Come back to page 1 on an IR not page 3 of the report.

I have an interactive report that is long and lengthy. I may go to page 3 of this report and see some info. When I leave this report by clicking on another tab, I do something there then come back to this interactive report, I am still on page 3. I like to come back to this page but be on page 1 of this report. How is this done?

You need to reset the IR by navigating to the page with "RIR" in the clear cache section of the URL. Doing this from a tab, unless it's a subtab of two level tabs, would be a little tricky as tabs submit the page via JavaScript and seem to redirect via "invisible" branches.
Without giving it much thought, one solution would be to add a custom doSubmit function to page 0 (overriding the default) and have it check the request value and modify its behavior accordingly.

Try to open the right-click context menu of the Back button and see if you can go back further.
The current active entry in that list has a bullet in front of it.
If you hover an entry in that session history list then it shows the direction by adding an arrow at the left.
You can left click an item to open it in the current tab or middle-click or Ctrl left-click an entry in that list to open that link in new tab, just like you can with other links.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!
I hope this helps, because it was incredibly frustrating. Good luck!

How to get the subtotals to only print on page 1 of the report?

Could someone tell me how to best accomplish this in CR 2008?. Thank you in advance!
On Page 1 of the report, I only want to print a summary of provider then the total of each procedure type performed at the clinic.
Here's a sample of the result that I'm looking for:
    Dr. One
     Office visit, new         = 15
     Office Visit, established = 10
     New wellness care         = 18
    Dr. Two
     Office visit, new         = 5
     Office Visit, established = 18
     New wellness care         = 20
    Dr. Three
     Office visit, new         = 15
     Office Visit, established = 10
     New wellness care         = 10
     Established wellness care = 30
**The 2nd part of this report I was able to get the desired result, but I thought it would be helpful to share this informationl.
The subsequent pages is grouped by provider, visit date, patient name, date of birth,
and procedure description. Then subtotal by provider.

Copy the date parameters to the sub-report. In the sub-report criteria use the local parameters to select the date field data. In the sub-report linking link the main report parameter field(s) to the sub-report parameter fields (not the ?PM-?<parametername> default links).   You may need to also link the data in the sub-report by the Dr. field.

I honestly don't know, I upgraded from Mountain Lion to Mavericks when prompted on this iMac which is mid 2013.
I have even more problems today, my trash has gone haywire, it has two items I did not put there, also the keychain has gone mad. I feel I need to put it back to factory settings but I am scared in case it ends up a mess, its out of warranty, I didn't get extra cover as I've had macs for around 20 years and never had any problems. If you have 64bit Vista or Windows 7, look for the seperate download of iTunes for that further down the page.
Once installed, use the Apple Software Update under your Start Menu to fully update all Apple components.
Your content will remain on the drive in the Music > iTunes Folder, nothing is deleted.
You should be making backups of your content regularly, either through iTunes or via copying the iTunesFolder in your Music folder to a external drive.
Windows is notorious for having "other" issues that make it unstable, we as volunteers helping others can't always resolve those issues.

"one place or option for changing" does not exist imho ( may be i'm wrong )

In the last month my iPad has started refreshing web pages on it's own. let's say I'm filling out a form or typing something on Facebook and have to put iPad down for a minute when I come back to page, it refreshes and I lose everything.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

When I done printing an article, how do I get back to page before? The arrow won't let me.

Yes, the print view on that site displays either a new window or a new tab, depending on your preference. So you should be able to close that new window or new tab by pressing Ctrl+w and then the original article should come to the front. Does that work for you?

How to make Firefox (Mac) not go back a page upon pressing the Cmd+Left-Combination which should set the text cursor to the beginning of a line in input fields instead of leaving the page?

On a Mac, Cmd+Left places the text cursor to the beginning of the line, Cmd+Right to the end of the line.
FireFox however goes back resp. forward a page in hinstory, which is ''most annoying'', since it very often causes me to accidentally leave a still unsubmitted form and loose all input!
I did not find any possibility to get rid of these dreadful keybindings.

I guess I didn't revert to as far back as the change I had made because when I follow your instructions, no entries are bold.
Or did you perhaps mean the next time the problem occurs I should look for a bold entry? And then change it back to what it was? (All that I recall from a year ago was that I changed one entry from ''true'' to ''false'', or vice versa.)

All of your music, apps, photos, videos, etc, should reside on your computer, not just on your easilly stolen,, lost or damaged prtable device.
A normal update, or even upgrade, restores all your settings and data from the backup thats created at the start of the process. Even if something goes wrong, you can sync back everything from your computer.
