CodeError: Identity does not match. How do I change the indentity?
I had a developer make the program for me. I open the project in xCode and try to Build It with either Release or Distribution and it comes up with error:
"CodeSign error: Code signing identity "iPhone Developer: Joe Smith" does
not match any code-signing certificate in your keychain. Once added to
the keychain, touch a file or clean the project to continue"
How do I change the CodeSign to know it is me? Joe Smith is the guy who developed the software, but I need to publish it.
Also, for submitting to "App Store" do I Build it via "Release" or "Distribution"??
Is it the password to the laptop itself or the iTunes Store?

Connect to target through rman
crosscheck archivelog all;
Then re run the backup. This will work if those two locations provided are archive log destinations.
In case the issue still persists then
Connect to target through rman
catalog start with '/logs/bbdd/oracle/INF01T01/archiver/';
catalog start with '/logs/bbdd/oracle/INF01T03/archiver/';
Then re run the backup.

When trying to restore arvhive logs which are taken through netbackup with the following command brrestore -a se1-seqLast=path like in the image attached . It fails with the following image:1) crosscheck archivelog all - when the error happens here, i think this means that there are no archived redo logs in the archivelog destination?? ..or something to that nature.
2) crosscheck copy - not sure what the other errors mean here.

I Validated my backup and archivelogs yesterday.
Today when I tried to do - CROSSCHECK ARCHIVELOG ALL;
I gave me the following error -

One more question related to Archive Log backups -
traditionally DBAs used to take backup of an Archivelog by spupplying "alter system archive log current" before taking the backup. somewhat like -

backup archivelog all delete input;

But, since RMAN automatically archives CURRENT redo log at the start of the archivelog backup, do we REALLY need to pass sql 'alter system archive log current'; before starting the archivelog backup in the script?

related question to this is - Since it generates one archived log everytime it takes the archived log backup, this backup may get hung if the archived destination is 100% full. What is the reason of this error ? The reason for the RMAN-20242 is there are no archivelogs which comply to the filter "until time 'SYSDATE-2'" at 18 Jan 22:42.
Probably you run a purge command more frequent because the oldest logsequence available for backup was created at:
2011 JAN 17 17 00 01 (=sequence=7348)
and the latest at:
2011 JAN 18 22 42 01 (=sequence=7354)
according to your output.
So for some reason the archivelogs created before 16th Jan 22:42 are not on the system as well as the archivelogs created between 16th Jan 22:42 and 17 Jan 17:00.
Maybe there are none (you can check in the alertlog and let us know)?

The archive logs deleted as and when they're backed up ( archivelog all delete input )
So if you then try to list them they are gone. Nothing to list, at least until the next log switch.
Maybe keep a few days around

Once something similar happened to me. The external drives I had set up for FCP to use for some reason were not mounted, and FCP put all its render files on the main drive and I couldn't find them anywhere.
Go to applications, and control-click (and hold down) on your FCP icon; you should get a pop up menu that says "show package contents". Select that, select the "contents" folder, then the "mac OS" folder. See if your quicktime file is in there, or if you've got render files in the "render" folder or audio render files in the "audio render" folder that don't belong there.
That's where FCP sticks stuff when your documents FCP project folders are not available or when external drives you've selected aren't available. -

Pages 5.2 How do I change the indent level used by the indent icon in the toolbar?
I'd like to use the INDENT and OUTDENT icons in the Pages (5.2) toolbar. They seem to default to 0.5 inches. I would to change that but I cant' figure it out.
I can accomplish what I want by going to "Style / Bullets & Lists / None / Indent - text. I make that the inches I prefer - such as 0.25 etc.
Is there a way to change the indent spacing used by the Indent (and Outdent) icons in the Toolbar?

Sorry, the above instruction changes the "first line" indent. You can confirm this by going to "format / indents / first."
That's not the same as the paragraph indent - which is what the Indent icons do.
I just want a way to alter the distance used by those icons.

YOu can't. The CC app itself will always install on the system volume. short of reformatting your volume there is no way to resolve this.

After the last couple updates to my ipod it has created duplicates of songs to it. My iTunes does not contain any duplicates, but my ipod does. Is there any way I can remove the duplicate songs from my ipod?
If the duplicate copies all have the same date then you could do show duplicates, then sort by date added, and delete those with the new date.
