COFC  - Error Message no  KI 806

Hi.
Need your help to close the old oders (created in 2005-06) lying in COFC.
Background :
There are few orders for which Time sheets were created in CAT2.  Confirmation (Transfer to Project Systems) has happened via CAT5. 
Now we are attempting COFC to reprocess the confirmation of orders which were not confirmed in CAT5 due to errors.
When this is done in COFC, we get the following error :  Transaction Actual activity allocation has been locked  (Error Message KI 806).
If we open the relevant costing period (okp1), these orders will get posted in the relevant period.  But what we require is that these orders should be posted/costed in the Current Period (and Not in 2006).  How do we acheive this.

    Hi,
    what you see in COFC is nothing else than the AFRC.table entries. Nevertheless the message itself is not stored in AFRC itself.
    Process COFC-records by marking all of them and tick "save", the ones that can be posted nor are posted only the "real" errors remain.
    You can schedule a job running CORUPROC report, to do this automatically.

  • Error Message V1-806: Internal Pricing Error

    During VF04 background job, we are encountering the this error - Internal Pricing Error which bring the job to halt. I would appreciate any input on what is causing this problem. Thanks.

    Diagnosis
    The program link between tables KOMT1 and XKOMV using the XKOMV-IX_KOMT1 field no longer works in the pricing program SAPLV61A. This could be because the PRICING_REFRESH function module has been called up from another function module, even though you did not require it.

    May be for your pricing conditions, you would have activated some Function Module to apply in billing and that is why you faced the problem.
    Please check with ABABer what Function Module is applied for Pricing.  He could be best person to assist.  Otherwise, if you can indicate the Function Module name, may be in this forum, somebody would be able to guide me, if not me.

    I got an ABAP  type problem with RANGE numeric variables  in EXIT_SAPLRRS0_001.
    With character or dates iuser-exits worke fine.
    My characteristic is CONNID Type  NUMC 4
    My user-exit variable is named CONNID_EXIT_STEP_2.
    My ABAP processing in the exit for the user-exit varibale is quite simple (testcase):
      DATA: l_e_t_range TYPE rsr_s_rangesid.
      l_e_t_range-low  =  '17'.
      l_e_t_range-opt  =  'EQ'.
      l_e_t_range-sign =  'I'.
      APPEND  l_e_t_range      TO   e_t_range.
    My Error message in the BEX Analyser is:
    Value "17" for user-exit variable CONNID_EXIT_STEP_2 is inavlid.
    What's wrong with the ABAP processing in the exit  (testcase) ?
    The debugger clearly shows l_e_t_range-low with value 17.
    l_e_t_range-low  seems is a character.
    Anyone can give a tip ?

              WITH SY-MSGV1 SY-MSGV2 SY-MSGV3 SY-MSGV4.
    Message number is 806 message id is RU.
    Can you help me for fix this situation? I just want to add a data control in ZXCOFU05 user exit. For user fill data (werks based)

  • Error message when business completion of a production maintenance order

    When we try to do the business completion of an order, we get the following error message. We did all the steps that is mention in the error message long text, but still, we can't close this PM order... any suggestions how to resolve this issue ?
    Unprocessed future change recs for order 13101294 prevent del. flag/completion
    Message no. CO688
    Diagnosis
    There are still future change records or error records to be processed from the confirmation for the confirmation processes in order 13101294. Possible confirmation processes are:
    Automatic goods receipt
    Backflushing
    Calculation of actual costs
    Data transfer to HR
    System Response
    You are not meant to set the deletion flag/'completed' status for orders with future change records that have not been processed.
    Procedure
    You should process the open future change records using
    Predefined confimration process or
    The CORUPROC program, by dispatching it in Customizing in a background job (dispatch background jobs: dispatching processes).
    Check if incorrect goods movements or incorrect actual cost calculations exist for the order, and reprocess these if necessary:
    Reprocessing incorrect goods movements
    Reprocessing incorrect actual cost calculations

  • New Error Message

    I got this error message today. We have been running this
    page for well over a year with no problems:
    Error Executing Database Query. The system is out of memory.
    Use server side cursors for large result sets:null. Result set
    size:2,806,384. JVM total memory size:776,273,920.
    Can/Should I tweak the JVM settings perhaps? What is a server
    side cursor?

  • Where can I find what the error messages of Time Machine means?

    Checking my System Log Queries I found the following:

  • OLD COFC errors for maintenance orders

    Hello,
    We are cleaning up some very old maintenance orders in our system (from as far back as 2004).  Many of these have COFC errors so when we try to close and set the delete flag we get the error "unprocessed future change recs exist".
    We did the same clean up on production orders and were able to delete the COFC errors using program ZPPCON_075 (program given to us by SAP via Customer Message).
    When I try to use this program on the maintenance orders it doesn't find the errors (I can see them in COFC) so I can't delete them.
    Any idea how to clear up these errors so I can close and archive these old orders?

    I need some basis information on COFC transaction,
    1. In which process of CATS record tranfer to PS does errors occur which are listed in COFC,m either during CATA or CAT5.
    2. In my case both CATA and CAT5 are done by back ground job, but in my spool i dont get these error messages, where can i check?

    Hi Paval,
    In the selection criteria of report RCATSTAL you need to select the LOG option as well.
    If you selected the Log option for your background processing, the system generates a spool list for each component.

