my aunt sent me a $50 itunes gift card (she lives in australia and i live in the uk) and when i try to redeem the code on it it comes up with the message "this code must be redeemed in the australian store front" what can i do?
Send the card back to Australia to someone who can use it.
Gift cards are country specific.
You cannot use it.

Are you using the correct app store? If you are using the iTunes App Store, apps for iOS devices, then you need to switch to the Mac App Store, apps for Macs. The Mac App Store is the App Store app in your Mac's Applications folder. It can also be opened from the App Store selection in the Apple Menu. It also comes by default in the Dock. -

All iTunes gifts and gift cards are country-specific, they can only be redeemed and used in their country of issue. Are you in Australia with an Australian billing address on your account ? If you are then try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select Australia.
If you are not in Australia then you won't be able to use it. -
I am unable to update, uninstall, or reinstall iTunes on my laptop. Everything was working fine until recently when there was an update available for iTunes, and when I tried to update this, I got the message, "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. Error code is 2330." Can somebody please help me?

If your iTunes Store account is for another country, you can't redeem a card from another country even if you are currently present in that country. You would need to either move your existing account to the Netherlands or set up a new account in the Dutch iTunes Store, either of which would require you to also have a valid Dutch mailing address. Unless you're going to be in the Netherlands for quite a while, I would suggest you just give or sell that iTunes card to someone who lives in the Netherlands.

Sell the German iTunes card to someone who can use it in the German
AppStore and use the money to buy a card for the Hong Kong store.
iTunes cards are only valid in the country of original purchase. You cannot
use a German card in Hong Kong. -

Configurator - This code must be redeemed on an iPad
I'm getting an error redeeming codes with Configurator onto iPads where it's saying "This code must be redeemed on an iPad"
Here's a screenshot of the issue:
It was working fine last week, now it's doing that for any apps I try to redeem.
Running Configurator 1.7.1 (550) on OSX 10.10.2 and iTunes 12.1.0.50 (all up to date)
Any thoughts as to what I could try?
It's as if it thinks the iPads aren't iPads or something...

I checked with my bank to see what such a beast could be. So you have an account in the bank that serves as collateral for the secured credit card and the line of credit available on the card is equal to the amount on deposit in the collateral bank account?
So the issue is between the iTunes payment system and your bank. It might be best to see what the bank has as a record of your attempt to make the purchase. I doubt any fellow users here can offer much insight as too why the system won't accept your payment method on this attempted purchase. -

say i type in 500 it then gives me all my choices of what to buy. when you press 1-6 it just repeats it self on what you can chose.it does subtract the money but won't show that you bought it. and when you chose option 8 it does not show what is left in the machine. this is my problem please help b/c i am very stuck. thanks again. -
