In my project, the comment line is just not accessible anymore like if the line would be block. Has someone an idea what going on?

First, what version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
Is this an issue "it worked before but not now" or "it never worked before". I have created screenshots using Premiere Elements 12 as the model. Please check them out to see if any of the screenshots points to the place where you have the problem.
The columns that you see in the Project Assets, and you are looking for a place to put comments?
OR
Comments associated with the unnumbered Timeline markers?

You mention Audio Mix in all this. The following is what Audio Mixer looks like. Is this the area that you are in? I see no place for comments. Do you mean comments or sliders or place to make settings choices?
Please check out the above.
Thank you.

Apparently I am to stupid/impatient/all of the above to figure that out, so check out a code sample from my blog (I am on a roll today with references to this beast) to see what it looks like: Regards,

  • Comment line spacing

    Hi Adobe team,
Can you tell me how to get this working on Adobe Reader XI?
I do not know how to explain this. There is a good spacing between the commented lines which makes is easy to read.
I am not able to get that now. What i get when commenting is a big chunk of yellow without the spacing. Very ugly.
How do i get back to commenting like above?

This has to do with the way the area surrounding the text is defined in the file. There's nothing that can be done about it in Reader.
My guess is different applications were used to generate these files, or different fonts, and therefore you're getting different results.

Thank you again for your suggestions. I deleted the Skype application, but the "Phone" application continues not working. The version of the software that I have is 2.2, and i was told that I cannot update it to the last version, as my iPhone would be blocked doing so
Therefore, following your recommendations, I resseted several times the iPhone, but nothing improved. Thank you anyway for taking your time trying to help me with your suggestions. Josep

  • Code Style one character indent after a comment line

I have a problem with "Code Style" formatting undesirably. Any time I put a comment (//) line into my code the next line is indented one space. I can't find any setting in "Code Style" that alters this. I end up doing a lot of manual format editing to get rid of those spaces (the real problem is when I cut and paste a large block of code after a comment line - then the entire code block, every line, has that extra space of indenting).
Does anyone know how to alter this behavior?
    This is with JDeveloper 10.1.3.3.

You can use an "indent to here" character before Diesel or set up your paragraph as follows
    left indent 0.125" (or whatever)
    first line indent -0.125"
You should use your existing paragraph style, too. No need for a new one the way you've described it.

  • Create Postscript with extra comment lines

    Hi all,
Hope anyone can help me out on this subject.
Our customer sent's its formatted invoices to a partner firm that prints them. The partner needs to receive postscript files with some lines of comment at the top. These comments are command instruction on how to print and handle the invoice. I.e. paper type, folding, priority etc.
<b>Any ideas on how to get specific comment lines in the postscript file?</b>
My own idea is to add comments to the OTF, but I don't know if they will be transferred to the postscript file.
Btw I would rather add the comments within the smartform.
    Additional info:
    - SAP R/3 Enterprise (6.20)
    - The invoices are printed through a Z-program, which is an adjusted copy of RLB_INVOICE.
    - The invoice is formatted using a smartform
    Thanks,
    Hans van der Kooij

If your postscript comments going to be constant or have few variations then using HEX ENDHEX migth help
Post script comment begin with %, it's hex value is 25, convert all characters after % to hex, for Ex: if your comment is %ABC, it's hex equivalent is 25414243
add the following lines to a standerd text in SO10:
    /: HEX TYPE POST
/* following line is hex equivalent of %ABC,
    / 25414243
    /: ENDHEX
Include the standard text into ur smartform header window.
The  comment lines appear after about 200 lines in the postscript file.
If you need to add comment lines after first line of the postscript file, best way is to modify the postscript file using a unix script before sending it to the partner. u don't need to do any coding in smartform if u choose to use unix script.

  • Comment lines in SE38

    Hai Friends,
Can any tell me the name we used to give in "patterns" in SE38 transaction under "others" option to get the pre-defined comment lines.

    Hi,
If my understanding is correct you want the following name.
    **1 --- provides commments for 1 line
**2 --- provides comments for 2 lines ( you can give the number based on your need)
    -  --- this comment line differs in the format from the above comments lines
    and -1
    Hope this will help you.

  • Why applet code in the comment line

This is my doubt that why we have to put the applet code in the comment line..
    /*<applet code="*.class" width=200 height=300>
    </applet>*/
Actually the staement which are in the comment cannot executed know then how the applet code is working
please tell me the answer as yearly as possible

The comment does not have to be there, that's just some convention someone made up. It does not make or break the applet from working.

