Color labels: I never see 'em; not color blind too

I set color labels for clips, and there is no indication whatsoever on the clip thumbs or in the source panel or anywhere.
I see nothing you could call a label or color label. Presumable the labels are for easy locating?

While we are at it, what is the philosophy here please?
I would put as much on "SCRATCH" as possible, but
never anything I would want later. "Captured video"
has me puzzled cuz the video is "captured" to a location
long before Premiere gets involved and I dont want to
change said location. "Previews" seems ok obvious.
I'll keep my auto saves where I can find them till it's
time to dump them.

You'll find your notes under Mail in iCloud. There's a separate folder on the left that's labeled notes so you can access them anywhere. And your me.com account will have the same password as your Apple ID (in fact, you can log into iCloud with just your Apple ID, as the two accounts are permanently linked).

In Aug I purchased an iPhone 5 with Verizon service I live in CT not farm from NYC. I travel around the area and never see 4g LTE on the phone. I have reset the network and did a reboot. Nothing seems to help

A Verizon iPhone will never display the 4G indicator. You will only see that on AT&T iPhones connected to their HSPA+ network. As for LTE, contact Verizon and make sure your account is provisioned properly.

Cs6 for color blind people

Hi,
I'm color blind. Which means I can't see color. Dogs are like that too I think... they see in black and white. Something about rods and cones in the eyeball.
anyway, I wonder... since I'm about to get into editing etc... if there is a plug in or something I can use with cs5.5 ( or upcoming releases) to do automatic color correction on things I edit ????
So that I get the right color.
Not for " me " , you understand, cause I can't see color anyway... but for " you " and others that can actually see colors.
I'm not thinking of myself here... like a selfish user of program.

Just so that you know, I was not poking fun at the color blindness "thing." I take eyesight very seriously, especially as mine is going.
I can no longer get to 20/20 with glasses, and only with contacts. However, as I suffer from astigmatism, and to a degree, where contacts cannot correct it, I am caught in a gray area. My near vision is also declining rapidly too. I now need to wear the contacts for sports, long daylight driving, etc., but then need at least two pair of different readers for almost anything within about 20', with one featuring anastigmatic correction. Get me into a dim restaurant, and I need readers to even see my food, but different readers for the menu. With night driving, I need readers way out on the tip of my nose, to see the dashboard clearly, but not to interfere with my distant vision. With my glasses, I use one set for distance, one set with anastigmatic corrections and graduated focal lengths (works well on the computer, but makes walking down stairs tricky), and then a pair with lineless bifocals, for general near-to-far. It's tough getting old, and having to carry around a box of various glasses, and contact lenses, switching out, depending on what I am doing - oh, I also need sunglasses of a couple of types, as well, since AZ has very bright skies with lots and lots of sun.
For me, I am fortunate, as the color recognition is still quite good. It's just the eyesight that is going, but at least those poor weak eyes ARE healthy. Being the visual person that I am, I would hate to imagine life without my sight.

My iPhone 4 screen looks like colorful blinds!

I think I had this problem on January 2013. Still: responds, have sounds, can charge it, turns on and off.
The problem is this is just what I see, colorful blinds! I can touch apps and type but all I see is blinds! Please help! I don't remember if I dropped it on the floor or somewhere with water because I just noticed this when I'm about to charge it
--- When I connect it to my computer, my photos are still there and they're not broken.
--- If I need to restore it, I can't install iTunes on my computer. I don't know why. I use Windows 7 Professional.

Need your help I am color blind and need help ASAP

I am color blind and need help with this issue. I have the 8520 and t-mobile service. I went to the accessibility wizard and chose the reverse color mode. That is black background with white font. Here starts the problem when you select this option it changes your photos into negatives and also changes the home screen to bright gray . I can not see these colors. What I need is almost like looking at old DOS font Black backgrounds with white or yellow fonts. I have been trying to find a theme but no luck.
The option of reverse contrast would be great if it did not flip photos or the home screen.
Can someone please help me

Just a follow up on this matter. I spent most of the day and a few hours at work on this problem.
I called T-mobile and was transfered to Blackberry support within T-mobile then to Blackberry RIM . They asked the same questions as everyone else said how much they wanted to help. After about an hour they gave up. They could find no apps or themes that are basic black with white font. The tech could not explain why the designers fell short with reverse contrast . I ask this question why would a programmer or anyone want to see all photos in negative media. I spoke with a local news station about this whole matter and they said give the store one more attempt to make it right. T-mobile said they would sell me another phone at a discount but would not take the Blackberry back because I was out of my7 14 day window. note I have been trying to fix this with T-mobile starting 12/04/09 when I bought the phone. So buyer beware....
Back to the matter. a very simple fix could be done by BLACKBERRY make a theme for the 8520 that is black background white font in all areas. Leave the internet as normal ie: browser let photos look like they should and sell the theme or app like everyone else.
To be honest if I knew how to do it I would build it myself and give it away for free people need this type of theme.

