Code not displaying in code view

When searching for a particular feature, I may have clicked on something by accident. Now, my site looks and works fine in the browser and in design and live view, but the code is not displaying in code view. See attached image.
Anyone know how to fix this??? Thank you in advance!

PreE V8: Clips not displaying in project view

I have a clip in the my timeline/sceneline that is not displaying in Project view. It also does not have the "P" in the bottom corner of the thumbnail in Organizer view. Why isn't the clip considered part of the project?

I have been shooting in XP+ mode and have been for the past year.
I haven't tried using the Premier Elements Get Media function. I usually import both still images from one camera and the video from this camera at the same time into the same Photoshop album and use Organizer. Also there are some training videos and books that tell you to use Organizer.
I tried importing a video file using the Get Media function and was able to use the set in/out points and have them saved correctly.
Then in the project that I am working on I took one of video files that I imported through the Organizer and deleted it from the catalog. Then I imported it using the Get Media function and put it in the album with the other files. Then I used Preview to set in/out points. Those points were saved correctly.
So know I will delete all the remaining video files from the catalog that I haven't yet used in my project and then remote them through Premiere's Get Media.
So it appears that as you thought, I need to use Get Media to import video files. But that is not emphasized in any documentation. I think there should be a warning when importing video files in Organizer saying that if you intend to use Premier Elements to edit them that they should be imported via that product.

Design Window is not displaying the correct view

Hi
For some reason the Design View on my CS3 is not displaying
the correct view.
It used to show how the web page would look but it is simply
showing up the wording and pictures surrounded by dotted black
lines.
I am using a template as a bases for all the pages and all
the pages are showing like this.
My other sites are showing up OK though.
When I Preview in Browser, it all shows up OK.
Can anyone help?

Design view not displaying but code view is ok

Hi Everyone,
my design view in dreamweaver cs5.5 is not displaying anything but all the code is there and my page online is working fine http://www.exclusivewindowtint.com.au/car-window-tinting.html
How can i fix this as easy as possible? this is only happening to this one page on my website.

I have to second Murray on this.
I will go a step further and say ignoring errors on your site because someone else's site has some is extremely poor advice, especially considering the volume of people visiting this forum alone with a random display problems that are solved by simply correcting the errors found in the validators.
Restoring from a backup may work this time, but why did it work? That's where validation, and understanding what the validator is telling you, pays off. You somehow inadvertantly mangled your table code, will that ever happen again? What happens if your backup also has the same mangled code next time?
Some validation errors are never going to affect display and can be completely ignored from a "how does this affect my design" point of view, like missing an alt attribute on an image for instance. Others, like missing or improperly nested html elements, can kill your design in browsers or rendering engines that can't handle major errors (like most versions of IE or DW's Design View) while everything looks fine in a browser better programmed to handle problems (like Chrome or Firefox).
Bottom line is, the validators are extremely useful tools, do not ignore the error report unless you understand which errors can be ignored.

Latest code not displayed

We are working in a team and therefore using NWDI for development. One of the applications developed by a team member when checked out by any other team member does not give the latest code. Instead it is showing the old code with lots of errors (as code is incomplete), nor it is allowing to make any changes to the code. However on the original developer's machine where the code is developed it shows the latest code.I have tried "remove from client " option, Manually deleted the local poject folder and created again from Inactive DC,s but still it shows the old code.
When i check from version graph i can see the latest code, so i assume DTR is having the latest version but not displaying when the project is created. Kindly help.

Go to the project explorer view
select the project
rightclick DTR-> Sync-> Force Sync.
When you do a force sync it will sync to all activities which are not even activated.

VB code not showing in Design View

I am working with a form that has VB code for validation and need to style it with CSS. The problem is the form is not visible in Design View. The code is there, the page renders and works fine in a browser but has anyone seen this issue before? I have a similar form that uses C# and it shows up fine in Design view.

Tax codes not displaying in print preview.

hello,
i need to display tax codes in the me23n print preview.for that i write a subroutine pool program and fetch the values. but the values are not displayed. i debuged the subroutine pool program, i found that in output structure itcsy, there are no fields. i hope this is the reason for the values not displayed. please help some one how to display values.