  • Close config data.vi changes comment lines

When using the "close config data.vi" with write config file set to true, I get ="" appended to comment lines, like
; this is a comment line
    changes to
    ; this is a comment line=""
Does LV6.1 not support comment lines or does it use a different character?

This is a problem of the close config vi.
The vi gets all keys (keys are the values before =) and the values (behind
=). When the data is stored, the vi puts 'key'='value' in a string for each
    line.
When a empty line is encountered, this happens. The key is ''. The value is
''. The output result is ="", because empty values, and values with spaces
in them are contained between quotes.
When '; comment' is encountered, the key is ';comment', the value is '', the
    result is ;comment="".
You'll have to modify a very low level sub vi inside close config.vi to
resolve this. The problem has been there since lv supports .ini files.
    Regards,
    Wiebe.

  • Can't Export ALL Comments from Issues Tracking app in Sharepoint 2013

I really like the flexability of the SharePoint 2013 Issues Tracking application. I am able to enter the initial issue, then update it regularly with "comments". Each comment is added as a seperate entry to the issue, date stamped, etc.
The issue I am having is in exporting this to Excel. I know, I know, the purpose of SharePoint is that you DON'T turn everything into an Excel spreadsheet.  However, I have to send the issues to an external contact that does not have access to the SharePoint
environment.  When I export to Excel, it only adds the LAST comment to the Comments column in the spreadsheet. I need all comments combined, and dropped into the correct cell.
Is there a way to do this? I found another thread where it seemed everyone accepted the fact that this was not possible, but I thought I'd try one more time and see if there were any new ideas.
I believe this is tied to the option of "Append Changes to Existing Text" that is available in the Edit Column settings for the Issues Tracking app. I see that you can turn this off, but then you lose the ability to date-stamp each entry. If there
is no good solution, then I think the only alternative would be to turn this off, then just manually add a date to each time.
Word of caution!!  If you have a bunch of comments already appended, and THEN you decide to change the option from Append Yes to Append No, it will hide all previous comments. I did this and thought I'd lost them, but when I changed the option back
to Append Changes, they were all still there.  I may need to manually cut-paste every single comment out, change to Append No, and then manually past the entire comment thread back in.  Will be very tedious for a large issues log.
    Thank you.
    Bill

Update - The only solution I was able to change to "Append Changes to Existing Text", then do as I dreaded, which was to manually cut and past every comment out then back into the single field.  Definitely a good lessons-learned to set the
value to "Append Changes to Existing Text" before starting.

  • Entering comment into multiple tracks

Is there a way to enter a comment into the comment field on multiple highlighted tracks, or does it have to be done individually? For example, a classical guitar CD is automatically entered into the classical genre. I would like to enter "guitar" into the comment field for all the tracks on that CD.
    PC   Windows XP Pro

Yes. Just select all the tracks in iTunes and go to Get Info. Enter the info in the comment window and will apply it to all the tracks.

  • Want to write a program that will count no. of comments line in a program

    Hi,
I want to write a program that will count the no. of comments in a program which is given as an input from command line.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Jacky

    hi..
I mean to say that If you can help me in writing the
program as I cannot think of any approach right nowI can only guess that right now your definition of "help" is "write it for me", which of course I will not do, nor will anyone else (at least they shouldn't). Is this how you approach life - do you just walk over to your classmate's desk and say "Here's my homework assignment - I don't know how to do it, just basically do it for me and I'll check back later"? I hope not.
You need to get started on your own - apparantly you're in some class and they've tried to teach you some stuff to get this done and you've been doing something else other than pay attention in class?

  • Comment Line Formats

    Hello,
I have mostly used the old back end editor for program. I have seen the new front end editor being used by some of my colleagues.
I have not seen special characters other than (*) and (") that could be used to comment out program lines.
Many times I have thought it would be a nice feature to have if more special characters could be added to format/comment out code blocks. Like I would comment out code that I may need to revisit with  (&); code that failed with (!) etc.
Is something like that possible already?
    Thank you,
    Sundar.

    J@Y ,
I am sorry for not stating it well, let me try another time. Is there a way to select a block of program lines and add special characters like (!, &, etc) at the beginning of the selected lines? Just like the way we can insert (*) or (") at the beginning of program code lines.
    Thank you,
    Fred.
