Follow the following steps :
1. Create RFC destination for both the systems on CRM and R/3 in SM59.
2. Create the logical systems and assign clients to logical system in SALE transaction both on CRM and R/3.
3. Create a user in the R/3 table CRMCONSUM with the name CRM.
4. Maintain the Middlware Parameter tables on CRM : Table SMOFPARSFA:
   Create an entry for following parameter entry:
   Key - R3A_COMMON
   Para name - CRM_DEFAULT_DESTINATION
   Value - R/3 logical system
5. Maintain the parameter tables on R/3 system : CRMRFCPAR, CRMPAROLTP
    CRMRFCPAR :
    Create new entry with following data:
    User - CRM
    Object name - *
    RFC Destination - RFC destination for CRM
    Load types - All Load Types
    In Queue flag - X
    Send XML No XML
    CRMPAROLTP :
    Create the following parameter entry:
    Para name - CRM_DEFAULT_DESTINATION
    User - CRM
    Value - Name of the CRM logical system
6. Create Sites and attach subscriptions in Admin Console : Tcode SMOEAC
    Create a Site as CRM and another as R/3. Attach the required subscriptions to the R/3 site.
7. Register the queues in SMQR and SMQS transactions.

We are working with SAP CRM 7.0 together with an ECC system connected to it. We are looking at both Authentication as well as Payment part of Paymetrics.
I am interested in the following:

SAP RAR - Best Practice ECC,CRM and BW systems

Hi All
i have the requirement to configure RAR for the systems ECC,CRM and BW systems . Each system has only one client . whats the best practice regarding using the rules against each system . i am assuming the rules will be the same irrespective of the system but when i see the names of the initial files , they are system specific . can anybody elloborate around this . thanks

Prasad,
To build on Chinmaya's explanation, make sure you use a logical system for CRM, BI, and ECC for the basis portion of the rule set (and only the basis portion). This will keep you from duplicating your rules to meet your basis requirements. The other rules should be attributed to the individual systems (or additional logical systems if including mult landscapes, ex. Dev, QA, and Prod ECC merged into one ECC logical system).

There is no PSA for InfoSource 8ZCCA_O09 and source system BWPCLNT800 RSAOD

Hi All:
We make a Heterogeneous system copy of BW 3.5. from Solaris 9-Oracle 9i to AIX 3.5-Oracle 9i.
We must have to rename the Logical System Name and during the Functional Testing the users configured the conections again in RSA1 transaction, then they start the
testing phase but get the next error in the Monitor-Administrator Workbench:
"@5C@ 28.02.2008 19:59:31 There is no PSA for InfoSource
8ZCCA_O09 and source system BWPCLNT800 RSAODS 203"
We can see that the errors refers to the old (BWPCLNT800) Logical
System Name; during the configuration of the RSA1 they renamed the
Logical System Name of the BW System to BWNIUSA800.
We found the SAP Note 518426 but we are not sure about if we can
execute it without affecting the system or the configuration.

We are facing an issue while transporting from dev s/m to quality. There is no PSA for Infosource X and source system Y. Here Y is the flat file source system this issue we are getting while transporting transfer rules.We are checked in OSS notes 518426. Its not helpful.

Try RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL (SE38).
You may also check SAP Note 861890 - ODS tables disappear during the upgrade -
and activate all ODS Objects before the upgrade and run the program RSDG_ODSO_ACTIVATE.
also that with Stack 14 an extended version of this program is available together with the
Program RSUPGRCHECK. If errors occurs, consult also SAP Note 518426 and run transaction
RSSGPCLA for the regeneration of the RSDRO_* Objects.
Recheck whether you have Exported with correct parameters or not -- Try to Re Export the Same with all necessary objects .
Try Note 524554 and 325525 also

The above subject line shows the error.
I have a custome data source in Development that is ZOUTNBR_TEXT which has a source system PC file.(flatfiles)
when i transported all transfer structures and data sources from Development to Quality, only my transfer rules were not activated. but when i manually activated in Quality it throws with an error
There is no PSA for InfoSource ZOUTNBR_TEXT_CC and source system PCFILE
Please let me know how can i activate my transfer rules.

Hi,
We also faced the same issue while transporting from dev to QA. We raised a OSS, for which SAP has replied saying that there was some inconsistencies with the infosource and they have repaired the same in debugging mode. The root-cause for the issue is unknown. So they have not given any notes to us.
But meanwhile we created a new data source and transported it. that worked fine.

Exam Guide for SABE201V3.0 and SABE301V3.0

Hi, Can anyone help me finding out the Exam guide for SABE210V3.0 and SABE301V3.0 exam. I was going to register for XI R2 certification in Pearsonvue and while selecting exam I came to know about this exam. Instead of 3 BOXI R2 and one Update exam I think we can give just 2 XI 3.0 exams.
I tried to find the Exam guide to know what all is covered in which exam i.e. level 1 or level 2 but could not find it. SAP site has given link for XI 3.0 exam guide which goes to PearsonVue site but end up displayng "Requested page is missing"
Can anyone help? I plan to give exam soon.
Just FYI: If you go to pearson site and look for exam then it does not show 3.0 exam. You have to login to select exam then only you will see xi 3.0.

Exam for BOXI 3.0 is yet not complete. Third level question is yet not available. After my enquiry with BO that paper is removed from PearsonVue website.

Problem Create System Object in the Portal for connecting CRM abap

Hi, i creating system in the portal (JCX) for connecting system ABAP CRM (CRX), after create system try run test connection and show messages error:
Test Connection with Connector
Test Details:
The test consists of the following steps:
1. Retrieve the default alias of the system
2. Check the connection to the backend application using the connector defined in this system object
Results
Retrieval of default alias successful
Connection failed. Make sure that Single Sign-On is configured correctly
In the logs the portal (NWA) show messages:
Failed in creating the JCO Connection.
The logs operation system (log Security_audit.log)

During the System Object Creating in System Landscape, there is any entry as Message Server Host: CRM MS HOST
and Message Server Port : sapmsSID and add this entry in etc/services --> bottom samsSID 36NN/tcp where NN is instance number.

I got ur document ,it was very helpful.Actually though i have already done most of these steps but i did all these steps all over again.Have u already made configuration for BW Information Broadcasting on your side because although i have done all these steps but wt happens is that the mails get collected in the SOST transaction and iam still not able to send mails and the error displayed is as :
Message cannot be transferred to node SMTP due to Connection Error .
Kindly please revert back to this error at earliest.

Why is itunes blocking my and others accounts from buying diamonds and cash in the iron force game. I have been blocked for the past 3day April 28_29_30from being able to buy the diamond mine 1650 diamonds for $ 99.99 and another package of diamonds for $ 49.99' this looks like the old bait an d switch game where a great deal is offered and then you adore forced to buy something less expensive. I have been in computer business for over 30 yrs and all iyunes needs to do is reset the accounts on their system yet they don't want to do that. Also of note I was allowed to buy small amounts of diamonds only to see that some were taken from my account when I was signed and no message as to why this was done. I had 1230 diamonds and did. Not play the game an the next thing was I had only 1170 diamond?.? What's that all about. Itunes is not respecting customers or. Good business practices. And very. Stupid for not selling uds , the customers the products so itunes can really make more money. I have spent many hours on the phone to resolve this only. To get the run around
