CO14 - Wrong time (Activity Currently to be confirmed)

Hi experts,
we are facing the following problem.
If we change shift in workcenter, the "Activity Currently to be Confirmed" in CO14 (AFRU-ISM01) is changing.
So also the "calculated costs" in CO02 are changing.
Example (confirmation via co19):
B10 = 01.01.2012 - 22:01:27
B40 = 02.01.2012 - 05:55:35
afru-ism01 is calculated with 22,517 MIN (so much to low)
After correcting the shift in CR02 (=00:00:00 to 23:59:59) and canceling the confirmation above and making the SAME CONFIRMATION, afru-ism01 is calculated with 474,117 MIN ( so its correct now).
We don't understand, what the shift-definition has to do with "calculated time".
Because if our workers would make extra hours, we always have to change the shift in workcenter, as others the time would not be "billed".
Can someone please explain the depeding?
Thx

Hi Chris,
Well if you r doing the activity time ticket conformation means definitely it will calculate the activity time and it will be calculated according to the  formula maintained in the standard value key.
So, by this we the HR module people can calculate the wages how many hrs to particular work center.
I hope you got it.

  • Show active current date and time in a Form continuously

    Hi,
    I am use Oracle Form 10.1.2 in Windows 2000.
    Can we show an active current date and time in a Form continuously?
    Perhaps in the main menu form.
    So the user can see the moving time, instantly when the time change (withour pushing F5 for refreshing the form)
    23-Sep-2006 06:00
    -- one minute later will show
    23-Sep-2006 06:01
    -- one minute later will show
    23-Sep-2006 06:02
    -- and so on
    Any help is appreciated.
    Many thanks,
    Buntoro

    Here is a quick, untested suggestion that sketches out one way of approaching this.
    If you only require updates every 60 seconds, you can use the TIMER built-in to create a repeating timer with a sixty-second delay. Each time the timer expires, update a text item to reflect the current time (obtained by selecting SYSDATE from DUAL on the database.)
    If the time is to be updated precisely when the minute changes, use two timers -- the same one described above, and a one-shot. Before you create either timer, run the following query:
       SELECT 60-TO_NUMBER(TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'ss')) FROM DUALThis will give the number of seconds remaining until the minute changes. Use this value to set the duration of the one-shot timer. When it expires, create the repeating sixty-second timer.
    There is a good possibility that this method will not be terribly precise, depending on factors like server resources, user load and network distance. A more network-friendly approach would be to use a JavaBean that relies on the PC's system timer to track the passage of time, and calculates server time based on the observed time difference between PC & server.
    Hope this helps,

    When trying to sign in to Face Time, I continually get "Face time Activation"  "Could not sign in.  Please check your network connection and try again".  I am able to access the internet via Safari, so my network connection seems to be working.  What am I doing wrong, and how can I access Face Time?

    Hey sklingen,
    Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues signing into FAceTime. The following article may help to resolve your issue:

  • Nano World time displaying wrong time!!

    I just got hold of my ipod nano this morning. Was so looking forward to it till i found out later on that it wouldn't work with my 3rd party USB2 pci card. That was fine, i just used USB1.1 which took really really really long.
    Finally, when it was done, i got to fiddling with it. I toggled to the World Clock and thought it'd be cool to fiddle with it. What i found was that the world clock is displaying all the WRONG times. I'm currently in Perth, Australia which is +8GMT. The ipod's main clock and date are all set correctly, and timezone set to Beijing, which is +8GMT equivalent.
    But, when i get the world clock feature to display with my time, it displays 7AM (the real time is 3PM). It's the same with the other regions/times as well. Anybody else have this problem?
    Hope somebody comes up with a fix
    Thanks!

    First, u pop the CD that came with the nano into your computer. Then, you locate the ipod software updater. Just launch that program, click and restore and follow the on scree instructions.
    You should be good to go after that

  • Some events appear at wrong time when publishing to web

    When I publish my calendar and then view it on the web, events I have created myself in iCal are shown at the correct time, but any events I have recieved from Evolution (the email/calendar application my colleagues use) as an .ics file are shown exactly 8 hours later than they should be. Perhaps it's a coincidence that this is the exact time difference between the UK (where I live and work) and West Coast USA?
    Just to make it clear: all events appear correctly in iCal and, if I send a subscribe email to myself and then subscribe to the published calendar, they also appear correctly in iCal. The only place where they appear at the wrong times is in the http://ical.mac.com/<username>/<calendarname> address, and it's only events that I have recieved via email.
    Is there a workaround for this that doesn't involve asking my colleagues to change settings on their Ubuntu workstations? Perhaps it's a problem with Apple's ical website that they need to fix? Either way, it makes the business of publishing my calendars largely useless.