It is normal for me to plug it in overnight and to see no charge whatsoever the next day. I have never had so much trouble using a friggin charger in my life. It just seems to be exceedingly finicky. What am I missing?

Charging your iPad should not be problematic. It should be an easy thing to do using the charger provided with your iPad connected to a known good wall outlet.
The charging problem you are experiencing is most like caused by:
1. A faulty charger
2. A faulty cable
3. A bad wall outlet
4. A problem in the iPad.
The first three of these are easiest to eliminate. Try a for ends charger and cable. Make absolutely sure your outlet is good. Try other outlets.
If the charger, cable and outlet a proven to be good then the problem lies in the iPad.
Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

Color blind users and default color scheme

Has anyone else had to support color blind users, and found that the default OBIEE color scheme (e.g. for line graphs) didn't work for them?
I was going to file an SR about this, but wanted to see what other folks were doing, if anything.

The actual in-the-brain process of color sensation isn't fully understood yet, so anything that simulates what someone with color deficiency might see is an educated guess at best.
Check out www.colorhelper.com. There's a software product called the eyePilot that allows you to distinguish a single color apart from any others on a web page or other sources of visual media. I don't know how accurate it is, and I haven't tried it myself, but there's a trial version available so perhaps it could be useful.
Your best bet would be to have someone you know with normal color vision check your web pages and give you feedback on what colors work well together. You can also check color coordinate values (RGB, Lab, etc.) on images in Photoshop by using the eyedropper tool and the "INFO" information window.

Color Blind - Color Management help

Hello all.. I was wondering if there was some utility out there that can tell me how to best match colors for design of sites? I am partially color blind and matching colors isn't possible for me. Is there a tool i can use that I specify 1 color, then it tells me all the colors that i can use to match to it properly?

LR4.2 printing multiple cell with overlap - What you see IS NOT what you get ?

I am using LR4.2 and PS-elements. Epson 3800 for printing
PS - never an isue.

I get a strange phenomena in LR4.2 when doing multiple cells on same print - with overlapping: At time what you see is not what's going to be printed! at times you will get the printout with some of the cells mising photos (even printing them to file will result in the same way..). Post the printing (ouch wasting of paper...) if I select the cell, I can "send it to the front, ad now it will be printed ok/.
Please advice - did you see this before >?

I have never tried printing overlapping photos. Can you describe how to a simple photo layout that demonstrates the problem so others can try? Or at least include a screen-capture of the layout that is showing the issue. It may have something to do with your particular printer driver even if you print to a JPG, but if others, with other printers have the same issue, then it is likely something within LR, only.

"ok to disconnect"---- i never see this message.

for some reason i never see the "ok to disconnect" message. after i put new songs on my ipod, the ipod goes to the main menu, and itunes says "ipod update complete". so i just eject the ipod and disconnect it. is this bad? i do not want to damage my ipod.

Hello and welcome to Apple Discussions,
Depending on what iPod you have, the "OK to disconnect" screen does not have to appear. This was on older iPods. I have 2 minis and a brand new nano, and they don't show this screen, and like you said they go back to the main menu. You are not damaging your iPod in any way. If it says the iPod update is complete, it is safe to disconnect it.

In Leopard in System Preferences > Sharing With File Sharing selected go to the Advanced Button.
Is SMB Enabled ?
Also is the Finder's Preferences set to the Share items marked with the Red Info ?
Lastly, on the Windows Machines is Sharing Enabled (i.e Can the PCs see each other ?) If the PCs can not see each other then it is unlikely the Macs will "see" them.
(Just covering bases with this one - you seem to imply this but don't actually state it)

Hi Ashok,
for your requirement the application is not exist in particular place. It means, the webdynpro application is saved at different package or different location.
Please change the webdynpro component name and save it in particular request in package, then transport it to quality ..(development server )
then go to SICF t.code .. sap->bc->webdynpro->sap->find out your application and activate the service of your webdynpro application.
Now test it ... this solution might helpful to you .
