Command/F1 key command not available

PS CS4 keeps telling me the OS is using this key command. It isn't. PS CS3 lets me use it and so does AI CS3 and CS4.

When specifying an alias you must write a name, not a path. Something like this:
keytool -genkey -alias server ...etc
The alias sholdn't be a path. Now the alias must be the one you used for your certificate or want to use. When generating a key the most common alias name is root:
keytool -genkey -alias root ... etc.

I have created a set of actions for watermarking that works great - one image at a time. If I try to batch process...each step comes up "command not available" What am I doing wrong?

I am taking the following steps. The crazy thing is that it worked perfectly the first time I did an individual file and perfectly the first time I did a batch. Now it will only work on one file at a time. I have been working on this for hours. Hope I am helpable!
Creating the Action
1. Create a folder on your desktop and name it Images to Watermark. Place copies of two or three images in the folder.
2. Create a second folder and name it Watermarked images.
3. Open one of the photos from the Images to Watermark folder.
4. Go to the Action Palette (Window > Actions) and select the Default Action Set.
5. Click the Create New Action at the bottom of the palette.
6. Give the action the name Watermarking and click Record.
7. Go to the File Menu and choose Place. When the Place dialog opens, choose the watermark.psd that you saved when you created the watermark. Press Enter and the transparent watermark will be centered in the middle of your image.
8. Flatten the image.
9. Save the photo by choosing File > Save As and select JPEG format. Save the watermarked image in the second folder you made named Watermarked Images

authenticate as your admin and then if it does not give an error you should be all set.
See this http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107915 for more info (it talks about an LDAP server but when I tried to add that 'user' to my LDAP server it did not help, so I added it locally (which is what the above command does) and then viola!)

PPTP "MPPE required, but keys are not available"

Dear all
Since last reboot of my server I got following errormessage in VPN Logfile when user tries to connect to the server trough PPTP:
MPPE required, but keys are not available. Possible plugin problem?
Anyone have an idea, what could be wrong ?
May as another information: After restart of the server I had problem, that VPN Server was not started, because the L2TP definitions where not correct... Logfile told me. So I have redefined the PPTP and L2TP setting, but disabled the L2TP login, because I have definied this "only" for test purposes. All definitions where made with Server Administrator.
Before restart of Server Login trough PPTP was working quite well...
I forgott to say, that the Server (Leopard 10.5.1) is an OD Master, which is working quite well (until now). The authentication type for PPTP is set to MS-CHAP (Kerberos is grayed out, I don't know why)

Previous/Next View commands not available

I have two PDF documents created from Adobe Acrobat 7.
Using Adobe READER, in one document I can navigate around jumping through several different pages and zoom levels and then use the right-mouse click to choose "Previous View" or "Next View".
In the other document these commands are not available and the tool icons are grayed out.
The only difference I can see between the two documents is that one has Fast Web View enabled and the other doesn't. I went back and resaved trouble document with Fast Web View enabled, but it didn't help after testing it again.
Any ideas?

Parameters from SQL command not available in Web Viewer

Hello,
I recently built a report using Crystal Reports 2008, and I'm using it with CR4E 2.0 SP1. The report has had a SQL command inserted into it, instead of pulling in tables and taking the desired fields. This was done to speed up rendering time. The SQL command also has some parameters in it to adjust the date, etc.
When the report is viewed in CR4E under the web viewer, the parameters are not available to be changed. They will appear at first for the initial settings, but cannot be changed afterward. These parameters were set to "Editable" in CR2008. In fact, other reports will work this way, but those reports don't use SQL commands as a datasource. Is there another step I haven't completed?

Jar command not available

Hi,
I have a new Java programmer and I have installed the following software onto my PC:
1) Java SE Development Kit 6u1 and NetBeans IDE 5.5.1 Bundle
2) Sun Java Toolkit 1.0 for CDC
3) JBuilder 2005 Foundation
Now, I am trying to make a "jar" file with the following command:
" jar -cf test.jar *.class "
And my system reports the following:
" 'jar' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. "
I have Java SDK, and IDE installed in my PC, and yet "jar" is not available. How could this be possible? What happen? Kindly advice, please!

jar is an executable in your JDK installation directory that needs to be pointed to or else it will not recognize it.
You can specify the bin directory of your JDK in your PATH environment variable or simple type an absolute path to jar.exe in the commandline.
"C:\Program Files\[jdk directory]\bin\jar" -cf test.jar *.class

Iphoto keywords commands not available

All the keywords commands (pane, edit, manage, etc..) are all not available in the iPhoto menus.
Can someone help me?

