COD AW Purchase doesn't show up on account

Once again, my local Best Buy messed up my game purchase. After waiting 25 minutes for three Best Buy employees to figure out what gamers club unlock actually is, I was able to purchase my copy of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. Since everything, as usual, was such a mess, I specifically asked if the purchase would show up on my rewards account and if I would still get the $10 pre-order reward.
I checked my account this morning and of course the purchase is not showing up. What do I need to do to make sure I recieve my $10 reward?

Like MuricanDavester alluded to, remember that it can take 15-20 days from the time of shipment or pickup for pre-order bonus certificates to post. The associated points may also not appear as pending, and instead simply be available right away. As such, we do need to allow that time to pass before we're able to take any further action. If you still haven't seen record of your pre-order bonus after that 15-20 day window has passed, let us know and we'd be glad to see what can be done to assist you at that time.

If you click View, Show Sidebar you will see the other libraries under Shared in the left hand column. Click on the Library you want and you can expand it to select Music, Movies etc. Select whatever items you want and click import if you want to move them to your Library.
You will have to have all computers authorised with the relevant Apple ID's
Store > Authorise this computer...
This is separate from the Home Sharing username and password and is to allow playing of DRM Movies, TV shows etc from the other computer.
If both Computers use the same apple id this step is not required.

Movie I Purchased Doesn't Show Up as Purchased

I have a Movie* in my library that I purchased as a DVD/digital copy combo. In iTunes on my computer, the "Get Info" shows it as "Purchased by:" me with the correct Account Name, so it ought to be something I've "purchased" as far as iTunes is concerned, right?
But when I go to iTunes from my iPad or Apple TV, it doesn't show up and I can't download it over the air on the iPad and I can't watch it on my Apple TV.
Is there anything I can do to fix this situation?

Lion purchase doesn't show in app store

When Lion was released I purcased it from the App Store. But it doesn't show in my "Purchases" area. What's up with that? Is it possibly one doesn't need it with the Recovery HD created during install? It gives one the feeling of not having a net under you when you're on the tight wire. I did purchase the Lion on a thumb drive a while back, so I'm not without the ability to reinstall. Just curious as to why it's not in my App Store purchases.

If you're using the same AppleID to login, it should be there. If not, contact the App Store. For what it's worth, your safety net is to make a copy of Lion's installer app after downloading so you don't have to waste time and resources DLing it again, since the dumb installer deletes itself from /Applications as part of its install routine. Alternatively, extract the InstallESD.dmg file from the USB stick, mount it, restore it to a 10 GB partition, and use that. Much faster than any USB method.

Purchased credits not showing up in account

Hi,
Last week I've purchased Skype credits, that have still not shown up in my account. There is a notification that I have purchased the credits on my home page (see screenshot 1) but not in my purchase history (see screenshot 2). I did get a confirmation of payment after the transaction, can you help me figure out where the credits are hiding?

Thanks for your answer. But as mentioned, in my homepage of Skype I have this notification for a confirmation of purchase on 17April (which has been paid...). So I don't see why it doesn't show in the purchase history nor in the balance of my account?

Itunes doesn't show my email accounts

I've just got an ipod touch and have downloaded itunes.
I have managed to add my 2 active email accounts to the ipod.
However, itunes summary page for the device only shows 1 dead account - so I can't synch properly - does anyone know how I add my email accounts to this?

Okay... following problem. When I connect my iPod
Nano to my PC iTunes starts up, but it doesn't show
my iPod, so i can't put music or anything on it.
My iPod does show up as a hard drive on windows...

I tried to purchase an album off the iTunes store. I clicked "Buy", signed in, all that good stuff. I received a dialog box asking me if I was really sure that I wanted to buy the album. And, to be safe, I said no. So, I thought everything was fine, until I realized I had still been charged the $8.00 for the album, but the music wasn't in my purchase history or available downloads list. This is a huge problem - I just lost almost $10.00! Anyone had this happen, and if so, how can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

CS6 (CD-ROM) doesn't show in my Account - Why?

I purchased CS6 (boxed CD-ROM) as an upgrade for the CS5.5 that I download-purchased directly from Adobe.
I've registered the CS6 product, but while the CS5.5 (and any previously products ordered from Adobe) shows in my Adobe Account, the CS6 doesn't.
When I tried to add the CS6 registration to the products list on my account page, the system tells me the product has already been registered.
That is true, but how do I add it the list on my accounts page?

OK, I found the reason -- I registered CS6 under a different Adobe ID.
Now the big question is:
HOW DO I MERGE THE TWO ACCOUNTS INTO ONE?

Purchased songs not showing up in account

I have music that i have purchased on a pervious device, with the same account. I have a new device and am trying to download the music on and it is not showing on the device that i have purchased this music. I have another device hooked up to the same account that shows the music and itunes shows that i have purchased the music. What do i do to get the music on my new device?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap the Music app.
Find the song or album you want to download.
Tap the download icon next to the track or album title.
The song or album will begin downloading.

HT1977 Purchased audiobooks not showing in itunes account

I have recently purchased 5 audiobooks in iTunes on my work laptop and they are not showing up on my iPhone nor my iPad. I'm logged in to my iTunes account on my laptop so, I would assume what I purchase within my account, should show up in my account so I dont have to purchase the same items twice.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? And living outside of the US shouldnt be reason why it doesnt allow me to sync through my account - there should be no reason why anything shouldnt work the same no matter where one lives on God's green earth!

Start by choosing Store> Check For Available Downloads in iTunes. It should see the audiobooks, which should appear in the Books dropdown menu. If that works, you should then connect your iPad or iPhone to your computer. Open the device, and click on "Books". Then select "Sync Audiobooks". If this completes. and the audiobooks sync to your device, they should then be in the Music app, under More (...) > Audiobooks.
You may need to either close and re-open the Music app, or possibly restart your iPhone or iPad to get them to show up.
Do you have iTunes Match, by chance?
