CO_PA Data Load/Source

Question

HI,
   I developed a CO-PA data source in KEBO based on our operating concern
   Included (Characteristics from the segment level,Characteristics from the segment table,Characteristics from the line items,Value fields)
When i extracted data from R/3 to BW using the Data Source i developed in KEB0...some posting are missing (Very Few)...
Questions:
1) Why there is a variation in CO-PA data .......is it some thing releated open/closed postings...   and
2) In which tables do i need to check the data in R/3 for CO_PA so that i can compare with that of BW and check is there any error in Data Source
3) Is there any CO-PA report(Standard)  in R/3

HI,
There is nothing called open or closed posting.
1)Basically the COPA postings are done with the G/L accounts of types sales
so once the documents are posted to accounts various accounting documents are generated and one of them is CO-PA documnet which we find in the CO-PA data source.
That's why we have only time stamp based delta in the case of COPA.
so the difference could be because of some other reason.
Are you using a cube to pull directly data's from the R/3 to BW.
The difference could be because you are checking actaual as well planned data together... check with the selections of posting date it should work.
Or there could be any other reason of delta not picked properly.
2) Check for the tables CE1.....  for actuals data that is data which have posting date and table CE2..... for planned data which have no posting date. where  ...... is your operating consern.Also give the porper version while selections.
3)There is no CO-PA standard report in R/3.
Basically CO-PA data source gives you full document flow of a sales documnet right from orders to delivery,billing and then it's accounting documents so there is no such report in the R/3 and the CO-PA data source is for the BW purpose only.
