CO27 is showing blank values in Warehouse,Storage Type and Storage Bin

Hi Gurus,
I am using CO27 to generate pick-list for a production order. The pick-list is being used by Warehouse team to Goods Issue for the Production Order.
However, the problem that I am facing is that in the pick-list generated from CO27 is showing blank values in Warehouse,Storage type and Storage bin.
So, it is becoming difficult for the Warehouse to do the picking based on this pick-list.
Could you please advice how the fields Warehouse,Storage Type and Storage bin can be populated in the Production Order pcik-list.
Is these values are fetched from Material Master data or any other place?

The user don't want see materials Price1 which is Zero . So I should remove materials A and F in Price1 column .
IF i apply condition on Price1 > 0 in the out put B and D also not displaying bcoz blank values consider as Zero.

explain the exact problem..? as you mentioned you want to create query to show values for current month and last 12 months.. so I think you want to show values for 12 months from current data.. you can achive this by multiple way..
you can have selection screen and field with date .. and restrict based on system current date and 12 months before or you can handle this at your target.. .. I mean there are multiple ways to restrict data by date range..

As a result one material document created
But How can I distribute all items in to diffrent storage types and diffrent BINS
No TR and Posting change created at material doc
What is the config settings to cretae TR ot Posting change notice and Movement types

Data in active table showing blank value.

Hello All,
I am loading the data from write opt DSO to DSO.
I have written an END Routine to populate a field (zfield)
when i load the data to the ODS , an dcheck the data in the new table of ODS it shows the data for the zfield.
But after activating the data for ODS it becomes blank.
Why does it happens?

Hi Vinay,
I am not very sure but I guess we will have to do some mapping (kind of dummy e.g. constant 1) for the fields we are populating in END routine.
I guess you must have done that coz you are getting data in new table..even then check once.

CALCLATED KF SHOWING DIFFERENT VALUES FOR DIFFERENT CURRENCY TYPES

Hi Experts
When I am executing the query( On a Multi provider) with the selection of Company code, controlling area, WBS ELEMENT, currency type I am seeing two different values (XXXX EUROS and YYYY EUROS)for a formula for total variable cost when i select two different currency types( CONTROLLING AREA AND GROUP CURRENCY)
I have two currency types called CONTROLLING AREA CURRENCY and GROUP CURRENCY(BOTH IN EUROS).
This WBS element is not having any sales document.How can I see the exact value for this WBS element in the R3 side.
Is there any possibility that the same dataelement TOTAL VARIABLE COST have different values when i execute with differnt currency types in the selection screen.
In what approach can i proceed from R3 side to the query to solve this issue. on the R3 side when i see in FB03 (settlement posting) for this WBS it is balanced. I am seeing only partial posting for this in the Query
Could any one help me to solve this.

I guess the holiday which was configured in Holiday calendar (Holi) is not declared as Paid holiday in Public Holidays-Holiday Calendar.
Goto SCAL - choose Public Holiday - change mode - look for the holiday (Holi) configured - change mode again - lookout for 'Public Holiday Class' and see whether ' 1 ' is maintained there, if not maintained, type 1 there and save it.
PS (1 - Ordinary Public Holiday....i,e paid holiday).
Now go to PT01 and generate WSR. This will sort out your issue.
If the above is not working,
I guess there are different PSA/ESG grouping for the employees and maybe their Holiday Calendar itself is different. check out whether the PSA and ESG grouping in Time Mgmt is same or different for those employees for whom the paid holiday is not getting generated and also check out the Holiday Calendar for these set of employees and try the above given solution there.

How to return blank value for a column

Hi All
We would like to create a short version of the BI report for the scorecards that has the same number and order of the columns, but far less rows. This will improve the size and performance of the Overhead, Services scorecard.
For some columns, we need blank values , which means the content should be blank , but the column should appear in the report.
I have tried checking some options in "column format" tab under column properties and played with "column header interaction" and "value interaction" , however i couldnt get the desired results.
Can we achieve this?
Please suggest me on the same.

