Codec error window, please help!

Hey there! I'm trying to import several videos in Premiere Pro CS5 to edit them, but I can't even get them in. An error message pops up: "the codec is missing or it does not exist" (this is a translation, I don't know if it's exact). So, I checked the codec, and it's Integer Little Endian. The videos are HDV 720p25. I checked the project settings were right, and they are. I searched all over google but really couldn't find an answer... not even the way to install the codec so Premiere recognizes the videos. What can I do?? Is there any solution that avoids converting the videos????

Are you on a Mac, or PC? If PC, download and install the great utility, G-SPOT, and Open one of those files in it. Post a screen-cap of the G-Spot screen. That will tell you all about the CODEC.
If on a Mac (works on a PC too), MediaInfo will give you the same info. I just find G-Spot to be the better of the two, but it's not ported for the Mac, yet.
With THAT data, someone will be able to point you to the right CODEC. Also, see this ARTICLE for some background on CODEC's in general.

The log file indicates there are permissions issues on a couple of files and they are not being removed. This is preventing the installation of the new version. Please run the uninstaller, posted here Uninstall Flash Player | Windows, and post an updated FlashInstall.log file, and a screenshot of the files remaining in the /Macromed/Flash directory after running the uninstaller. Please only run the uninstaller and do not attempt to re-install at this time.

I am trying to get all content area content
to show up inside the folder(or area). When I want to get WebDB reports or external sites
to display within the content area, I get
a utl_http error. Here is what I did:
1. Create a Content Area
2. Create an item or type URL
3. Check the "link displays item in folder area" as the display options attribute.
When I click on the link, webdb reports take
up the entire page, while external url or
external apps (like giving a link to www.oracle.com) ends up giving me a utl_http error.

Seaching this page using the keyword 'utl_http' returned a likely solution:
Cause: This is most likely happening because of a bug in the UTL_HTTP package that shipped with early versions of the Oracle 8.1.6 database on Windows NT.
Solution: You must download and install the 8.1.6.2 patch from http://metalink.oracle.com (click patches, and then select "product: Oracle Server - Enterprise Edition", "platform: MS Windows NT"). You must be registered to use Metalink.

You might try reading the entire help document you linked from:

Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.

I understand how frustrating it can be when you cannot open iTunes as you would expect. It sounds like you have tried some good troubleshooting already as well. When you uninstall iTunes, all of its components must be removed with it and in the correct order. Try this:
Open your picture file
Access the clone stamp tool
Hold down the ALT key on the keyboard and left click on the area from which you wish to clone, then release the ALT key, and click to place the pixels at the destination
TIPS:
It is a good idea to open a blank layer at the top in the layers palette, and do the cloning on this layer. Be sure that "sample all layers" at the top is checked. You can change the layer opacity if necessary
Use the bracket keys next to the letter p on the keyboard to increase & decrease the size of the cursor

You've managed to permanently damage the phone. As gdgmacguy suggests, buy a new one. Preferably from a legitimate source.
You may also want to keep in mind that it is illegal to use the Gevey SIM in pretty much every country on the planet. It may still be legal on the continent of antarctica, but that's only because penguins don't use cell phones as a rule.

Thanks for the update and clarification. In researching the issue it seems that the 2003 error code may have something to do with the USB connection. I would use this section of one of the above articles:
Get help with iOS update and restore errors
If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you might not be able to update or restore.
To narrow down the issue, you can try different equipment:
Use the USB cable that came with your device, or a different Apple USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port directly on your computer. Don't plug it into your keyboard.
Try a different computer.
Solve other issues with the USB connection, then with your security software.
If you still see the error message, check for hardware issues by following the next section.

Related errors: 1, 3, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 1002, 1004, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1667, or 1669.

While YOU may not have attempted to jailbreak the phone, SOMEONE ELSE did. Error 1015 occurs by attempting to restore a previously jailbroken phone.
It's very likely you may NEVER get your phone out of recovery mode and your phone may be rendered permanently bricked.
Terms of Use of this forum prohibit the discussion of jailbroken phones. You'll have to scour the internet for a solution to your problem, if indeed one exists.
