CO-OM responsibility area

Hello,
I want to authorize values for "CO-OM responsibility area" (K_CCA authorization object).
However, I'm not sure which responsibility areas the company is using.
Where can I find this information in the Customizing?

The problem is, I went to this path, but there is only CK work area.... no HI. Here is what I get:
Work Area: CK / CK / CK.... only CK
Message: 006 / 001 / etc.
Name of area of Responsibility: System Support / Costing / etc.
Group1: <No data>
Group2: <No data>
Do you know where this HI come from?

Acrobat Pro 7.0 form creation, email responses are blank

I created a fill in form for email submission in Adobe Designer 7.0. Some of the responses are coming back blank and some are coming back with the data. What is the difference and how can I quickly correct this?

You should really ask in the Designer forum since that is the product you used to create the form (even if you did not realize it). In that sense I agree with Michael. However, just have the folks send back the form data, not the entire form. This saves a lot on the size of the e-mail and also means you have no limits since it does not have to be saved in the PDF. The data can then be imported into the FORM.
It is typical for folks to start by trying to submit by e-mail. That is dangerous since it depends on the client machine over which you typically have no control. If possible, it is always best to try to submit to a web script.

K_PCA - EC-PCA: Responsibility Area, Profit Center

Is there any report which will show which user has k_pca profit center access
PFCG-> Z_USER_ROLE->AUTHORIZATIONS TAB-> change authorization data->Manually tap button type k_pca and press enter to insert authorization then you can see controlling -> EC-PCA : Responsibility Area Profit Center -> CO-OM Responsibility Area -> profit center group.
I want to know how many users has access for CO-OM Responsibility area (P&L Access) and to what profit center group .
Is there any tables in which a query can be wrote to fetch the detail authorization

Have you executed a trace while a functional user executes the transaction code for the specific parameters? (i.e. document type). The trace will then show which objects are being checked; then look at the object documentation in txn Su21 to determine if there are any ways to restrict on the particular value; in some cases, if the authorization group field is being checked, additional configuration is needed in order to implement the security (Su21 will explain in detail for the particular object).

Hmmm...I thought this tool was going to be a good replacement for Survey Monkey. I was wrong. I definitely need a way to tabulate responses from multiple surveys so that I can roll them up by region or state or district. Do you have any suggestions of how I could accomplish this in AFC?

One of my forms and it's responses are missing from "My Forms"

Two days ago I was working with the responses from one of our forms. I went to continue to work on the data last night and the form and all it's responses are missing. Is there any way to restore the form and/or it's responses from a backup?
Also, I have a pdf copy of the form, but when I go to import it I get an error basically saying I cannot import the form because it has already been distributed. Is there any kind of workaround to this so I don't have to recreate the form from scratch?

Max,
FormsCentral currently does not import the pdf copy back. Sorry for that. If you want to have a backup copy of a FormsCentral form, a better way is export the form design. You could do that in the Form Design, File – Export Design File…, to export the form design and save it locally. You could then import the form design back to your account in a later time. Note, export the form design would not include the responses data.

Flex 4 - Complex objects in a web service response are null

I'm using a web service (imported by the data services tool) that returns an array of objects. The service returns the array just fine, except the objects aren't being created correctly.
The objects (we'll call them CPs for now) contain some strings, an int, and 3 other complex objects. The basic fields (strings, ints, booleans) show up just fine, but the complex objects all show up as null.
The web service is working properly, and I can see that the response it's getting is correct.
If anybody has any help regarding this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it.

There should be classes generated by the tool that map to the types in the
WSDL, and then the actual webservice response has to match the types in the
WSDL. If there is some discrepancy, the conversion will not happen
correctly.
Also, the generated classes must be linked into the SWF. If you comment
them out of your code somehow, then they won't be available for the
conversion. Generate a link-report and make sure they are in.
You might also have trouble if you do not use the generated WebService and
go directly to mx:WebService.

Responses are out of order

The responses we receive are out of order to the questions in the original document. Why does this happen? There are times when the question names in the response file are not the same as the question names in the original document. Again, why?

