Come cambiare la lingua da Inglese a Italiano in photoshop e premiere elements 12
Buongiorno, sarei veramente felice se qualcuno sapesse come fare per cambiare la lingua di funzionamento del programma, perchè purtroppo durante l'installazione m si sono presentate solo 4 lingue da scegliere e, contattarel'Adobe per una domanda è praticamente impossibile !

Importing widescreen video comes in as 4:3 in Premiere Elements 4.0
When I get my media from files even though its saved as 16:9 it comes in in 4:3 format. I use a Panasonic DVD camcorder and its software to bring the video in (Adobe doesn't recognize it on the camera). In the Panasonic software it's 16:9 but in Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0 it's 4:3.
Any ideas?

I looked into your Panasonic SDR-H40 specifications. From what I read you have a Hard Drive Camcorder with 40 GB hard drive and with a video capture format of MPEG-2. Although it says that you can also record to SD or SDHC card, I will assume for now that you are recording to the comcorder's hard drive.
I do not have any hands on experience with the above, so the following are my observations from what I have read. However, I do have experience with the use of Premiere Elements 4.
1. What was your Premiere Elements 4 preset when you brought the DV AVI version of your .mpg into Premiere Elements 4 and what was the "Fields:", Upper Field First or Lower Field First? Premiere Elements has a preset special for hard drive camcorder so that your "Fields:" are automatically reversed from Upper Field First to Lower Field First. So, you may want to look into that aspect.

2. What software did you use to convert your .mpg to DV AVI? Was it MPEG Streamclip? I have used that software and it does an excellent job.
3. How are you judging quality? Have you burned the project to DVD-VIDEO and are judging the quality of its TV/DVD playback? That is the best judge. When the DV AVI version is on the Timeline is there a red line over the Timeline? With DV AVI I would think not. If there is, you could try Rendering the Timeline (Edit Mode) by pressing Enter, wait for the process to go to completion (red line turns to green line), and see what that looks like in the Monitor. This rendering JUST gets you a decent preview and does not impact the final product DVD-VIDEO. The process can be very time consuming, but you do get a better preview before burning. During the process temporary Preview Files are stored on your computer, location depending on how you have your scratch files set up. -

Redemption code comes back as invalid as I try to install Photoshop/Premiere Elements 11.
I bought a sealed copy of Photoshop/Premiere Elements 11 less than a year ago. I just got around to installing it. However, when I come to the screen where I need to put in the Serial number, I see that I need to first use a redemption code to get the serial number from Adobe. When I put in that redemption code, I get a response that the redemption code is invalid. Considering I paid around US $80 for this and am now wanting to use it, I'm a bit disappointed to say the least. How can I get Adobe to recognize my redemption code and give me a serial number? Is there somewhere else I need to be looking for a serial number? Any help would be appreciated.

We are not Adobe here. Rather user to user.
In the threads that I have read here the following is the user to user reply on this matter that is seen regarding project assets....Music Scores in this case....
The Music Score soundtracks are from the Adobe Premiere Elements (12 or 13) Music Score selections within the program.
And, they can be used in the users choice of export. As for "authorship", I guess you would point to Adobe, Premiere Elements version, Music Score.
Would the evaluators settle for the above information?

Salud.You may have to remux the VOBs using VideoRedo Plus. Remuxing is relatively fast and can correct problems with VOBs that you have in Premiere Elements 2.0.
Is there audio for the entire movie?
You might also have a problem with DVD markers or the menu. The only way you are going to find out is to remove them and try burning. -

The availability of Elements Online features can sometimes be country dependant. But, I had not run into any mention of that for
eLive (Elements Live), the new feature in Premiere Elements 13.

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? Have you updated 12 to the 12.1 Update? If not, please do so using an opened project's Help Menu/Update.
The latest version of QuickTime is a requirement for Premiere Elements. Among other things, without it you will not have QuickTime export presets when you get to the Publish+Share/Computer/QuickTime exports. So, please download and install latest version of QuickTime to computer with Premiere Elements 12/12.1. QuickTime like Premiere Elements requires that it be run with you as Administrator. Is your User Account one with Administrative Privileges?
