Photoshop Elements - after opening the program few commands under 'Edit' are disabled (such as 'Copy', 'Paste', etc) are disabled or greyed out. What can I do to enable the commands?

And you do have an active selection? If so, can you post a screenshot? You'll need to come to the forum's webpage to do that. It doesn't work via email.

Print commands are disabled in File menu (Multisim 10)

I want to print my circuit, but all Print commands in the File menu are grayed out. I do have a printer installed on my system, which works on other applications. I'm running Multisim 10 (Student Evaluation) on Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit.

The print option is disable in the evaluation version, it not your printer problem. When you activate this version, the print option will be active.

All of my commands in Airport Utility are disabled

The airport extreme is working however I can not connect a wirreless printer as the commands are all disabled. I am using Mountain Lion 10.8 operating system

Not sure what you mean by "disabled". Are you.....
Opening AirPort Utility and clicking on the AirPort Extreme, then clicking Edit in the small box that appears?
Then, clicking the Base Station menu?

Office 2013 : Ribbon some commands are not available

Sometimes, in excel or others applications, we have some issues regarding ribbon : commands are not functional !
We must close office applications to get back to a normal state.
We did a migration from Office 2007 to Office 2013.

First, please make sure your Office program is fully patched.
If you installed any third-part program that is integrated to Microsoft Office, please temporarily disable the integration to check the result. Also try to disable all add-ins in Office programs to check the result.
In addition, please try to run a repair of your Office installation and then test the issue again:

Essbase Error 1013206 - SetActive Commands are Currently Not Being Accepted

Hi All,
I am facing the below error very frequently which is causing the disabling the "Enable connects"on the respective application. It is not happening for all the scheduled processes, just BETWEEN the last cube build or first cube build of the day.
In Essbase.log server logs observered as below:

Error 1013206 processing request [MaxL: Execute] - disconnecting
Please suggest as It is happening repetedly andcausing the Down time.

Is it possible that you've issued the command: alter application disable connects ;
That would cause MaxL to send back that message.
Per the docs:
Prevent any user with a permission lower than Application Managers from making connections to the databases that require the databases to be started. This includes starting the databases or performing the ESSCMD SELECT command on the databases. Is it possible that you issue that command and then try to do things with a username that doesn't have App Manager or higher rights?

How do I determine what commands are associated to Priv 2 - 14

I don't want to create Command Authorisation sets just used a priv level. I'm having trouble determining what commands are assigned to what priv level?

By default, there are three command levels on the router:
privilege level 0 - Includes the disable, enable, exit, help, and logout commands.
privilege level 1 - Normal level on Telnet; includes all user-level commands at the router> prompt.
privilege level 15 - Includes all enable-level commands at the router# prompt
Commands at level 2-14 are blank by default BUT you always have access to all commands at your level and below so if you are at level 4 you have access to commands at levels 0 and 1

Here are some suggestions for getting the best results from this site.

Lwapp - Command is disabled

We have some 1131 lightweight access points which were once registered with a controller which is no longer available. When we issue the command "clear lwapp private-config" The message "ERROR!!! Command is disabled."
This error message indicates that the static configuration commands are locked out because either:
This command was entered while the LAP is registered to a controller.
The LAP was previously registered to a WLC, but the username/password was not changed from the default.
OK both these things apply. The point is how do I clear the AP and start again since I cannot connect it to the controller???

ERROR!!! Command is disabled.

I have a lwapp 1130 here and it's no longer associated with the controller. I issued the clear lwapp private-config, it went through and cleared the config. Now when I try to issue the lwapp commands to set the ip and such i get ERROR!!! Command is disabled. I read that this means the static configuration is locked, but it did not say how to "unlock" it. Any ideas or suggestions on how to get this re-enabled.

Hi everyone, I was stuck with an AP that were on a Lab and associated to a WLC we don’t have anymore.
None of the procedures were working and we never change the enable password of the ap while it was associated, so I decide to perform the last procedure (erase de .JA2 file). Now the AP its not booting. It gets stock right here:

New Servers in SIA are disabled..

we have three BOE 3.1 servers installed and clustered.
it was working fine and showing all nodes.
when we try to change the CMS port in CCM, SIA won't start.
I tried to create a new SIA, new SIA creates all servers in it.
But, newly created servers are disabled. not getting enabled.
should i install Integration Kit,SP2 and Fixpack in all the servers and then start trying ?
Please advise...

before you start installing all that, let's find out what the problem is.
what are the SIA ports for all 3 servers ?
What are the CMS ports ?
what exactly , how and to which value are you changing ?
Add -trace to SIA command line in CCM and try to start it, look in /logging directory for sia logs - what do they say ?
What do you see in Event Logs ??

Audio POSIX receiver v190.9.p6) in dnssd_clientshim.c file and in API DNSServiceGetAddrInfoResponse has provided the implementation for ipv4 only.
The test setup to test the DACP over IPV6 is by disabling the IPV4
from MAC book and only enabling the Ipv6 .
We are not sure if the test procedure is correct, please clarify the same.

It is because of the license. In WS-C3750X-48P-L, you have a LANBASE license whereas in WS-C3750X-24P-S you have an IPSERVICES license.

Do you think apple will ever add additional voice commands like one to enable and or disable Bluetooth so that I am able to save battery life and time with trying to use my Bluetooth Headset?
It’s annoying having to unlock my phone go to Home / Settings / General / Bluetooth every time I get into my car so I can use my headset.

After updating to Firefox 7.0.1, menu bar for Google,yahoo, Facebook (message,notification,profile,home) and others site are disabled. How can solve this problem?

after updating to Firefox 7.0.1, menu bar for Google(web ,image,video,map etc),yahoo, Facebook (message,notification,profile,home) and others site are disabled. even I cant log out from different sites cz the log out bar is completely disabled. I tried with Firefox 4;5 and 6, same problem exist . I tried by active all add ons for facebook, same problem exist. If I use internet explorer , I don't find such problem with it.
How can I solve this problem?

As I've mentioned above, I was informed that updating to 5.0.1 would '''require''' me to '''delete''' the current version and then install the new one. And doing so will involve losing all my bookmarks. I guess I should have been more specific and detailed there. By losing, I didn't mean losing them forever. I'm aware that they're secured in some place and deleting and installing the software doesn't harm its existence. What I meant that if I install the new version, I'd have to delete the old one. And after installing the new version, I'd have to transfer them (bookmarks) back from wherever they are. Get it? When it updated from 3.6.9 to 3.6.13, and from 3.6.13 to 3.6.18, I didn't need to follow that process. They were already present on their own.
BTW, I'm having no problems with 3.6.18 but after learning about the existence of version 5.0.1, I'm a bit too eager to lay my hands over it.

The left-click options in the web browser are disabled in the latest version

In all the previous versions of firefox I've had no issues in the drop down menu when left-clicking to either open a link in a new tab or save highlighted text or even saving an image to my drive. However now with the latest update (20.0.1) I have come across something which disturbs me by the full length of the drop down menu (too long, too much stuff on it) and half the options are disabled, which makes it harder for me to surf the web as I am used to doing. This is a problem related to having an outdated version of Firebug, most likely you've disabled automatic update of addons.
The easiest way to fix this is to go to Tools -> Addons, and then clicking the wheel button up near the search field. From there you choose "Check for Updates" and unless you need specific versions of an addon, choose the "Update addons automatically" while you are there.
You will most likely have to update Firebug twice, as it updates to an outdated version, and from there to the newest one.
This is the solution I stumbled upon as I had the same exact problem, where I tried creating a new profile and the likes.