    Bernard Harte wrote:
    It's likely that the problem is due to an incompatibility between the way that the two systems define time zones.
    This is what I thought, but iCal itself seems to cope with this, whereas the .Mac iCal web server doesn't, which is a shame.
    I suspect that you don't have time zone support switched on in the Advanced tab of Preferences. If you don't, try switching it on and then looking at one of your events and one of the rogue ones in the edit window. You'll probably see a difference in time zones - i.e. that the rogue ones are in US Pacific zone.
    I switched on time zone support, but it didn't change any of the events in iCal at all; i.e., the "rogue" events still show at the correct time (and the incorrect time on the iCal web server).
    If this guess is correct, you will need to get your colleagues to change their time zone since iCal and ical.mac.com are behaving as they should.
    They are all on the same timezone as me - Europe/London (which is currently on DST).
    If the guess isn't correct, report back and we'll work on a solution
    Then I look forward to hearing from you!

  • JSP page display wrong time when compared to the server time

    Hi,
    This problem seems to weird but it is happening
    I have web application running where time is displayed in the page. In this application time is very critical. Currently, time is an hour behind the orginal time.
    I checked the server it is displaying proper time.
    As a matter of troubleshooting, I wrote a java program and run the program in the same server, where the application is running. The java program returns me proper time , but JSP is still displaying time an hour behind. To trouble shoot further, I created a test jsp page to just display the time and accessed the time and the jsp displayed wrong time as well, an hour behind.
    I am running[ tomcat 4.0.3 and j2sdk1.4.3 in suse linux enterprise server 9.0
    My Java program
    import java.util.*;
    import java.text.*;
    public class TestDate
    public static void main(String s[])
         try{
              DateFormat DF = new SimpleDateFormat( "dd/MM/yyyy");
    DateFormat DT = new SimpleDateFormat("hh:mm aa");
              SimpleDateFormat fmt=new SimpleDateFormat("HH.mm");
              Calendar cal= Calendar.getInstance();
              java.util.Date dt=cal.getTime();
              String curdt=DT.format(dt);
              System.out.println("Server Time" + curdt + "\n");
              int hh = cal.get(Calendar.HOUR);
              int mm = cal.get(Calendar.MINUTE);
              int aa = cal.get(Calendar.AM_PM);
              System.out.println("Time" + hh +":"+mm+":"+aa+"\n");
         }catch(Exception e) {
         e.printStackTrace();
    This display Time3:30:1
    My JSP Page
    <%@ page import="java.util.*,java.text.*"%>
    <%
    Calendar calen;
    calen = Calendar.getInstance();
    int hh=calen.get(Calendar.HOUR);
         int mm=calen.get(Calendar.MINUTE);
         int aa=calen.get(Calendar.AM_PM);
    %>
    <%=hh%> <%=mm%> <%=aa%>
    This display 2 30 1
    When I run Date in linux server it gives 3:30 PM EST 2004
    I am really confused, why this is happening, If you have any solutions or idea please post the solution.

    My guess is that the weirdness is caused by Daylight savings time.
    I will presume that you and the server are in the same timezone :-)
    Alternatively it could be caused by getting a different Locale.
    Try the following
    Print out "date.getTime()" value (ie long representing number of millis)
    They should be the same (or close) in both the app and in JSP
    Try simple date format in your JSP as well - what does that result in?
    Print the calendar object, and look for the difference.
    It might be in Locale, Timezone, or whether DST is set or not.
    Hope this helps,

  • AnyGantt APEX chart wrong Time Format

    I'm trying to create an anyGantt chart within APEX but the XML keeps misconverting the time section of date. Thus, where an activity should start on 05-11-2012 15:16:17 (DD-MM-YYYY HH24:MI:SS), it actually starts on 05-11-2012 12:11:00. It seems to take the Year as the Hour and the Month as Minutes, but assigns nothing to the minutes. The Year is also random, it's either 0, 1, 12, or 13.
    So say I have this Record:
    ID___________NAME______________DATE_START_____________________DATE_END_____________________________DRIVERID
    2____________Driving_____________21-9-2012 12:04:40_______________22-9-2012 13:05:50______________________228And complete this statement:
    SELECT null link,
    t.driverid resource_id,
    TRIM(r.lastname) || ', ' || r.firstname resource_name,
    NULL parent_id,
    t.date_start actual_start,
    t.date_end actual_end
    FROM "user"."gantt" t, "user"."drivers" r
    WHERE r.driverid = t.driveridThe Gantt chart translates this activity to:
    RESOURCE_NAME______RESOURCE_ID_______________ACTUAL_START______________ACTUAL_END
    Sleeman,_Bob_________228________________________21-9-2012 *01:09:00*___________22-9-2012 *01:09:00*Thus giving me a wrong gantt chart, as these records would overlap, and start at the wrong time.
    The XML settings are as following:
    <settings>
    ________<title_enabled="False"_/>
    <outer_margin_left="0"_top="0"_right="0"_bottom="0"_/>
    ____<background>

    ________</format>
    _____</date_time_format>
    ____</locale>
    _</settings>I know the default format for the 24-hour notation in Oracle is "HH24" and the minute notation is "mi" and not "mm", but the notation in AnyGantt says minutes are %mm (lowercase) and months are %MM. The notation in anyGantt is different from the Oracle-notation. Who can explain this problem, and better, solve it?