Tax code not displaying in me2j - Need Report for PO tax codes

Dear Guru's,
For Trading materials, while creating PO, we are inserting Tax codes in "Invoicing Tab". But the same(TAX CODE) is not displaying in ME2J report.
But For service materials, we are entering tax codes in the "Services Tab" and it is displaying in the report ME2J.
Kindly tell me a report where we can see the taxcodes for PO.

I did that already, but no code is displaying in that "Tax code Column" for Trading materials.
But tax code has been entered while creating PO in "Invoicing Tab" as "V0" for example.. V0 is not displaying in ME2J Report.

S_ALR_87013336 does not display company code currency

Hi Gurus
My client has controlling area currency USD and company code currency CAD. The standard report S_ALR_87013336 displays in USD only but not in CAD. Is there any way where I can change to display company code currency in this report.

Use TCode Select Form 8A-PCA013G which is attached to the report S_ALR_87013336. You would have a key figure KSL_STOCK, change it to HSL_STOCK which is balance in company code currency.
That would meet your requirement.

Query does not display the code.

Hi Experts,
I created a query joining SKA1 and SKB1 with the following requirements:
Query of the chart of accounts total for each company code with the following additional information:
- reconciliation list: yes or no / for which sub-ledger (cutomer, accounts payable, assets or others)
- binding on interim transaction: yes or no.
I have successfully created a query but instead of displaying the code (for example AA01-company code) the name of the company was displayed.(example: ABS Company) this is also the same with other fields like the GL account, instead of displaying the numerical value, the text description was displayed even if I have selected the correct field assignment (SKB1-BUKRS).

Are you creating this query under SQVI TCode?
Because when i am doing the same thing... its working. i can see he company code coming up as AA01.
SKB1-BUKRS is for Company code number... then how it can display Company code Description.

TranslateMarkup output not displaying in design view

I'm trying to take a set of php pages which all follow a similar style

This then pulls in various other files (css, js etc) and renders on the website. I'm used to working with an IDE and hand-writing php code. My non-technical colleague would like to edit the html using WYSIWYG and is used to using DW. At the moment the html in the heredoc strings doesn't display in design view. I've been trying to rejig the pages using translators and can convert the above php into html which renders fine in a browser. The html output from the translateMarkup function doesn't display in design view. I think I'm probably fighting a losing battle (for instance I'm not sure how I'm going to make html editable in DW even if I can get it to render), but if anyone could explain why the html won't render I'd be very grateful. unless there's any way of rewriting the files before upload and download (ie dynamically rewrite the php pages as html before dreamweaver opens them, then rewrite them back as php before they're uploaded - I'm clutching at straws).
I believe that this should be possible but I'm definitely not a DW extensionologist so I couldn't say for sure. Also, I believe that the tricky part would be the last step -> WYSIWYG edits back to PHP, which may well be impossible.

JavaScript does not display in Design view

I am just starting to learn JavaScript so excuse my, maybe stupid, questions.
Why the following code does not display Hello world! in Split view on the "design" side? When I upload the file onto the server and try to view it in the browser everything displays normally.

This is normal, design view is simply a way of either creating your website using the wysiwyg method or if you code the website it is a way of getting an idea what the site will look like static. Design view doesn't run any scripts, which is why in the more recent versions of dreamweaver we have LiveView which does run the scripts and allow you to interact with drop down menus and the like, which you can't do in DesignView.

Includes Not Displaying in Design View

I have an html page whose content is kept mostly in include
pages. In the DW8 Design View, these includes are not displaying.
For example, a page that should have a height of 600px only
displays the masthead and footer; it's as if the includes do not
even exist. However, when I test it in the browsers, all is well.
Is there a Preference Setting or plug-in that I am missing?
Any suggestions are welcome.

In SSRS, the issue is occurred when the credential of the datasource is configured with “Prompt for credentials”. Please check if you configured the credential with "Stored Credential" of the datasource. You can refer to the following steps:
Click the black arrow of the report, select Security option.
Click Data Sources in the left pane.
1) If it is a "A custom data source”, please check the item "Credentials stored securely in the report server", and type the valid username and password. If the user is a Windows Account, you need to check item "Use as Windows credentials when connecting
to the data source".
2) If it is a "A shared data source", please remember the path, and then open the data source from the Report Manager. Make sure the credential type is "Credentials stored securely in the report server".
