Colors in calender change

The colors in in my agenda change unwanted. How can I stop this.

I too am having this issue! Ever since upgrading my iPad2 and iPhone5 to ios7, the colors for my calendars have changed, and I am unable to change them back to my desired color(s). This is effecting all devices upon which I view my calendars, including my MacBook Pro, so i suspect an iCloud issue? I am unable to change the colors for even a brief moment at my icloud site.
I can change the color of a specific calendar while viewing on a device, but as soon as I either close the calender or navigate away from the calender, upon returning the calendar (and I suspect the calendar going through a sync) color has reverted to the unwanted color.
Frustrated!
Any suggestions?

Calender changes color to purple by it self

I noticed a random change of the color for a calender I configured on iCloud for business events. I tried to change it back to the original color, but it changes to purple by it self. I noticed this behaviour today, but it could have already for some days. Never had this behaviour 1-2 Weeks ago.
Anybody with the same problem or a solution?

The color change happens after start of calender and automatic synchronization with iCloud.

I have the same problem. And when I try to change the colors online at my iCloud account it don't even except the change for a second... @Apple: Please help!!!

I called Apple and they said that they know about this problem. It's a problem with iCloud which their Engineers know about. (there was a new iCloud release, hence...) No ETA for a fix yet. I asked that this be escalated so Engineering doesn't put it at the bottom of their fix list. I talked to a Senior Advisor and mentioned to them to have QA check their regression tests as this has happened before to me (the problem just didn't take this long to resolve). I like to use green too for important stuff, so I've resorted to creating a new calendar using the normal calendar green for events going forward. They could have picked another color besides green to have this problem with and I wouldn't have been so upset. ;-)

Have a look at the user status table TSOCM_STAT_PROP and see if there are any unwanted PROCESS_TYPE <> STSMA combinations.
For your process type there should only be one kind of status schema assigned.

There's a brightness control in Settings. The yellow tinge occurs with some phones; if it were mine I would take it back to the Apple store and get it replaced, but some people say it fades with time as the glue cures.

ICal colors have all changed on my iMac

When I turned my iMac (10.7.5) on this morning and turned on iCal (version 5.0.3), all of the colors had been changed. Before they were each distinct and clear and easy to tell apart from each other, now they all seem muted and when I look at my calendar it looks like one jumbled category of muted blue tones. The colors on the iPhone iCal seem to have remained the same, they have not changed.
While in iCal on the iMac, I looked in the preferences and the colors seem to have changed there as well...just a handful of similar, muted colors.
Does anyone know what is going on? If it remains like this, I am going to have to switch calendars as there is no way to tell categories apart!

So to answer ssschmidt, yes, I do sync with iCloud, always have and have never had a problem like this. The thing that is most frustrating as this new color scheme completely overhauled my calendar, it's a jumbled, muted mess now!

You must be working with a 32 bit/channel image or 3D - convert to 8 or 16 and you should see the normal picker.

In SAP (SPRO) we have standard configuration to create/ change public holiday calander, usually this config done by Time management cosultants/PS/MM/SD functional consultants.

Font size and color will not change in emails, blogs, forums etc.

I can no longer change the style or color of fonts in emails, blogs, forums etc. I can change the font size and nothing else. Everything works when I am connected using explorer so it is a setting or update in firefox that is causing the problem. If I cut/copy and paste into a word document from a web site I still cannot make a change. If I copy from a word document into a web site the colors and fonts revert to some default setting. I have tried changing the setting in Options for the fonts and colors, they make changes but they don't solve the problem.

[Solvedish] Can color depth be changed in X with no xorg.conf file?

I have a laptop that's working perfectly with no xorg.conf file except for the color depth is at 16 and I want it at 24. Can color depth be changed in X with no xorg.conf file? (I already tried the amazing three line xorg.conf file to no avail.)

Won't work on a running X session, and has the same effect as the aforementioned xorg.conf file if run before starting X.
I may just have to make a new xorg.conf file. The last one decided it hated some upgrade I made and started wreaking havoc all over my system. Crashes and lockups and flickers galore!

It turns out that the xf86-video-intel driver was my problem all along. I reverted to the i810 driver and my xorg file works again (it has more than three lines).

Hyperlink color doesn't change when hovering over link

I create hyperlink, color I select for hovering over link works fine. But sometimes when I publish to my website the link color does not change, but the link works ok. I go back to my mac and check, sure enough the color changes just fine. I wipe out the link and reinsert new one. Works fine on the mac, but when I publish, color does not change when hovering. Help.

Welcome to the discussions. This is a long shot, but try clearing your browser's cache and reloading the page — then see if the color changes when hovering. ( In Safari, click on the Safari menu and choose +Empty Cache...+ )

Mac bookpro color profile intermittleny changes.

My Mac book pro's color will randomly change to a blue tint (from Color LCD to either CIE RGB or ColorMatch). To fix it, i can go into the color profile and change it back there, but thats becoming a pain in the butt. Is there a way that this can be fixed? Maybe deleting the colour profiles that i do not need... thanks a lot, grant. sorry for the repost.

2 solutions for you:
1- In the system preferences-->Display-->choose the color tab, then select the profile you want then check the "Show profiles for this display only" option,
this will make all the other profiles disappear from the list.
2-go to HD-->Library-->preferences-->ByHost and delete: com.apple.preference.displays.(numbers).plist
then reboot.

Visited colors do not change

Sometimes, visited link colors do not change.
After clearing recent history and cookies, everything goes back to normal.
Any solution?

* Make sure that you do not use [[Clear Recent History]] to clear the ''Browsing History''.
* Make sure that the History is set to at least 1 day: Tools > Options > Privacy > History: "Remember visited pages for at least"
* Make sure that you do not start Firefox in Private Browsing mode (Tools > Stop Private Browsing is grayed, see [[Private Browsing]])
* To see History and Cookie settings in Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting "Firefox will: Use custom settings for history"

Maybe on the wrong layer.
It would be more beneficial if you capture your screen with the layers panel open and any layers that are collapsed, expand them.

Slide background font color have been changed
