Column change overview screen of infotype 1001?

Hello,
I run transaction pp01 and choose an object (whatever type, let say S-position). For a particular object, I choose Relationshpis infotype (IT 1001) and choose overview icon. I see some columns of a displayed table.
I would like to replace Abbrevaiation column to Name column. So, instead of a position abbreviation I want to see a full name of the position.
Can someone tell me how to make it?

Please check the Activity Type Category. Probably It would be 2.
If it is 2 then change the same to 1 and try KP26. The other categories are as follows:
1     Manual entry, manual allocation
2     Indirect determination, indirect allocation
3     Manual entry, indirect allocation
4     Manual entry, no allocation

E-recruiting: changing overview screens in the candidate profile

Hi,
I have used customer include CI_P5104 to introduce two new fields on the Candidate education BSP. These have appeared ok. I also want these new fields to appear on the overview screen of the candidate's education but the columns on the bsp 'education_overview.bsp' appear to be hardcoded. Does anyone know how this overview can be controlled. I can't find anywhere in configuration. Does it require a customer version of the BSP?
Also, I have hidden the field 'Highest degree/certificate' through flexibilization but this continues to appear on the overview screen of the education element in the candidate profile wizard. Can this be controlled without development work on the BSP?

I am already using flexibilisation with a context and successfully generating the URLs. The overview I am talking about is not the smartform/pdf overviews but the overview of the records which are maintained in the education infotype record. If fields are hidden using flexibilisation they are correctly suppressed on infotype 5104. As the candidate maintains their education history the records are built up on the infotype. This is the overview I am referring to. The fields which are hidden during flexibilisation do not seem to be hidden from this view even though URLs are regenerated with the correct context.

Adding institution in overview screen of infotype 22

Hi,
I want to add new column to the overview screen(3000).
The column is institution which is standard field from pa0022.
The field is not listed in t588m table also.
I also tried adding field using pm01 list screen tab.But this also doesnt help
Is there anyway to add this?
Any help is appreciated.

No entries can be added in t588m as told by the functional person here.

Changing overview screen of maintenance view

I have to insert three fields on the screen of maintenance view apart from the table fields. on PBO section of the screen i have put my logic to populate them.

You can write the code in the SE51, just find the Program name for that one(System -> Status), Then goto SE51 and write the logic, there in the PBO write the logic to fill the fields according to your requirment.
As per SAP standard, it is not recommended to change the overview screens, becaue, it you generate the table maintanence screen then this code will be disapper and your fields will be deleted ..

In the screen 2000 I haven't any problem.
But I need they also in screen 3000 (the overview one).
There is a "standard" way for modifing this screen without making a modification?

In <b>PM01</b>, you can either modify or append new fields to a Infotype Dynpro.
Just pass the Infotype Number, into the 3rd tab...And you're going to get the PE51 window, where you can make the adjustments -:) I have never used it myself...But I have seen it in action -;)

How to change columns in PO overview screen

In standard SAP in PO Overview screen the first column will be Status and second will be Item, however in our system it is changed and the first column is short text and second is qty and then followed by status column.
How can i interchange it back to normal.

Just Select The Total Column, then Drag & Drop accordingly..
whereever you want..
Alternatively you can do by
in the top right corner of the item overview you have a button for table control (above the vertical scroll bar).
If you click that button, you get a pop-up from where you can customize the layout.
Press the blue info button there and read how this is to be done.

PO Screen Layout change, Addition of one column in Item Overview screen!

I have one typical requirement where in user wants to add one column in the Item overview screen, example "Reason for ordering" which is there in Item Detail under Retail Tab!

Additional Fields of an infotype in a overview screen??

Dear Alls,
I have a question. I m using recruitment module, i have added field in previous employment infotype 0023 but i want to maintain multiple data in this infotype. but this addiotional field is not diaplay in overview screen while it is in infotype.
Kindly let me know is there any provision to add addtional fields in overviwe screen of an infotype.

Hi Sehrish,
Ask your ABAP consultant to change the layout of the screen and as the last salary is a custom field so this must be added to that particular screen number otherwise it will not be displayed as this is not standard field. First check for the program and the screen number then as a prerequisite add the custom filed last salary to the table & structure PA0023 & P0023 and the same must be made available while creation of an infotype 0023 in PA30.
And the screen which you are referring in the screen shot attached is a Enter additional data action screen in Recruitment module and its not an overview screen of an infotype.

I have developed a custom infotype. Need some inputs regarding the overview/List screen Please !
the overview screen primarily is used to list the records for date ranges.i.e. every line / row will have a unique date range for which the record is valid.
But is there a way in which we can get multiple rows for a date range in List Screen ??
example.. If screen 2000(create/display screen) has 3 rows( Listed below) for a date range Date1 to Date2.
(these records below are in the table control).
Row 1. Name1 Age1 Dob1
Row 2. Name2 Age2 Dob2
Row 3. Name3 Age3 Dob3 ... and so on..
Now the List Screen / Overview screen 3000 - This is how its needed to be seen...
Row1 Date1 Date2 Name1 Age1 Dob1
Row2 Date1 Date2 Name2 Age2 Dob2
Row3 Date1 Date2 Name3 Age3 Dob3
Instead of (This is what comes up on Screen 3000 now)
Date1 Date2 Name1 Age1 Dob1 Name2 Age2 Dob2 Name3 Age3 Dob3
( The Screen Layout has been modified to add columns to accomodate Name2 Age2 ..... etc)
Any suggestions/inputs will be highly appreciated !

Infotype screen headers needs to be changed for all the infotypes

Hi Guys,
This would be for a global implementation question.
For the US for a particular region, the screen header needs to be changed for all the infotypes.
The existing field (in the infotype header) is Employee Group which needs to be replaced with employment status.
The know how to change the headers but my question is STAT2 exists in IT 0000 but does not exist in 0001, 0002 0007.........etc
When i go to Table T588J to add an entry , Screen Header 42......,
I get an error " No Field STAT2 exists for infotype 0001"
No field STAT2 exists for infotype 0001.
Message no. PG811
Diagnosis
No STAT2 field exists for infotype 0001.

Correct me if I am wrong.
First you need to maintain the header in T588J.
Screen header of an infotype is defined in view V_582A_B. We can define one screen header for employee and another for applicant in view V_T588I. The header modifier selected from view V_T588I has a definition in table T588J, which finally gets shown on the screen.
Depending on the transaction class (A = Personnel Administration, B = Recruitment) and the country grouping, a header modifier is assigned to the infotype header in the u201CHeader Modificationu201D view V_T588I.
For example like
Screen Header / Tr. Class / Header modifier
00 / A / 60
In the view u201CHeader Structure per Infotypeu201D (V_582A_B), a header has been assigned to every infotype. It also determines whether the data is valid from the system date or the start date of the infotype record

Can I go to screen 3000, and CUT (delete) the fields which are not required? or any other procedure?

User Id long field not displayed in communication infotype overview screen

System: SAP 4.7
After HRSP upgrade, in communication infotype overview screen (Program MP010500 and Screen 3000), the user id long field (technical field USRID_LONG) is not displayed for email subtype 0010 and CELL.
For subtype 0001, the field (USRID) is still is visible.
Any help is appreciated.
