Load failures, Missing Deltas, Process Chain failures are common in daily support. Long Load times, Query time-outs are common for performance monitoring.
Normally the production support activities include
1.Scheduling
2.R/3 Job Monitoring
3.B/W Job Monitoring
4.Taking corrective action for failed data loads.
5.Working on some tickets with small changes in reports or in AWB objects.
6 Data Loading - could be using process chains or manual loads.
7. Resolving urgent user issues - helpline activities
8. Modifying BW reports as per the need of the user.
9. Creating aggregates in Prod system
10. Regression testing when version/patch upgrade is done.
11. Creating adhoc hierarchies.

Dear Sir/Madam Since the wifi is not coming ON how can I open this diagnostic on the iphone 4S am using and having problem with wifi behaving in erratic manner.
Am a professional engineer for projects and am 68 yrs old. At one time was looking after a production line manufacturing I C's in semiconductors manufacturing company of the US.
Have four apple products, one hp laptop and one DELL professional computer at home is used by only two members me and my wife.
Wife prefers working on ipad2 or ipad mini while traveling and has iphone 4. Am using iphone4S with laptop and Dell computer, No apple product is more than two years old.
Am having the problem in using wifi on the 4S after it was upgraded to the latest ios as per the recommendation by your software of my iphone 4S
The wifi card hangs up at it's own will and even a visit to your authorized service center in Delhi has not able to help me although they have reverted the ios back to the
one supplied with the set. Am a user and not a computer expert but it looks like the wifi card is not able to some times take the load while working which could indicate the wifi card is getting heated up.
My daughter who is Masters in 3D Animation is an ardent fan of apple products working at present in Canada was also gifted by me a 4S about 4 months back. My daughter-in-law is using iphone4 and an ipad for her professional works along with a Dell PC in the US. While my son is a fan of samsung products and does not like an apple product.
So in a family we have 7 apple products except MAC laptop/PC.
But the fact is, this problem with 4S has really shaken me up and now it seems your products are deteriorating in quality while demanding the best pricing structures.
Since this is purely the device and the software of apple problem you may please replace this set with new one as neither have any time to push you/ request you after your service centre
in Delhi told me yesterday this cannot be repaired.
The serial No of my set is DN*****TC0 and was bought from an authorized dealer and so were the other products from the same dealer in Delhi. This set is still in showroom condition and
was never used without a protective cover.

Product problem in CRM after system copy

Hi,
W made CRM system copy - created test system from production system.
after this we have problems with replication of sales orders from test R/3 to test CRM.
Product IDs were not replicated, but the rest of order yes.
I think this is problem with logical systems on products due to system copy.
What should I do to correct it?
run BDLS for all product tables , to change logical system production R/3 to test R/3 ?

Hi Radek,
Check the values for Logical System in COMM_PRODUCT CRM table. If its still pointing to your production system, just run the BDLS again. You need to run BDLS for two times. First one to change CRM Old Logical System to CRM New logical system and second one for ECC Old Logical System to ECC new logical system.
You need to run two times, because for some products ECC is the source system and for some CRM is source system.

Adobe Product Problems. Can't Install, or Uninstall programs. Also programs installed on my computer are not showing up in CC

I have tried many times but, I can not install any adobe products onto my computer (It does meet system requirements). It always is gets an "Installation failed" error at 42% I also can not uninstall adobe programs. I have Adobe after effects installed and I have tried to uninstall it. A window comes up saying "Uninstall Failed" and gives me some trouble shooting tips which I have tried many times. Another problem is when I open up creative cloud my installed programs do not show up. For example I have Adobe After Effects but, in creative cloud it is listed as uninstalled and has a button that says "Try" even though it is already installed onto my computer. I have problems with the CreativeCloudCleaner too. I have tried using it to uninstall programs but, when I choose the option to delete adobe CC products it only gives me the option to delete Creative Cloud and no CC programs. These are problems I have been trying to fix for days but, I have not yet found a solution anywhere.

64-bit Operating System (Windows 8.1)

Activity journal - copy products - problem

Hi,
I have problem with copying products from Activity Journal in Activity to follow-up activity (also to AJ).
I configured items copying, documents type copying, determination of item categories while copying,
and no products are copied from one activity to follow-up.
Can you tell how to do it?

that is because you are now creating your activity using follow up utility
try using actions and in action profile use processing type as method_call
there use parameter copy_document
and therein you create a container
and give initial, value inside it as the follow up transaction type you want to create from original transaction
then attach this action profile to your transaction
and in SPRO also do the copy control by mat ching the source and destination for copying the irem level categories
you can either create your Z action or use standrad action called Business activity
this will do what you want to do

I just downloaded Extension Manager CC but I don't see my Photoshop or Lightroom Applications in the Products Column. What do I do?