  • SLES9 Oracle10.2.0 EM error message

    I've just done a new install of 10.2.0 (Linux x86 32bit) on a SLES9 box. When I bring up the 10g Enterprise Manager it tells me the database is down, but when I hit the 'startup' button I get the following error message:
    Resource /em/database/instance/repDown/change State not found on this server
    I've looked thru google and metalink and I'm not coming up with much information. I'm fairly new to Linux and the 10g EM, is this related to a bad install? I ran through the "Basic" installation yesterday without any problems, but I haven't gone though the post installation tasks like running the utlrp.sql script since I can't log into the database.
    I'd appreciate any help, or a nudge in the right direction.

    There were Listener problems yesterday after the install. I couldn't dynamically register the database w/ the listener since I couldn't get the db up but I did update the listerner.ora file and lsnrctrl start and stop both work today.

  • Issue with COFC error

    Hi,
    We have a scenario where 3 entries are coming in COFC transaction. The error message thrown is " No price could be determined for internal activity XXXXX   XXXXXXX" . Here the time entry is done through CATS time sheet. The cost center was delimited (For Jan-Dec 2013 we had a CC and from Jan 1st 2014 onwards we are using a different cost center) The error displayed in COFC mentions the old CC which was maintained in 2013. But we have changed the new CC everywhere-Work order, confirmation and employee master data. Then why is COFC throwing the error message with old CC when all places have new CC updated in this.  For first 2 entries, COFC errors are justified but I want to know why the third entry has come when it is using the correct CC. Also we had some more confirmations done for this WO but all others except these 3 got posted and settled correctly. Please advice,

    Please do following things & update completely.
    Maintain price for Activity type & New Cost center appropriately for appropriate periods
    Assign that Activity type & Cost center in Work center
    Assign that work center in PM Order. If already created order, refresh that work center with the same work center again
    Update the Work hours for Internal operations
    Click Calculator button to see the Planned cost
    If Planned cost available, then go for confirmation
    Please do some search why cost is not getting updated in the old threads. You will find some clue for sure as this topic has been discussed many many times. Change of cost center will not have any problem unless you maintain all the information correctly.

  • Windows Vista: Ipod Error Message, no longer read by PCs

    Hello,
    I have a 5th generation black ipod video with 30GB of memory.
    The other day I hooked it up to my laptop (Toshiba, 4 months old) that it's been functioning on with no problems whatsoever. This weird error message flashed twice about it not being able to sync because of some software problem.
    Eversince then, the only thing I can charge my ipod on is the family treadmill in the basement (~_~) as no other computer in the house recognizes it. I can't even charge it through the wall sockets, either.
    I have changed the ipod cord, still no luck. I've also reset the device about 3 or 4 times and uninstalled, restarted the laptop then reinstalled itunes. I would like to reset it back to factory settings but that's impossible as computers/laptops don't pick it up. I live very far from a Mac store...
    What's a girl to do? I can't live without my Busta Rhymes and Wu-Tang Clan!

    Dear users,
    I have a rather usual (unusual from the weekend beers for me though!!) query which I can't figure out a proper way to implement.
    My requirement is like this:
    I have a message class in which I want to define a text 'Employee number & not found'.
    I want to use this in the program, but not to raise this error. Instead, I want to move this error message with the Employee number into a Character(200) variable.
    So instead of using MESSAGE e0xx(messageclass) USING employee number, I would like to move the error text into a variable which looks like:
    lv_text = e0xx(messageclass) USING '1234'   which stores the text 'Employee number 1234 not found' in lv_text.
    How would I acheive it??

  • IPod seen by windows, not by iTunes+ weird error message

    I have a first generation 2GB iPod nano and i use windows xp. I can't load any music because iTunes doesn't see my iPod and an error message pops up that reads like this: "iTunes: iTunes.exe corrupt file. The file or directory \iPod_Control\iTunes is corrupt and unredable. Please run the checkdisk utility." I've tried everything, reinstalling iTunes, different versions, reinstalling OS, resetting iPod, even on another computer, same problem. Other than that, the iPod works normally, it's just lacking music..
    and why is there no email adress from apple for service qustions? 10x

    I still don't get it, how can I put it in disk mode if I CANNOT see the iPod in iTunes..?

  • Error message iPod cannot update b/c all of the playlists no longer exist

    Hello. I have been getting this error message. "Songs on the iPod "MAR(the name of my iPod)" cannot update because all of the playlists selecting for updating no longer exist." And my playlists are still on the left side in my iTunes. They do exist. I have a feeling ths might have to do with the fact that on vacation the person I was visiting gave me a gift of putting all of his music that would fit into the external hard drive part of my iPod, and for the past week or so I have been putting that music onto my 40 GB portable hard drive at home. I suspect I took a vital folder out of my iPod by accident. Right now I have the folder iPod_control if I open my iPod up in My Computer. Am I missing something? Right now my iPod is empty because iTunes made a composite playlist last week and I deleted it thinking I could get my real playlists back. Can you help me, or reccomend a site/someone who can? Thank you.

    let's just doublecheck this. folks get this message if they have "automatically update selected playlists only" selected in their itunes "ipod" preferences tab. so bring up that tab ("edit > preferences", click "ipod" while the ipod is showing up in the source list), and do a playlist by playlist crosscheck of the playlists selected in that tab, and the playlists showing up in the itunes sourcelist.
    is there any playlist selected in the preferences tab that isn't showing up in the sourcelist?