    Hi Rik,
    Thanks for providing the login credentials to your example. I hope you don't mind but I've created a second Gantt chart on the page, to illustrate how to display the time component for the tasks on the chart.
    In order to represent the time component on your charts, you need to use TIMESTAMP columns in your chart query. If you run your existing query from the chart in SQL Workshop, you'll see that the results only return the date component, and do not include the time. In order to retrieve the time component, you would need to use the TO_CHAR function on your DATE columns, which you have done for your report on the same page. Given that the chart query syntax must either reference DATE or TIMESTAMP columns, you therefore need to use the TO_TIMESTAMP function in this situation to ensure that you're capturing the date and time. I've got an example on my sample application, here: http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=36648:83.
    So to get the chart displaying the correct information, I did the following:
    1) Updated the chart series query to use TO_TIMESTAMP on your DATE columns
    2) Updated the Application Timestamp Format via the Edit Application Properties page, changing it from DS to DD-MON-YYYY HH:MIPM, otherwise your timestamp values would still not display the time component.
    Let me know if you've any further questions. I hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Hilary

  • Tell me what is ******* going on!!!????! The time and date issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every times I went to Apple store, the phone automatically works good time, but when I came back, my phone is working very slow with wrong time!

    The time and date issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every times I went to Apple store, the phone automatically works good time, but when I came back, my phone is working very slow with wrong time!
    I want to get a new iPhone to replace this defective phone. I am gonna be crazzzzzzzyyyyyyyy with anger,!!!,!,,,!  I takes2 hours to go to Regent street apple stores for three times!!!!!. It is a lot of transport fees !
    PLz tell me why! How to deal with it !

    Unless it's confirmed officially that your phone is defective, then you can ask for a replacement. Or you have to live with you. However you can trade it for a new one if you don't care the price drop.

  • Why does the iPhone 5c display wrong time?

    My iphone 5c currently started displaying the wrong time. I hadnt updated the software yet and thought this was the source of the issue. After the update was complete the time was still incorrect. I have tried syncing my phone with itunes, deleting world clocks, doing hard resets, even wiped the phone back to factory settings. Nothing has worked

    Ok, so this is a two fold problem.  One just like brad805 pointed out you have to have Settings App > General > Date & Time > if Set Automatically is OFF > ON, if it was ON > OFF > Set Date & Time yourself (but when you bring up this screen to manually set time there is this little reminder about having location services set to ON for it to change time zones correctly).  So, leave it  Settings App > General > Date & Time > if Set Automatically is OFF > ON, now go back to Settings App>Privacy>Location Services>ON (if off).  Once I did this (which mine was off) and I went back to Date & Time instead of it thinking I was in New York, it now showed a very complicated America/Indiana/Indiana... (I suspect this is due to the fact that Indiana has 3 time zones EST, EDT (for the counties that observe) and CDT).  Now time is running automatic and smoothly.  This was on an iPhone 5c 16 GB running 7.1.2 on Verizon.  I hope this helps.
    On a side note, its sad that techs in the store cannot read the screen and Apples little notes on it to help you out.

  • Outlook 2013 calendar displays wrong time on iPhone calendar

    I would like to start by saying this is definitely NOT a time zone issue.  I have researched the internet and apple and have not been able to find a solution as of yet.  This is also not restricted to my phone.  We have our work calendar in Outlook 2013.  When it syncs to my iPhone 5c and my boss' iPhone 4s it displays the time of the event exactly 7 hours earlier.  I have checked the Outlook time zone and the iPhone time zone (in both places, general and the mail/contacts/calendar settings).  They are all displayed in the current time zone.  I have selected and deselected the auto setting for the time zone as well.  Nothing has worked!  I'm wondering if it has something to do with an update.  It was working just fine for years and now all of a sudden displays the wrong time.  PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

    Hi Cath,
    Yes, it is a by default settings to delete meeting requests after it is responded. As what Vasil says, we can change the following Outlook settings to leave the meeting request message in Inbox:
    1. Click File > Options.
    2. In Mail option, on Send messages part, uncheck Delete meeting requests and notifications from Inbox after responding option.
    3. Click OK to save the settings.
    Then check whether the issue persists.

