Je comprends que vous essayez d'activer les services Web sur votre imprimante. Pour activer les services Web sur les Deskjet 3050A les vous devrez sélectionner l'icône ePrint sur ​​le panneau avant de l'imprimante et sélectionner la page d'information d'impression.

    Welcome to the HP Forums.
    I see that you are having an issue with the error code "  0xc19a0042 " .
    I have a few steps that we can try.
    First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
    When the printer is powered back on, use the ON/OFF button to do a proper power cycle.  This will do a semi power reset on the printer.
    I have also located a document on "Problem with Printhead,' 'Printer Failure,' 'Ink System Failure,' or a '0x...' or a 'C2...' Error ....
    If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions, click here: click here.

  • I cant find the printer code on my HP deskjet 3050 J610 all-in-one printer

    I have disconnected wireless and turned off printer and turned on and re connected.  I have changed DNS to 8888 and secondary to 8844.  I have printed out 5 Network configuration pages and 4 Printer status reports and NOTHING has the printer code on it. How can I get one?  Thanx,  Anna

    I afraid the Deskjet 3050 (J610) does not support any web service as ePrint or Print Apps.
    Only the Deskjet 3050A (J611) support ePrint as you may find listed below:

  • Where do i get my eprint printer code on the deskjet 3050a?

    So long story short, I moved and now I cannot get my printer to work at all.  I think I finally got it back online, but I had removed it from my hpeprint.com account so now I need to re-add it but cannot find the code.  I have the Deskjet 3050a.  I'm worried about internet connectivity because I hit the eprint button and went to "print information page" hoping the code was on that, and all it does is say "downloading page" and then it never prints.

    These steps typically resolve the issue:
    1. Press the ePrint button on the printer's front-panel screen, then press "Print Info Page".
    2. Head over to the ePrintCenter website (http://www.eprintcenter.com/), and log in (or sign up for a new account if you don't have one).
    3. Click the "+Add Printer" button and enter the printer code from the ePrint info page (“Print Report” page from step 1). Create a customized ePrint email address.
    If that does not work and it never prints follow the steps below:
    1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
    2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your router (and modem, if separate from the router).
    3. Wait 20 seconds, then plug the router (and modem, if applicable) back in.
    4. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the printer back in and power it on.
    5. Press the ePrint button on the printer's front panel, and it should try to connect to Web Services again.
    Those steps usually resolve the issue, but if it still occurs you can try setting static network info for the printer (which sometimes helps to stabilize the printer's ability to get outside of your network, to the internet):
    1.  Press the network icon at the top of the printer's screen and note the IP address.
    2.  Enter the IP address into the address bar of a web browser on a computer and press enter or click the browser's go button. 
    3.  The printer status page should be opened.  Click on Network at the top.
    4.  Select Proxy Settings.
    Note:  If you are prompted for a redirect, select OK.  If you receive a certificate warning, select the option that lets you continue anyway.
    If you receive a Internal System Error, refresh the page until it loads the proxy settings.
    5.  Verify that all fields are blank.  If they are not, clear them and make sure the Proxy Server requires authentication is unchecked and click apply.  You should get a success message.
    6.  Click on IPv4 under the correct connection (wired or wireless) on the left.
    Note:  If you only see IP Address Configuration and DNS Address Configuration with a yellow note, refresh the page until it loads completely.
    8.  Leave the IP Address Configuration as Automatic IP.
    9.  Change DNS Address Configuration to Manual DNS server.
    10.  Enter 8.8.8.8 for the Manual Preferred DNS Server and 8.8.4.4 for the Manual Alternate DNS Server.
    11.  Click Apply and you should get a success message.
    12.  Power off the printer for 30 seconds and then turn it back on to force the new settings to take effect.

    I have horizontal streaks on my prints. When i try to print a Print Quality Report page I get this error code. I've reinstalled the driver and reinstalled the cartridges. I've reset the printer. Any help?

    I am having a very difficult time getting a claim code for my new Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545. I have tried printing all pages that I can and none  have a code.     Bonsoir  Je viens de recevoir un HP PHOTOSMART 6510 B211a, ça marche sans prob, je l'ai connectée sur l'internet mais, quand j'essaie de m'inscrire à ePrint on me demande le 'code de l'imprimante' qui devait, en principe, se trouver sur la page 'Resultat du test réseau sans fil" ou, éventuellement ' Page de configuration du réseau HP'.  'Code d'imprimante' n'y figure pas et, ayant essayé pas mal des différents codes affichés, rien ne semble être correct.  Alors, ça se ressemble à quoi et se trouve où?

  • Deskjet Ink Advantage 3525 - WiFi settings not working, error code 0XB808DE

    Welcome all
    When I enable and try to setup up a wireless connection with my printer a error message appears.
    Error code is 0XB808DEDE (or capital o instead of zero in the beginnig)
    When I turn off the wireless module printer function normally, priting only from USB connection.
    I've try reset to the factory defaults settings and unplugging power cable for 60 seconds to hard reset the printer.
    No ideas left.
    My region is Europe - Poland.

