Command+rightarrow in pages 5

When you press command + rightarrow you previously moved the marker to the end of the line. Now it is changed to an indent.
How do you change this feature in pages 5?

I have the same mac and OS and have the same problem with Pages 5.0. Anywhere else on mac software this function is still working, but after upgrading to Pages 5.0 it has changed to indent.
Have you come up with any solution to the problem?
In the overview of the shortcuts in Pages it says it should be like before. Maybe it's a bug?

UNIX command to quit pages without saving?

I know that killall "pages" quits pages, but I need a command to quit without saving.. I can't find on anywhere and I don't know anything about unix commands!!!

Opening the Pages dictionary there seems to be a standard command:
tell application "Pages"
quit saving no

ok, I try first approach in print4.vi, but Labview return an error (view jpg); if I cut From, To controls, the VI print all pages. The same things happen also if I trasform I32 in Variant.
I don't try second approach, because at this time I have only one report
I try also with VB macro: this is better (print3.vi) but.....if I use:

is ok; print the pages selected; if I use:

Smartforms command to next page without balnk area in main area

Hi all,
i have created a smart form for Notification printing.
i have one page called page1
page1
->Text page from 1 to 8.
-> text reported by : Tark
->MainWindow.
->Table itab1 into itab1
->loop1 itab into itab. where adrnar = itab1-adrnar.
->loop2 itab2 into itab2. where QMNUM = itab1-QMNUM.
->command - next page to page1 .
while printing it prints 6 documents in 7 pages.
pages no 7 or last page contain page no and rported name but
main window is blank.
i need to print one document in one page second in next page and i wand cancel last page because it blank in main window area.
expecting the reply.

i copy the same mainwindow of page1 to page2 .Now whaever action i perform with mainwindow of page2 same happens to page1 too.

I have already declared that next page is Page2 in page 1 and page2 in page2 itself.What i am missing ?

May I know if there is a command(such as even-skip-page-count) specifically for the document last page?
I have a requirement where PO/Invoice T&C should be printed at the back of the last page only.
The blog of Tim (http://blogs.oracle.com/xmlpublisher/2007/10/here_are_my_terms_conditions.html) covers
only odd/even printing.

nagornyi is correct.
i will just expand a bit on the use but it can be found in the documentation.
you will need to add a section break to the last page of your report
and also remember to add the header information of you report.
I may be wrong but when I left the header info out it was not printing.
header information goes above the tags and footer(totals and stuff like that) below the tags

How to set a command to change page status

I´m using a elearning system and I need that Captivate 4 change the status of the page to concluded in the last slide of each project. I´m using the command "Open URL or file" to chane the page so I need to implement the command "setSeenUnit"
I get this script but not works for me:

I would just use the setSeenUnit(); directly in Captivate as excecute JavaScript on a button or on slide end.

JSF HTML Command Button: Prevent Page Reload

I know that for ADF Faces Core Command Buttons, you can set partialSubmit to true to prevent the page from reloading. I need to do the same thing for a JSF HTML Command Button, but there is no such property. I really just want to change properties for the button when it is clicked using javascript. I don't want anything to submit at all. Is there something I could put for the action property to prevent this?

Have you tried returning false from your Javascript? If it's a function, you need to make sure you return the function's result, as well.

Oh, BTW--while I (and I'm sure many others on this forum) are happy to answer generic Java EE (as opposed to ADF or JDeveloper Tooling for J2EE) questions when we can, you'll probably get a better mix of JEE gurus on a JEE forum.

What is the new Keyboard (Command) shorcut for Pages 5.0

I have the new pages software which doesn't allow me to use the command + Mouse (selection) to select non-consecutive.
You could do that in the old pages, but now on the new 5.0 latest release of Pages you can't.

Firefox is slow in responding to commands and loads pages very slowly.

I'm unable to use Firefox most of the time because commands are slow in running( like Scrolling down a page.). Most pages take forever to load and while they are doing so. Navigation crawls to a stop. I'm now using Chromium by Google because it's faster and I can continue to work the page while it finishes loading.

My system meets all the requirements. I agree with you that with a better hardware installed the software will be much more usable, but I feel that, since my system is OK with the requirements, Illustrator should work much better, at least on the basic tasks. I'm especially concerned because Illustrator CS6 worked fine, and that version of Illustrator has got the same system requirements, so I'm not sure that with a better hardware the program would run normally.
There's no difference in managing complex files with multiple linked images or small low resolution files with a couple of objects: I have this delay in zooming and panning, selecting, moving objects...
I'm wondering if I should check any specific setting inside the program.

Does anybody know how to run DDL commands such as DELETE or UPDATE through a XSQL page?

Print command in JSF Page doesnot capture the EDITS

Hi,
The PRINT button on my JSP page doesnot show the edits unless they goto the Database.
For example, Iam on a page and editing some values and before I hit SUBMIT, I click Print Preview..it doesnot show the new values .
But when I hit SUBMIT and do Print it captures the new values.
Any solution to this??

You need to block the submit button from any default action, otherwise it is simply submitting the form to the server (and thus implicitly generating a new request, hereby aborting all running Javascript events/processes on the current response immediately).
Just add "return false;" to end of onclick.
onclick="window.print(); return false;"This is not needed if you used a plain <button> or <input type="button"> element instead.

When we give the print command, the output page is like a disintegrated print; whats the solution to this

When we given print command, say for any of my email, the print is not proper, every letter of it say 3mm apart.

Bug on section:xdofo:blank-on command resulting to extra page?

Hi,
I've used the following commands to do page rendering/ duplex printing (which is ok) but is getting an extra page ? Any idea why?
<?section:force-page-count;'end-on-even-layout'?><?section:xdofo:blank-on;'even-skip-page-count'?>
I've already tried minimizing the spaces but still get the same result... is it a bug?

In addition, we have applied patch#6416280, which supposed to fix such bug, but still get the extra page. Has this bug been solved in XML Publisher 5.6.3 (Oracle Applications 11.5.10.2)?

Pages Intermittently Not Accepting Keyboard Commands

Battery on keyboard is 100%. No problems with keyboard on any other programs. Pages software downloaded today. Can still issue mouse commands. Intermittently Pages will stop accepting the commands from the keyboard. I cannot type any letters/words, delete key, return key, nothing functions. Then after 10-20 seconds or so I can type again. Any clues as to what could be causing this?

I don't have the hardware to test this, but I recall reading that some people had problems (I think they had Apple's Magic Mouse) where they left a finger lightly touching the "trackpad" area of the mouse which the computer interpreted as initiating a drag operation that took the focus away from the keyboard until they lifted the finger.
If you are trying to type with one hand on your mouse, you might want to check that.
