Colours for Iphone calendar
is it possibile to get different colours for different appointments into iphone calendar (as you can do in outlook?)
or can I syncronise also the colours used by with Outlook 2003?

The URL field for iPhone Calendar Events is missing?
iCal on my Mac and my MobileMe Calendar both include a URL field for Events. I don't see the URL field on my iPhone Calendar events??? Am I missing something. I can't automatically have that link sync from iCal or MobileMe? I don't want to always have to manually move the URL into the Notes field.
This is a very annoying - Apple can figure out fancy Multi-tasking and App Folders for iPhone OS 4 but couldn't figure out how to add a simple URL field for Calendar Events??And your question is?

Publish multiple ical calendars with different colours for each calendar

i am wanting to publish either multiple iCal calendars or a calendar group online so that the colours are preserved for different calendars. it would seem that the MobileMe published calendars still only support one colour (blue). could someone recommend another method of publishing read only iCal calendars online, preferably free, but i don't mind paying a small amount

Different colours for 1 calendar
Hello,
We sync a google calendar with everyone in our office.
This calendar contains my private and work related appointments.
In my iCal (Snow Leopard) I would like to give a different colour to my private and work appointments, is this possible?
Creating a second calender is not an option, we only want to share 1 calendar with everything in.
I know this is possible in Outlook, but I'm not a fan of Windows...

Why is there no 'Snooze' option for iPhone calendar? Patent issue?
Blackberry and Microsoft mobile platforms offer this. Clearly Apple isn't losing sales because of not offering a Snooze for the native calendar, but it is an extreme nuisance to not implement what seems as such a simple feature.
My question is why? I can't see Apple ignoring what many business users would find useful for no reason. Is it a patent issue? I don't understand how it would be if both Microsoft and RIM have this feature...No one here can answer a question of "why". Unless Apple publishes a statement concerning the reason for the design decision, anything that could be said would be speculation, which is prohibited by the terms of service here.

How do I configure my iPhone to show different colours for my two calendars both from separate email accounts, both Exchange.

All day calendar events not being displayed in the notification centre for iphone 5 post ios 7 upgrade. Please help. Is it a bug?
With iOS 6, the all day events showed up in the notification centre but it lacks in the upgrade iOS 7.Same problem here. Some people pointed out that all-day events do show up in their notification center, but that seems only to be the case for birthdays (and only as text like the weather). I've tried it myself on my iPhone and iPad and it did work for birthdays but not for any other all-day events. I already sent this to Apple as a product feedback as well, as should everyone of you. The more people mention it, the faster Apple's going to fix this issue. In its current state, notification center is not a very helpful feature in my opinion. There's absolutely no point in not showing all-day events in the 'today' calendar overview.

Up until recently my calendar were syncing (between my iPhone 4 & ipad mini). They are no longer synching. I have searched and everything matches to all the resolutions, the problem is on my ipad under Calendars in the settings there is no option for "default calendar". Every other option matches to what is on my phone, just the default calendar option is missing. The default email is the same for both. Help!!!!

Penelope190An interesting additional symtom is that items loaded in the PC (which immedialely duplicate to the iCloud calendar on eht PC - no worries, there) do not transpose the devices (as above) but, loading an item into the phone, it goes to the PC (which is fine, too). But not to the iPad. Interestingly, there fewer calendar display options on the iPad than on the phone.
I talked to Apple a few months ago (after ISO 5) - mainly about the 6000 plus addresses that suddenly appeared in my Contacts - and his advice was do all contact and calendar actions on the PC. "icloud is still faulty"
So there we are! I must have items and reminders in my PC - it is my main work station - and need them on my devices to avoid conflicts when away from my office. -
Outlook 2011 for mac calendar and iPhone 6 sync

Actually this is very simple question. But unfortunatelly nobody ( Apple and MS side ) answered me clearly.
So i want to be sure that there is "no way" to synchronize the Outlook 2011 for Mac "Calendars" with my iPhone6 via iTunes or any other way.
This was possible old iTunes before, but the new iTunes and Yosemite are not give this chance. So why ? what happened ?
Please tell me "clearly" IF there is a way. and please specify one by one.

Calendar Tile on Windows 8.1 displaying incorrect date for icloud calendar but date icon displays correct date on iPhone 5 and iPad Air. Date on Windows 8.1 is correct. Thank you.
Try doing a reset on your phone. Sounds like your carrier's time set is not getting through to your device. If the reset doesn't do it, then go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. That should do it.

Itunes has stopped working and iphone calendar has 10 entries for each event
"itunes has stopped working", since I tried an update which failed.
Also when I plugged in my iphone it went straight to restore and not only lost all my recent stuff as you might expect - annoying enough, but has installed at least 10 entries for each event. How do I get rid of them? Tried deleting the event but it doesn't take away every single entry. (And can I get my recent stuff back?)
These are probably diffferent problems but as my name implies I'm a complete numpty when it comes to the technical terms so please, in lay terms, what should I do?Well I seem to have solved this myself...Much to my surprise!
First the itunes issue. When the itunes update screen came up again it said if you have trouble with this go to Tools (top of itunes panel) and press "download only" which I did and the rest just sort of happened. It uninstalled and then installed.. All I had to do was open each file. Checked my stuff and all there. Checked itunes store and straight in.
Iphone calendar. Not sure how this happened but it had about 25 - 30 copies of each event. I went through each calendar and by process of elimination deleted the ones that seemed to be causing the problem. I didn't lose any events but all of a sudden there was only one each of them. Bizzaire but true.
This is a very rare day for me. A Good IT Day. -
I purchased a new Windows 8 PC and I use Outlook 2010 for my calendar. With my old Windows 7 PC and Outlook 2010, my calendar would sync with my Iphone 5, but with the new Windows 8 PC and Outlook 2010, it does not, and I can't figure out how to snyc them. The emails from Outlook 2010 sync, but the calendar does not. Help! Thanks.
Easy solution for restoring lost calendar informaiton, thank goodness. On your iPhone, go to settings, then to iCloud. If your Calendar selection is turned off, turn it on. Your info should restore. If your Calendar selection is turned on, then turn it off. Choose to save calendars when asked. After it shuts the Calendar off, turn it back on. Your info should be restored.
Thank you to Apple support for walking me through this. Shame on you Apple for not just telling people about this easy fix rather than making us go through all of this pain and worry.

How can I enlarge the "all-day" screen on the iPhone calendar? I use the all-day screen for all my tasks, and it only shows 2 items at a time!! Help!!!
The iPhoto App can select all of the photos in the All Imported folder and delete them.

Can't synch iPhone calendar thru iCloud/iTunes method from iPhone to Mac. Shows in info for iPhone as automatic update, but it is not updating calendar on the Mac. I have OSX 10.6.8.
Thanks, that's what I feared. They assume POP3 users are willing to make a masive attempt to change their
public email address. Fortunately my secondary account, Yahoo, provided IMAP when IOS provided a custom setup for it, and I found I was able to select it as an OS-X mail account too.
As for why Notes weren't updating, I had not realized Notes had suddenly gained an account selector in both Mac and IOS and might be in various places. I was testing by changing existing notes resident on my Mac or USB iTunes synced from there. It works if I move them to the iCloud account and then change them.
I realize now there was an offer at some point in iCloud setup to merge or move some existing things, but I wasn't doing that that day, and I didn't get anouther offer when I enabled iCloud for Notes and Mail!
It might also help to go to setup->Mail... and set Fetch New Data to push, which should propagate the changes faster.