    This document should be able to help: Error Message Displays on the Printer Control Panel. It describes the general issue as: While trying to print, the printer displays aan error message with numbers and letters (an alphanumeric code). For example, 'Error 0xc18a0001' or 'B8000094' might display on the printer control panel. The numbers and letters vary. Some begin with ‘0x…’ while others begin with a ‘B’ or ‘C,’ but they are usually preceded by the word ‘Error.’

    I have spent all morning trying to resolve a problem on my hp deskjet printer (3070A) keeps displaying 'printer failure 0x19a0041' I have worked through all the trouble shooting tips on your website, but none seem to be working, so I tried to request a service, so then I tried to re-new my warranty, to request a service, but the system couldn't process my request. I then tried to call your helpline numbers listed in your website, but the number is no longer in use. Please help! I am at my wits end, as have spent a whole morning trying to sort this out!     i tried to reset the printer as you said. it worked. and completely destroyed it.  it keeps asking for the setup cartridges, which i still have, but they're not new ones. which i have found out, is a MUST for the printer to recognise them and start up. since you work for HP is it possible for me ask them to fix this without charge?  i cannot check my warranty because my ORIGINAL problem which i was trying to fix does not allow me to install the driver for the printer and therefore i cannot detect whether my warranty still covers the product. Nor does the the printer allow me to scroll down and check my ID model number in the information menu for some insane reason, so i cannot even check manually....
    ah the terms of use seem to say that i cannot ask them to fix this mess without charge. great.

    Hello, May i know if the error is displayed on the PC to which the printer is connected or is there a flashing lights on the printer ? However, untill then you may try the below steps...While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from back of the printer.Wait for 60 seconds.Plug in the power cord to back of the printer.Now try making a COPY.

    Tried going through help sites for days finding a fix for Exit Code 6. None of the solutions have worked this far.

  • Is the HP Deskjet 1510 ePrint supported?

    I purchased a HP Deskjet 1510 All-In-One but cannot set up ePrint on it, despite trying for the past 2 hours and scouring these forums.
    Can someone either help me, as I can't find out how to print a page with the print code (I got another page to print but it has no ePrint code), or can you confirm whether or not this printer actually supports ePrint. Thanks.

    The HP Deskjet 1510 is a USB onlu printer.
    ePrint is a service offered by a network connected printers only and therefore is not supported for your printer.
    You may find any supported model for ePrint listed below, as you may see your model is not listed:

  • No longer able to print due to new network provider. HP Deskjet 3050 J610a, Windows Surface RT.

    4 months without a printer and i am supposed to be running a small business, please help.
    Change of internet provider & i can no longer print using usb or wireless.
    Print report states network offline; no activity connection, url 0.0.0.0; admin password not set.
    I have run diagnosis and fixing tests.
    I have tried pressing the push button on printer whilst pressing the WPS on modem.
    I am unable to add modem via Control Panel having put my phone code in.
    I have the HPSoftware on the cd but my CD\DVD external drive is not compatible with this pc/tablet.
    I can't download the software as it states it is not compatible with windows surface RT
    I have tried everything with and without the usb lead
    I may have uninstalled software so i checked to see list of installed programs and apparently i don't have any programmes installed on this pc (surely not)!
    I have been trying to find where i can change/add connectivity settings to maybe enter the PIN number of the printer but am unable to find how.

    I checked the HP web site here. http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Deskjet-3050-All-in-One-Printer-series---J610/4066450/model/4... And indeed I find no drivers for Windows Surface RT. You will have to connect up a 'regular' windows computer to print.

  • I cannot connect to a Deskjet 3070A from Ubuntu 1204 or Ubuntu 10.10

    I have been trying to set up a wireless printer.
    I can print to the printer when it is attached via the USB cable but it loses all connection as soon as the cable is unplugged.
    I installed the latest version of HPLIP 3.12.4 on both PCs but it is unable to find the printer as a wireless device when trying the setup with the USB cable plugged in on either PC.
    I cannot configure the printer via WPS because my router a PLUSCOM WR-AR2317 doesn't have a WPS button and if I try to add a PIN there is nowhere in the router homepage (192.168.1.1) for me to add in a PIN.
    I have printed off the Network config page and it shows that it has discoveded my home network but the wireless capability seems to not work at all, even though it says wireless is switched on.
    The wireless blue light only flashes, there is no solid, always on light. I have had the printer about a metre away from the wireless router and it still doesn't seem to connect at all.

    The Deskjet series printers connect to wireless networks with what is called USB to Wireless.
    You will need a supported operating system to connect a Deskjet to a wireless network.  Supported operating systems to connect the printer to a wireless network are Windows 7 (32bit and 64bit), Windows Vista (32bit and 64bit), and Mac OS X (10.5, 10.6, and 10.7).  
    While there is a software download option for Linux distributions, this is not the full featured software that is capable of adding the printer to a wireless network.  Most printers have a wireless setup wizard to accomplish this task, but the Deskjet series printers connect in a different way.
    Once the printer is connected to a wireless network,  HPLIP 3.12.4 drivers should be able to locate the printer.
    Click on Installing the Product Software for a Wireless Network Connection to receive instructions to connect to a wireless network using Windows and Mac operating systems.
    Click on Software & Driver Downloads - HP Deskjet 3070A e-All-in-One Printer - B611a to download the appropriate software for a supported operating system to connect to a wireless network.