Application installed working : TeXshop 2.3.7, AquaTerm v1.0.1 (1.0.1)
Questions: Any help or advise on how and where to get the make command ?

Ip nhrp command not available?

I'm setting up an 871 and I've configured my tunnel0 interface, however I cannot type in any commands for ip nhrp.
I currently have:

That was pretty much it... after digging around that day, I noticed the IOS on that baby was advsecurity. Upgraded to Advanced IP services and worked like a charm.
I'm not at all familiar with DMVPNs so that one was a trick to find out.

Make command not available error

I want to create an action that will apply a set of color adjustment layers to an existing selection in a group.
IE. I want to create a group with a selection mask that contains several color type adjustment layers.
THis is what I did:
Make a selection.
Create this action:
     Create Adjustment layer
     Create group using the newly created adjustment layer.
     Select the mask from the adjustment layer and drag it to the group.
No errors creating the Action
When I run the action, I get the error "The command 'Make' is not currently available"

Remote app: control command not available

Hi all,
I am using Remote app 2.3 on a iPhone 4G and an iPad 1 together with Apple TV 1st gen (software version 3.0.2).
On the ipad I can see the control cross as an icon to control Apple TV with finger moves.
Unfortunately on my iPhone, remote only shows the following standard icons in the menu bar: Genius, Lists, Artists, Search and more.
I can't find any control field.
Does anyone has an idea why the app is missing the control command in the iPhone's version?

I selected Apple TV in the two squares (I have two entries my media library of macbook and my Apple TV).
In a youtube tutorial I saw that if you control your macbooks media library, no gesture interface is visible. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUzy8jcjvPs&feature=related (min 4:30) If you select your Apple TV, the interface is shown.
I can imagine that remote app does not recognize Apple TV as a device that can be controled with the gesture interface. What do you think?
So I tried next the complete homesharing activation on every device.
Infortunately - even if selected the homesharing option in my macbook and the remote control, the menu for Apple TV stays without the icon of gesture interface.
So I disconnected my library from Apple TV (which copies the contents of my macbook on the harddisk of Apple TV) and I hoped that only streaming of the media library to the Apple TV could help. But no fortune (even the connection via my wlan router broke very often down, when the macbook streamed to Apple TV).
It is now still copying the contents again on it - approx. 120 GB - so I will have to wait to try out other things.
As I said, my iPad 1 works properly with the gesture interface.
Kind of strange thing... :-)

InDesign CS4 keyboard commands not available when swatch palette in open

Has anyone else been experiencing this? When I have my swatch palette open in CS4 on Windows XP, I cannot use even the most basic keyboard commands and shortcuts. Once the palette has been closed, keyboard commands return. I've encountered this on more than one computer.
Any thoughts?

If you're using the KBSC to get to the Swatches panel you may have inadvertently entered the Tint field, in which you can type a number. If you hit Tab in this field you get a thin black line outlinining the panels swatches when see this you can use the arrow keys to navigate the swatches, or use a key to go to the name of swatch, so I could type C and it goes to the first swatch starting with a "C".
With the Swatches panel open, try hitting Esc and then try your KBSC.

Stroke command not available

I am trying to add an outline to a dialog bubble. I can't figure out how to make the Stroke Command available. It is greyed out. I have tried to select the layer, tried everything. What am I missing? Thanks.

Another way...
1. Ctrl-click the dialog bubble layer to get the "marching ants".
2. Create a new empty layer beneath the bubble layer and apply the Stroke to this layer.
3. Merge the 2 layers.

Sender receiver assignment - jump command not available

i want to create a sender receiver assignement between two queries. For several month i already tested the sender receiver assignemnt and it works, so i deleted the dummy. Now i tried to create a new assignment, but after i execute the sender query and make a right-click on a data cell, the appeared popup mirror does not have the entry "jump" or "goto" (i dont know the english name) to select the receiver query (there only appears the entry "properties").
I maintenanced all necessary settings in the transaction RSBBS, in which i selected the sender query and created a receiver for the sender query.
Are there any basic System settings, which could have been changed, since i tested it for several month?
