Comment réinstaller les appli adobe après les avoir desinstallées?

Bonjour,
En raison d'un problème d'initialisation des applications adobe téléchargées depuis creative cloud, j'ai dû les désinstaller les unes après les autres. Aujourd'hui, je me trouve dans l'impossibilité de les réinstaller. En effet après avoir réinstaller creative, il m'indique que les appli concernées ont déjà été téléchargées et mises à jour et que je ne peux plus les réinstaller. Comment faire pour les télécharger à nouveau?

J'ai du changer d'ordinateur et donc sur le nouveau quand j'ai installer itune je n'est pas pu recuperer les series que j'avais achetée , alors que l'achat est marquer l'historique . Comment faire pour les recuperer ?

À mon avis il y a deux explications possibles:
1. Tu les as effacés, ou alors;
2. Tu les avais loué et non pas acheté.
Si c'est 1, tu peux les récupérer si tu as fait une sauvegarde dans Time Machine, autrement il est impossible, iTunes ne permet qu'un seul téléchargement de chaque film.
Si c'est 2, les films loués s'effacent de ton ordinateur dans les 24 heures suivantes après que tu commences à les regarder, ou 30 jours après le téléchargement et il faut payer une fois de plus pour les voir.
Pour passer les films que tu as acheté dans un mac à un autre, tu peux les enregistrer sur un DVD puis les ajouter comme n'importe quel autre fichier. Pour le réproduire il faut que cet ordinateur soit autorisé avec ton identifiant.

Vous avez peut-être installé sur DW-vous à deux appareils en même temps.
Si vous devez désactiver une installation précédente afin d'installer un troisième, contactez le service clientèle d'Adobe.

Après la réinstallation du logiciel Windows 7 sur mon Sony Vaio, le logiciel Elements 10 ne veut pas se réinstaller. Il accepte le numéro de série ert fonctionne ensuite dans un va et vient éternel. Quoi faire pour corriger cette situation?

I uninstalled Windows 7 along with Elements 10. Reinstallation of Windows went well, no problem. Then Elements acted up...after accepting the Serial number the CD starts up but only goes back and forth without installing. How do I get it to work properly or toss the thing out!

Impossible d'installer les fichiers RAW du Nikon 750

Depuis l'achat récent d'un boitier Nikon 750 je n'arrive plus à installer les fichiers RAW dans Photoshop Éléments 12. Le message "format non prise en charge etc." s'affiche en permanence. J'utilise Windows 8.1. La version de Camera RAW installé est 8.5.0.236. J'ai cherché une solution dans les FAQ et forums mais je commence à me perdre dans la masse d’information disponible. Y-a-t-il une solution simple S.V.P?

The D750 requires Camera Raw 8.7 which is not compatible with Photoshop Elements 12.
Your two main options are
1) Purchase Photoshop Elements 13
2) Use the DNG converter to convert the NEF files to DNG which can then be used by Photoshop Elements 12
Note: If you get version 13, you need to update it after the installation by selecting Updates from the Help menu.

téléchargez une version d'essai du le site Adobe. Après cela vous la pouvez convertir dans une version complète avec votre Adobe dates d'accès. Ici le lien:

Any Ideas? I checked permissions etc., everythings seems to be ok.

Uninstall each and every bit of Adobe software on the system, including Adobe Reader etc., then try again. You may also need to delete the caps.db in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\caps.
