Code won't run , please help

Question

I wrote a function to test time spent to sort a group of numbers. Seems everything right, no suggestion of errors but each time i try to get it run, same message appeared in the output pane."Value cannot
be null. Parameter name: solutionDirectory"
I'm using visual studio 2013, kinda amateur have to admit.