I am going to take a guess that your form is an Imported PDF form, and not a form created in FormsCentral. This is a known issue with Imported PDF forms, the response table does not match the order of the fields in the PDF, the only way around this is to re-order the columns manually. For the names used in the Response Table, you can edit those form field names in Acrobat prior to importing so they are more useful and match the form.

Mail Responses are missing...sometimes

When I respond to incoming e-mail a curved arrow appears in the far left column. When I select the arrow to review response, Mail tells me the message may have been deleated even though it is hasn't. This problem occurs in about 50% of all responses. In the the other 50% the sent message appears when clicking on the arrow. Any fix so 100% appear?

a curved arrow appears in the far left column this indicates that the received email has been replied to by you. If you click on the arrow you will view the reply, if it still exist in your sent folder. If it is not in the sent folder you will received the message that it has been deleted.
So you are reporting that about half of your replies are no longer in the sent folder.
This will be the result of your settings in the mail Preferences > your account > special mail boxes > Sent setting where you can choose to delete your sent messages as never, one day, week or month old or when you quit Mail. Whatever setting you have chosen is periodically removing these messages leaving only apparently half of them when you check. Change that setting to your preference.

End dated responsibility are visible once login as sysadmin

Dear Gurus,
There are some responsibilities are End-Dated for the user SYSADMIN.
But once i login as sysadmin user i can see all the responsibilities are present in the Navigatior responsibility tab.
It took a long time for login as sysadmin user.
Is this the reason because there a more number of responsibilities are atteched to SYSADMIN user?
I have checked the responsility most of them are end dated but they refelect in the responsility tab.

I restored Firefox to its default settings but the slowness, crashing and non-responsiveness are not resolved

Hello fellow-users of Firefox,
I followed the advice stated in the Support article about slowness, crashing, etc. by restoring Firefox to its default settings. But the problems didn't go away. The browser remains slow and still gives me error messages about a non-responsive script or plugin and crashes. To make matters worse I don't see the menu items on the top toolbar I was so used to using, like File, Edit, View, etc. I used the View menu very often to zoom in on texts too small for me to read. Now I can't do that. I tried to drag some icons from the menu on the top right-hand corner of the page onto the top tool bar above the address bar, but this is not the same as what I was used to using before, And there are no File, Edit, View, Tools icons in the menu. So now I'm seeing my g-mail inbox in tiny little characters. I tried using the magnifier suggested in the Troubleshooting page of Support, but it's too cumbersome so I gave up.
Would someone kindly please help me out on these issues? Thank you very much in advance.

Oracle 11g database Connection & Response are very slow

I have an ORACLE 11g R2 on lRed Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.3 (Tikanga).
initially it was working fine.
Now a days while attempting to connect into the database from network using @service_name
it takes a lot of time to establish the connection and even it gets connected the query response time is very high.
on the other hand if I connect from the native database machine's terminal without @service_name it works fine & the response time is convincing. But even from the native database machine's terminal with @service_name it is giving me the same pain.
can any body help me how to fix this.

Non responsive area on screen

Their is a band across my screen that is non-responsive to my mouse select button. from about 2 inches from the top to about 3.5 inches down from the top.
 I have tried reloading, still no change. this fault is only in firefox.
 This is my 2nd submission.

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar or the Babylon extension that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.

When I send a msg. on my ipad to another apple phone or product, the original msg and responses are sent to my wifes phone?

is there a way to turn this off? it just seems pointless that she gets the msgs that I am sending to other ios users.

Have you checked if she used her account to buy something on your iPad? Is the iPad under your own account or under hers?
You can change the settings on "Settings" - Messages - "Receive at"

My responses are not coming back to me even after they have been submited

I have created a fill in form and have distributed it on a web page. It can be opened and information filled in. When they hit the submit button - It states that it hase been submitted. I don't receive any of them. What can be my problem?

How do you figure this is a Thunderbird problem? Thunderbird hands the email off to your providers SMTP server and then it is done. It has no control over what the servers that the message pass through do with it.
