays.
Step 4 From the Directory Numbers list, click the line that you want to update.(Probably Line 1)
The Directory Number Configuration window displays.
Step 5 Update the appropriate settings (Directory Number in this case to 0009)
Step 6 Click Update.
Step 7 The change gets automatically applied to the phone after you click OK; however you can click Reset Devices. For more information, see the "Resetting a Phone" section.
Note: Devices restart as soon as possible. During this process, Cisco CallManager may drop calls on gateways.

Serial number for alternate unit of measure

Hi,
I have made necessary serial number configurations. But when i raise a GR/Inbound document, serial numbers are generated for the base unit of measure (pieces/each)
Is there a possibility of generating serial number only for alternate unit of measure (cartons- 6pieces in one carton)

Serial number profile is maintained in the material master for a particular material which flows from IMG > Basic Functions
> Serial Numbers > Determine serial number profiles.
Serial numbers are required for unique identification of the material. before the goods issue happens and the material is despatched, the material is scanned for the serial number.
Serial numbers are maintained for a material which is picked scanning of the serial number. (to see the serial number for a particular material, go to MMBE and enter the material and execute. Click on the batch, Go to environment and say display serial numbers). The serial numbers can be created in IQ01 for a material and the status of the serial number can be seen in IQ03. ECUS represents that the material is sold, ESTO represents that the material ia in stores and AVLB represents that the number is available.
For a combination of material and serial number, there is an equipment number. Th equipment number can be created in IE01 and can be viewed in IE03.

Lync Server 2013 - Incorrect Dial-in Conferencing Number Displayed

I have configured dial-in conferencing and I have tested it and it is working as expected, but the dial-in webpage is showing an additional number that I cannot find configured anywhere in the Lync Control Panel. Once I navigate to the web page https://dialin.domain.com
I am seeing two numbers under the "Conference Dial-in Numbers" section. The problem is only one of these numbers has been configured in the Control Panel under Conferencing > Dial-in Access Number, the other number is bogus and I cannot find it
anywhere in the configuration.
I have tried disabling 'Dial-in (PSTN) conferencing' in the Topology Builder, removing all dial-in access numbers from the Control Panel, deploying the topology, re-running the Deployment Wizard on the Front End server. I then started from scratch and re-enabled
dial-in conferencing, added my only valid dial-in number, and ran the Deployment Wizard on the Front End server. Unfortunately this did not remove the bogus number from the dial-in webpage.
Does anyone have any idea on how I can remove this incorrect number from the Dial-in Conferencing web page? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

This same issue happened to me once. The problem occurs when you disable Dial-in Conferencing without first deleting the Access Number. For whatever reason, this causes the Access Number to be removed as an AD contact object, but the number is not completely
removed from the topology. The end result is when you re-install Dial-in Conferencing and add an Access Number back into Lync, two Access Numbers will appear in Meeting Invites and the Dialin Settings webpage, even thought there is only 1 Access Number configured
in Lync.
If you manually export the Topology with Export-CsConfiguration to a zip file, you will find the entire contents of the CMS database in an XML file in the zip container. If you search through the XML file, you will find all of the Dial-in Access Numbers
that appear in the Dial-in Settings webpage. I was able to manually edit the XML file in the zip container and remove the extra Access Number. I then imported the edited XML zip back to CMS with Import-CsConfiguration.
This is a VERY RISKY procedure and could screw up your entire Lync deployment if it is not done correctly. I would highly suggest opening a case with Microsoft PSS to have them help you solve this issue if you are not familiar with Lync CMS recovery procedures.
If you do attempt to fix it, make sure you have a good export of the CMS and LIS databases to recover from if necessary.