Getting only Blank Values in Crystal Reports

Hello Experts,
I have crystal Reports on top of R/3. I am using table called EKKO, When I dragged the LIFNR (Vendor Number) in the report, It's bringing only blank values, I checked in SAP and it has 7000 records.
For testing I created report with only this EKKO table, but the same thing, it's bringing only 91(Blank) records, I don't have any conditions or anything in my report.
We are using Business Objects XI3.1, Crystal Reports 2008.
Could anyone please help me?

Yes, I created crystal report with only EKKO table. I haven't used any conditions or any parameter, I just dragged LIFNR (vendor Number) in the report and I see only blank values. When I checked in SAP, I have around 8000 records out of 91 records are blank values. So It is bringing only blank values.

Picking multiple quants from one storage bin

Hello all,
I have a client that purchases copper wire in pallets that are stored initially in storage bins. During goods issues to production the pallets are split up and, when material is put back in the warehouse, storage bins end up with multiple quants that are partial pallets. When they issue goods, the system, using FIFO, picks quants from multiple bins even though one bin has sufficient quantity. That forces the warehouse staff to pick from multiple bins rather than one.
Is there a way to make the system pick all of the material from a single bin even if there are multiple quants?

How to show text instead of blank value in SelectOneChoice list.

Hi,
I have a requirement where I need to show some string like 'Please Select Value' instead of blank item in the select one choice list. So instead on blank value, this string will be displayed in the choice list and if user doesnt select any value it should be treated as normal blank value and validation should be fired.
May I know is there any property which we can set declaratively or any workaround for this?
My JDev version : 11.1.1.7.0

Result row shows min. value as Blank.

I have following scenario in query,
Eg.
1.Values in objects in column,                           10,000
                                                                        Blank (no value)
                                                                        2,000
                                                                        Blank(No value)
Result Row shows                                         Blank (instead of 2,000)
2. Values in same object in same column           10,000
                                                                        2,000
                                                                        3,000
                                                                        1,000
Result row shows                                          1,000 (which is Correct one)
If value in column is blank then it is showing me minimum value as blank but in real it has to display min of all row, second if row is not blank then it is showing correct min. value in result row (As mentioned in second examlp)
Please suggest me what i have to do to get exact min. of all values in Result row.

But i want min. values from all rows in my result row.if it is not suppresed by Zero then also it hase to display min value (I MEAN fIGURE LIKE 2,000) from row.
if i do supress Zero then it is diplaying as Blank hense all resulti row is display blank but i dont want that i want if row value is Zero or Blank it will display as min. of all figure NOT ZERO OR BLANK LIKE ABOVE EXAMPLE IT IS 2,000.

Infopath Form Load setting values showing blank

i am using infopath form and filter the employee basic details from a list and setting the infopath column with these values
for some of the employees these values are showing blank is it due to some browser compatabilty how can we debug the infopath form load where we are setting some fields

If all are having same permission then it's surely compatibility issue. Have you tried to run in browser in compatible mode for those users who are facing this issue? Also check if what version of browser they have (32 bit or 64 bit).
Also verify that webclient service is started in their machine. go to services.msc and start this service.

BI and ECC Reconciliation report giving blank value instead of ZERO

Hi,
We have a report for reconciliation where in if the ECC and BI balance matches, it will show Zero (0) in the final field. My question is *for some of them it is showing Zero(0) and for few rows it is givng blank values* even after ECC and BI balance matching...Why is it giving blank instead of showing 0 (ZERO) ....is there any setting we need to make??
point to be noted is only few rows are getting blank and few rows it is showing '0'

Without additional details of the rows that have blanks vs zeros, here is a guess...
The rows with blank final value have no records in ECC or BI. You can probably define the formula in such a way that it always gives zero for all rows.

Query on virtual cube showing incorrect values

Experts,
I have create a virtual cube on a base cube using services (info-source). both virtual as well base cube are z-development and are in BI.
Base cube has 6 records, now when I check data in virtual cube using display data it shows correct values based on routine written in virtual cube transformation.
Problem is when I created query on this virtual cube it doesnt show correct data or sometime no applicable data. After debugging I found, in end routine itself result package contains records with blank values in it on which I have written routine. But it does this only while executing query not when I display data in cube.