Please delete Extension Manager database file in
Mac: \Library\Application Support\Adobe\Extension Manager CC\Configuration\DB\ExMan.db
Windows:C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Extension Manager CC\Configuration\DB\ExMan.db
and re-launch Extension Manager 7.3.2.

Additionally when you put insert statement put them entirely and not copying from one table we don't have.

Thanks for the reply I made the changes but again the same thing is happening. Let me explain you the problem in a bit detail.
we have a web application that passes a token that we use to set the context. If the token is less than 255 characters we dont have any problems but if the token exceeds 255 it truncates the rest that causes the predicate function to issue an incomplete where clause.
When I changed the code with the one you recommended the same thing happend again. Here is the out put.

1) Going to contacts, select "Phone" directory, press Exit.

IMovie finished product problem

I have used older imovie software over the years but I haven't come across this problem before. I have imovie09 now and downloaded my footage in the imovie09 software form my camcoder (Sony vx2100) and then finished my movie. I transfered it to iDVD to put it on dvd. I finished burning it on dvd and watched it. I'm very displeased in the quaity of the picture, it looks like you shot the footage with an old VHS camcoder. I been using a G4 mac with ilife06 to burn the dvds with no problem at all. I did alittle test to see where the problem might be. I downloaded some footage into imovie09 (about 2 minutes) and transfered it to iDVD and did a burn on a dvd. the same quaity came out. I did a 2nd test with the footage straight to iDVD instead of going through imovie and the quaity was better. My grip is, this is the way I always done it in the past with older imovie software. why has it changed now??

I have the same gripe. I have used iMovie 5 and have had great results. The video quality looks great coming from a 3-chip MiniDV camera.
I recently "upgraded" to iLife 09 with iMovie 8. I like the feature that you can access other video events but the video quality is horrible. I recently read somewhere that iMovie 8 is geared more toward video editing for online purposes, which is not great if you want to show off your videos on a dvd to be played on a television. I wish I had know that before . . . I will try the suggestion regarding "exporting as Quicktime" and see how that works. Otherwise I will "downgrade" my OS to 10.4 and get my iMovie HD back up and running. Now I just have to figure out how to do that without losing everything . . .

Co-product actual settlement problem

I have a co-product problem. We have ML active.
We are going to use production orders in PP side but REM scenario in CO side. Under this condition is co-product usage effected?
Another problem is this, we have not a certain ratio between primary product and co-product. In the apportionment structure a ratio can be defined. With the creation of the production order, these ratios are going to be transferred from the material master to settlement rule.
During the production process, as I said before, the ratio is not realized, there are variances from the ratio. At the end of the period when we want to settle the order, the ratio is stable in the settlement rule. In other words, it is not actual, just planned ratios.
My question is this: Is it possible to change settlement rule during settlement in the base of realized production (101 movement type) quantities? How can we provide this, otherwise the result is not true in terms of actual costing .

SSL problem: SSL Forbidden or 12204 SSL port specified is not allowed

we have a BIG PROBLEM on a production system.
Some user on internet using IEXplore 5.0x could'nt access our https page.
Error reported are:
SSL Forbidden
SSL port specified is not allowed
We are using SSL on port 7002
This is the weblogic properties reagrd SSL:.
weblogic.security.ssl.enable=true

weblogic.system.SSLListenPort=7002
Any suggestion?
Is there a possibility to use port 80 both for https and http?

I think you need to setup your proxy server to allow 7002 port,
or use port 443 for SSL ( it is the default proxy secured port)

My serial number is not listed on my "products" in my account.

I purchased Lightroom on January 28th online and received a confirmation email (which I still have) but there is not a serial number listed in the email or on my account. I went back to make sure I didn't receive any emails with a serial number but there is none. Any help to recover where my serial number is would be appreciated.

The Products area can take some time to load after the page comes up so wait a minute or two and/or try a new browser in case there's something wrong with the JavaScript that serves the page. You do have to have purchased the products using the same AdobeID (e-mail) as you're logged into Adobe with when trying to view the orders and products.

Problem with very sloooow printing of pdfs in Acrobat 7 Pro and 9 Pro

Some pdfs print with no problem but others are painfully slow. We find that some that are slow with Adobe 7 Pro print fine with Adobe 9 Pro, while others are slow with Adobe 9 Pro but print fine with Adobe 7 Pro. Still others are slow with both. A huge productivity problem for us. Any suggestions? Thanks.

when you get to the print screen it looks fine on the page, I've tried all the other options for scaling and when it prints it prints really tiny in the middle of the page. I have the paper set to letter. I did't see any options about shrinking the print.
