It sounds like you are dealing with a PDF of pictures. In that case you need to edit the graphics and change the contrast and brightness. That is best done with PhotoShop or equivalent. If I am right about it being a collection of graphics, you might consider using the tool to export all graphics. That would enable you to edit the graphics in other software. With PhotoShop, you are supposed to be able to do it directly from Acrobat (I have just never done it because I don't have PhotoShop.

Tu peux inclure tous les fichiers que tu veux, à condition qu'ils soient ajoutés à ton projet.
Le plus simple, c'est de définir tes fichiers à inclure directement avec l'exécutable. Pour cela, il faut que tu:
- ajoutes tes fichiers dans ton projet
- Défini ces fichiers dans la partie "toujours inclus" de ton exécutable
- Ajoutes un nouveau répertoire dans les "Destinations" (afin d'organiser tes fichiers)
- Va dans "Source File Settings" et sélectionne un des fichiers, puis dans le menu déroulant "destinations" à droite, change le "same to caller" par le répertoire que tu viens de créer (si tu veux que le fichier soit placé dans ce répertoire), fais de même pour tous les fichiers que tu as rajouté.
Voila, tes fichiers seront automatiquement ajoutés avec ton Build dans un nouveau répertoire.
Lors de la création de ton installeur, ces répertoires seront également ajoutés.
Pour ce qui est de fermer ton application, suis le document ci-dessous:

Tu peux remplacer la structure désactivation conditionnelle par l'utilisation d'une structure condition et d'un noeud de propriété sur la classe Application, en regardant la propriété "Application Kind".

Je rencontre actuellement un petit problème pour la sauvegarde de mes mesures dans un fichier. Je m'explique:
Lorsque l'utilisateur de mon programme Labview lace mon programme, le programme fait une série d'acquisition, et réalise un petit rapport en HTML.
Si mon Utilisateur veut refaie une acquisition, et relance le programme en oubliant de changer le nom du fichier du rapport. Son nouveau rapport va venir écraser son acien rapport.
Ma question est donc la suivante: Comment puis-je détecter qu'un fichier portant déja le même nom est présent dans le meme emplacement?
Si j'arrive a savoir qu'un telle fichier existe déja je n'aurrais qu'a incrémenter le nom (toto_1.html) pour que le précédent ne soit pas ecrasé.

C'est exact, la sortie est en erreur si le répertoire n'existe pas, ce qui au final n'est pas incohérent, puisqu'aucun booléen est en sortie pour dire OK/NOK !
Vous noterez que l'erreur est la 7:
L'erreur 7 s'est produite à : Infos sur le fichier/répertoire dans Sans titre 1
Raisons possibles :
LabVIEW: Fichier introuvable. Le fichier a peut être été déplacé ou supprimé, ou le chemin du fichier peut avoir été formaté de manière incorrecte par le système d'exploitation. Par exemple, utilisez \ comme séparateur de chemin sous Windows, : sous Mac OS et / sous Linux. Vérifiez que le chemin est correct en utilisant l'invite de commande ou l'explorateur de fichiers.
Par conséquent, créez un sous VI qui prend en entrée le répertoire, regarde s'il existe (c'est à dire si cette erreur 7 arrive !), ressort un booléen pour le dire (existe/n'existe pas), et surtout ressort l'erreur câblée en entrée pour ne pas la perdre !!!!
Et puis ça sera réutilisable par la suite ;-)

From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari, and test.
I've seen an unconfirmed report that the "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can also interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you might need to remove it as well, if applicable.
If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.

Below is a copy of an 8/7/2013 email from adobe. I prepaid a one-year subscription, and, until I recently upgraded to Windows 8, I was able to make several dozens of merged pdf documents. I seem to be no longer able to use the merge feature that I had successfully and repeated used. When I search for the merge feature I end up with a request that I pay for an upgrade monthly subscription to use the merge feature.

How do I: put multiple PDF pictures into one PDF page?

I have just installed Adobe Acrobat Pro Ver 9 - so this apllication and its associated SDK are the only applications available to me for use.
Adobe Acrobat was chosen because of its AutoCAD capabilities (when AutoCAD is not present). i.e. Using Acrobat & AutoCAD's plot configuration files & Pen / colour selection table ensures the output has correct line thicknesses (sometimes colours in CAD are used to represent a line's thickness) - this is preserved when using Acrobat.
The generated output is fantastic. However, when I try to print the output via Excel / Word (used for layout) - my perfect output is reduced to imperfect results.
So: is it possible to layout multiple PDF pictures inside one PDF entity for printing purposes such that the original output is not distorted?
I have in the past put pages in front or behind other pages but cannot find any references or code that works with Pro 9 nor indeed the manual way to insert PDF pages at any location on a single PDF Page?
I'll try and explain. My template coud consist of 6 boxes on a single A4 page thus:
My base PDF Page (can be thought of as a template - ideally it wont be printed - but even if it is - it wont be printed on any media material) has 6 areas (any number of areas up to 100) on it. In each area, there is a box. It is within these boxes that I wish to place a PDF Picture. Not all pictures will be the same. How can I do that? Ideally I'd like some example C# code - though doing it as a user will suffice, for now.
Is there a way of programmatically selecting each of the above boxes on the base PDF Document?
I do know of one manual method (though it seems long winded) and it is not accurate enough in that (even though the layers are deselected) - the hidden layers are subsequently outputed too - not good!
Uses a button icon over each box.
All the current Adobe help for the SDK refers to Pro 8 and previously - which all seems to have now been replaced in Pro 9
This question will be placed in the Developer & User Forums - as it pertains to both.

