CO11 N - activities to confirm - not appearing

Question

While using CO11N , std. values are not appearing for setup, process, teardown by default for the yield to confirm.
In OPK4 , on operation ind.entry using initial screen tab page settings are
Quantities-- All check boxes are set
Dates -- All check boxes are set
Services -- All check boxes are set
HR data -- All check boxes are set
Screen control for time ticket -Only qty/act radio button is set
Selection - both check boxes are not set.
I also tried OPK0 as suggested by forum member
Settings on default page are
qty proposal - immidiate
service proposal- immidiate
But still activitities to confirm are not appearing.

In <b>OPK4 - Order Confirmation Parameters</b>,select your order type which you have
used in the production order & Select display & after going into the screen select
the<b> tab page Operation individual entry using initial screen.</b>
<b>There Check whether there's a tick mark in the following check boxes.</b>
1.Quantities - Propose.
2.Dates - Propose dates.
3.Services - Propose.
4.Screen control for time ticket. Radio Button.
Check this.