  • Activation Fee Not Waived, Confirmation Email Said it Would Be

    I just switched to Verizon from AT&T due to network issues and wanting to take advantage of the new $60 Single Line plan.  I ordered my device from Verizon's website and got my order confirmation email, it reads:
    Plan Details
    Voice:  2 GB Data Unlimited Talk & Text – $60.00
    One-time Activation Fee:                       FREE -
    (charge and credit appears on first bill)
    I just got my first bill and it says "Cellular Service - Activation $35.00", there was no credit on the bill for $35.00.
    I'm wondering if the order confirmation was accurate or due to my ordering issues, activation issues, getting my plan rebuilt incorrectly by a CSR (They rebuilt it to a $90 More Everything plan by accident), getting a new number issued to my SIM to solve activation issues, or getting my plan adjusted to the Single Line plan caused the Free activation to be lost, or there if was a billing issue.

        DJBlizz525,
    We're happy to have you on the Verizon network!  I'm sorry to hear of the troubles regarding your activation.  Waived activation fees  take a bill cycle or two to be adjusted.  We can certainly review you account and see if we see that in the works.  I willl follow you and send you a Private Message. We'll take a look! Thanks for your patience

  • NTP sets SMB clients to wrong time

    Hi
    The Server (Mac OS 10.6 server) is set as a time server for the domain but from yesterday reset most of the Windows clients that logged on via SMB to about 3/4s hr fast with the result that IP address's were dropped (Lease expired) and software relying on a network connection failed, time stamps of saved files were wrong and emails had the wrong time. In one case the month was changed to October so the guy went on holiday! Seriously, this is a big problem.
    I've tried resetting the time locale, NTP time server and got rid of "LocalTime" which was a folder instead of a simlink but clients are still reporting time anomalies.
    Thanks

    ntp isn't particularly related to smb/cifs/samba, nor to dhcp, and ntp doesn't implement local time; ntp uses utc/gmt as the time base, and the local boxes adjust their time and timezones based on the client-local timezone definitions.
    It could be that ntp is misconfigured, that something has gone seriously wacky with the ntp time base (hardware error? software error? network error? time-based attack? etc), or there's a rogue ntp server running.
    Have a look at the ntp chatter in the system.log console log on the ntp server as a starting point, and at whatever passes for logging on the ntp clients, and at the settings for ntp. Out-of-the-box, there can be the requirement to tweak the ntp client or daemon configuration via the /etc/ntp.conf file, for instance.

  • IPhone 4 shuts down on its own all the time. Sometimes restarts without ability to make calls, receive emails, and the wrong time.  Only a restore fixes it.  What can I try?

    So my iPhone had a broken screen and back for a while, which may have something to do with this.  I mean like missing peices.  I realize this leads to corrosion and I may have a broken iPhone but this is a really strange problem.  It's always shutting off on its own, sometimes in my pocket while locked and sometimes randomly while in use.   For example the other day this started happening everytime I started safari.  This happens all the time, I usually just restart it and it works for a while.   Sometimes after shutting off a few times in a row, after restarting it will show the wrong time, screws up phone calls and says that it cannot locate the gmail server, or something to that extent (won't load emails).   The phone calls are weird, I can't receive any.   Any calls that are made from the phone, go through on the other side and ring for them, but won't ring or make a connection on my side, also I can't end the call when this happens, it responds to me pressing end by fading the screen to that graytone color that it does before ending usually but stays on that screen whenever you go back to it, only disappearing after reseting.  Texts work, not in iMessage, and internet seems to work.   The only thing that fixes this condition is a restore. The iphone has been turning itself off over the last 3 months and its been getting progressively worse.  Recently its been pretty bad, and then the phone started to do all that weird stuff I've been talking about.  That started about 3 weeks ago and has happened 4 times, the last two times relatively close together.   This is really annoying and I can't afford to replace it.   Do I have to live with it?   What can I try?  Should I maybe replace the battery?  I took the panel off to look at it and the plastic around it was pitted possibly from being really hot.

    Please don't respond with useless comments.  I've already addressed the fact that my screen was broken a few months ago.  My phone may or may not be broken beyond repair either way, as I said before I can't afford a new phone.  It's a strange problem because from what I can tell no one else has posted the same problem anywhere I can find.  Don't be a dickhole.

  • My Ipod is stuck on a white screen with the wrong time and a lock. computer doesn't recognized my Ipod..also gets hot when connected to charge..any ideas on how to fix this? Thank You

    Hi
    My Ipod nana...has frozen up and working. It shows a white screen with the wrong time and a lock symbol. When I connected it to my computer, it didn't show up. Back of Ipod gets really warm..Any ideas on how to fix it? Than You

    If it happens again and the reset (home + power buttons) doesn't work, just let the battery drain; you'll know when the screen shuts off. Charge it back up and it should be fine. Frankly, I'm surprised this worked for you. Usually I hear people with this problem say that holding both buttons doesn't work, and they have to do the battery drain.
    If the issue is incurable next time, you have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