What I get, and don't want to see is:
The PDF was generated using Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 from an AutoCAD LT (DWG) file without AutoCAD being present but making use of a plot configuration (PC3) file & pen table (CTB) file. The resultant file [WhatIWantToSee.pdf] is perfect - all the lines are the right thickness & colour and are perfect vectors (with no construction / proofing layers visible). When you view that file in Acrobat and show the "Layers" property box, you see that the correct number of layers whilst are still present are indeed turned off.
However, when I add a forms-button to one of the rectangles (please refer to initial post - where there are 6 rectangles), and display same file as icon display. The resultant view is the one shown above named [ What I get and don't want to see]. It seems the saved layer settings are all ignored?
I generated the PDF file through Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 Menu | File | Create PDF | From File (Files of type Autodesk) | Options | Selected Layers | Layout | Last Active Layout.
Rectangles are regular content elements - not fields (in the general meaning of form-fields).

Preview.App does not find text in pure text pdf works in other PDF viewers

Hi I am using reportlab an open source python based pdf generating package to generate pdf reports.
The generated pdfs are searchable using Adobe acrobat and Google -Gmails built in pdf viewer . However in Preview.App the text seems to be only recognized as individual characters . For eg the text "hello world" will not match hello or world , but typing just h into the search bar will show up matched text as "h el l o" . So although visibly the text appears as a single word , semantically the words just seem to be composed of one or two characters.
Only Preview.App seems to have a problem with the generated pdf. Adobe Acrobat ( Mac and Windows) , Google-Gmail pdf-view , Evince-Gnome-PDF viewer ( Linux) dont have any problem with finding the text in the PDF documents generated.
I have a thread in the reportlab user forum discussing the issue (see http://two.pairlist.net/pipermail/reportlab-users/2009-August/008643.html). ANd the problem definitely seems to be with Preview.App . The pdf (sample see example text in corner) is available at this url ( http://s3.amazonaws.com/code-itch/searchtext.pdf)
The app is targeted at scientist Mac users . And I want to have the pdf reports searchable and indexed by spotlight , so getting this working is very important for me.

The posts on the reportlab newsgroup suggest that

Test cases show that search fails completely at rotations of 90 , succeed partially at rotations of 45, succeed fully at rotations of 0.
So , is there a way to prevent Preview from only searching the final rendered PDF. The pdf I am complaining about are searched fine in the many other PDF readers I tested that probably handle search differently.

I would like to open a PDF report from a PDF report, but in a new IE window.
I have the following code attached to an item in the report:-

All of the commands work except for the 2 srw.set_hyperlink_attrs commands. The "onMouseover" and the "target" seem to have no effect. Can anyone help?

The built in srw.set_hyperlink_attrs does not work , if the report format is PDF. There is no way to open another PDF report from a PDF report in a seperate window. Also think there is no way to hide URL which apperars when the mouse pointer moves over the hyperlink.
In other report formats like HTML, the built in srw.set_hyperlink_attrs works.

How can I embed files of word, excel, and pdf format in a pdf document

I have a word document of the product, which I am updating for next product release. However, there are some excel, word, and pdf files embedded within a word document. When I double click these embedded files in word, these files open in a new window. However, we deliver documentation to the customer in the pdf format. Therefore, when I am converting the word document in the pdf format, only an icon of the embedded file is displayed and the files do not open in a new window. Can someone let me know how can I embed these files (in word, excel, and pdf format) in a pdf document?

You must attach them to the PDF file after it is created. You cannot embed file attachments onto a page as you can with Word.

In my "Extra" there is a line: "PDF -download, by Nitro PDF software". When I click on it, appears: "XML-parsefout .." How do I delete a command in "Extra"?

How do I delete something in "Extra", something I didn't put in! (on my desktop).
On my laptop the "PDF -download, by Nitro PDF software" doesn't figure and pdf files open normally and not seperatly in the mainframe of for example www.centrum-veurne.be

Gee, Pat, this is a real big help.
Nobody could possibly think anyone would ask for help without first trying to fix the issue oneself. Or maybe you do. I have opened the file and looked under security. I have changed it to owner-notebook (which is what the techs called me) and clicked accept but geepers it didn't work.
Maybe someone else has an idea.

I ended up being able to open some pdf files after transferring them from one partition category to another. I wish it was that easy as you seem to think.

Is it possible to embed a pdf attachment to a pdf output report?

The question is a little bit complex, cause we do not know if belongs to Reports or tu E-Business-Suite. Our development Team has just created a report for a list of purchased/sold goods, which output is a PDF file.
On the other hand, the customer, is attaching a PDF (an agreement) to the items included in the Sales Orders in the Sales Order Window in the Order Management Responsibility. The customer wants that when they prints the report, the agrreement attached to each item in the sales order, will be printed too.
Is there any way to include the .pdf attachments in a .pdf's output report?

2. I had the same requirement of merging multiple PDFs in oracle Quoting, what I did was get a third party code from net which joins two PDFs.
So, you need to do this
1. Have a request set, with two conc programs
2. Program one in the request set would generate the PDF report as it is doing now
3. Program two in the request set would go back to the order, see if there is a attachment, if yes, pulls it, calls the third party java PDF merge program, merges both the PDFs and then generate the output, which is a consolidated PDF/
