Come aggiornare Lightroom con il numero di serie?

Salve,
qualche mese fa avevo scaricato Lightroom 5 beta per provarlo.
Ieri l'ho acquistato, ho fatto l'aggiornamento, ma quando inserisco il numero di serie mi dice:
"questo numero di serie può essere usato solo per l'aggiornamento. E' richiesto anche il numero di serie della precedente versione di Lightroom"... che però io non trovo più

Tengo Adobe Suite CS3. Hasta ahora me ha funcionado perfectamente pero el ordenador donde lo tenia instalado se estropeo.

si, ho contattato il servizio clienti via chat e mi hanno aiutata a risolvere il problema! Dovevo semplicemente eliminare il file hosts, ma adesso non ricordo il procedimento esatto! Dovrebbe essere scritto anche sul sito tra le risoluzioni dei problemi!
Se la ritrovo ti spedisco una mail che mi avevano mandato da Adobe!
Spero che tu riesca a risolvere il problema!

Compre una licencia pero no tengo numero de serie!! Caducó la versión de prueba y la única forma de iniciar es colocando el serial.

Les cuento que tengo el lightroom instalado, lo estuve usando con una versión de prueba, compré una suscripción de fotógrafos, ya se confirmó se debitó de la tarjeta de crédito, todo bien. Nunca tuve un numero de serie, ahora que caducó la prueba, la única forma de iniciar Lightroom es con el número de serie que no lo encuentro por ningún lado.
En las ayudas que ví me dice que inicie Lightroom desde el Creative Cloud CC pero tampoco inicia, ya lo descargué, instalé, desinstalé y volví a instalar varias veces y siempre me aparece en blanco sin ninguna opción mas que:
1- ayuda (va a la pagina inicial de adobe)
2- Fijar área de notificación
3- salir
Qué puedo hacer?

El panel de Creative Cloud, no debe aparecer en blanco,
si tienes una buena conexión a internet y se mantiene el problema,
desinstálalo, reinicia el equipo y vuelve a instalarlo.

Anteriormente descargué la versión de prueba. Cuando se me acabó compré la tarifa mensual de illustrator, me la han cobrado y no puedo utilizarla. En el panel de aplicaciones de Creative Cloud me aparece en la de illustrator "periodo de prueba caducado" y la opción de comprar. Le doy a comprar de nuevo y me dice que ya la tengo pero no está registrada.
No se que puedo hacer.

Puedes ir a la página de inicio de Adobe.com, y entrar en tu Adobe ID, y mirar tus programs o productos? Ahí debe indicar si tiene ya registrado la subscripción a Illustrator CC.
Abre el panel de creative Cloud y en Preferencias comprueba que está usando el mismo Adobe ID con que has realizado la subscripción mensual a Ai CC, si esta ya consta en tu Adobe ID.

Non funziona più il numero di serie per la licenza di inDesign

Salve,
utilizzo una Creative Suite CS2 Mac version su un Power Mac G5 Dual processor 2 GHz con 4,5 GB di memoria.
Fino a ieri sera non dava problemi. Stamane ho avviato i programmi adobe e inDesign ha richiesto l'inserimento del numero di serie per attivarsi. Dopo averlo inserito il messaggio riportato era che il numero di serie non era valido. Ho provato così ad avviare Photoshop che non mi da problemi e parte correttamente, mentre avviando Illustrator il programma si blocca alla finestra di avvio girando a vuoto.
L'assistenza telefonica non copre i problemi relativi alla CS2, mi hanno suggerito di provare ad entrare con un nuovo account, cosa che non ha dato alcun risultato, o provare e reinstallare tutti i software ma il problema continua a presentarsi.
Avete suggerimenti in merito?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Les comento, hemos usado sap para nuestras operaciones de trabajo y vamos a comenzar a llevar un registro del inventario de equipos y mobiliario de la empresa en sap cosa que no habíamos hecho aun, creamos los códigos para los artículos y vamos a llevar un control por el numero de serie también, no hemos tenido problemas con eso, pero tengo un caso con los CPU de las computadoras.
Verán ese sera un articulo compuesto ya que, se llevara un control de la memoria RAM, Disco Duro y todos los componentes internos, todos los artículos se gestionaran por numero de serie.
CPU --> Articulo compuesto (gestionado por numero de serie)
Memoria RAM --> elemento del cpu (gestionado por numero de serie)
Disco Duro --> elemento del cpu (gestionado por numero de serie)
etc.
Pero no se como puedo asignar una Memoria RAM especifica (numero de serie) a un CPU especifico (articulo compuesto) y al hacer un traslado de un almacén a otro los elementos que lo componen también se cambien de almacén, e probado pero el cpu si cambia de almacen pero los elementos que lo conforman no.
Es posible hacer eso? o no?
