Comment tracking on flickr lost

Hi,
I uploaded a photo on flickr yesterday and I started tracking comments in the "comments" section within iPhoto.
This afternoon, my photo does not display the little "shared" icon on the thumbnails and the "comments" section is empty. It tells me that the photo has not been shared yet.
Anyone could reproduce this problem ?

It seems that it is linked with the duplicate photos problem... I found one of my duplicate photos in the "photos" tab that have the icon and when I tap on it, I can see the flickr comments.
But the actual photo in my albums doesnt show anything...

No, but if you have activated Find my Iphone/ipod on it then you could have a small chance of locating it if it is around alot of wifi hot spots.

Track start times lost when exporting playlists

I have about 1500 iTunes birdsong tracks I am transferring to a new computer. Each has its own start time which I manually edited (took 6+ hours!), track by track, to eliminate a guy's voice at the beginning of each track. Now when I export the playlist and transfer the files to a new computer, all of the track info (artist, name, album grouping, Composer, Comments, etc.) shows up, but the start times (as well as 'volume adjustment' and 'skip when shuffling') are lost. It appears this information is not encoded in the .xml resulting from the playlist export. Does anyone know how I can mass export (and subsequently mass import) these file data so as to avoid the 6+ hours work redoing the track start times by hand?

When you transfer a library to a new computer, do not try to do anything with the XML file.
Rather, copy the entire iTunes folder to the new computer. (If your library is not already consolidated, consolidate it first). This procedure brings over all the content as well as all the library data.

So start of, i had a 4th generation iPod Touch. Not a 4s. So someone stole it during P.E.. And i've only had my ipod touch since october for a birthday present. And i will honestly say i love it. Now someone has stolen it. I am really sad about it, so if there any tips of finding it? No i don't have the App that keeps track! D:. But my school has wifi. so yeah. I was hoping if there is any way i can find it. My school has wifi but some apps wont load up like iFunny, and youtube. :/ If i install the find my phone to itunes will it help finding my ipod? Sorry I'm Really low-tech. And please dont say negative things. :/

Is there ANY way to track an already lost 4s that does not have a tracking device app? I need help!

Please help me! I lost my phone and was a dummy and did not download find my phone. I have some very special pictures on it from that day and am mostly worried about loosing them. If anyone has any tips at all I would greatly appreciate it.

i recently lost my itouch 4G and i'd really like to get it back, so is there any way how i could track it orsmth?

If you already had the FindMyiPhone feature activated on your iPod (free for 4G iPod) and you left wifi on and the iPod is within range of an unsecured wifi spot the iPod can be traced. Otherwise you are out of luck. I think here also may be an app that has to be installed on the iPod that can do the same thing.

Either force the phone into recovery mode, as described here, & restore it:

Or, login to iCloud.com, locate the phone, then erase it.
Either method will remove the passcode.

Why there is no option for me to track the Cell Comment input history for the member combination?

I understand that I was replying to the clear details post, I don't see how that helps when you see what gets logged in the audit reports.
I thought the question was about tracking, the hsp tables only give the current view, no renames, deletes, if it is really required then you would need some type of CDC on the tables.

Why apple can't track my iPhone 4s? I have the purchase receipt, original boxing, and the device is registered in my Apple ID, it was stolen two months ago and iCloud is useless since the guy can erase the phone and set it with his own ID, I mean I bought the phone including all of it's features, and GPS is one of them, and Apple as the maker can track their own devices..

Apple has no more ability to trace an erased phone, or one with GPS turned off than you do. Apple are not a law enforcement agency and do not keep records of who owns what devices and where they are. Privacy laws prevent that sort of activity.
Other phone manufacturers do not track stolen phones either, but just like Apple, some provide services which can assist you in locating a lost device. However technical limitations prevent these services from being guaranteed to find a stolen device.

This morning I somehow left my macbook Pro on the train.
I did not have icloud or Find My Mac settings turned on (didn't know about it), or any other anti theft apps.
I have my dropbox installed and active, and I have the Mac's serial number.
Is there anyway I can track it down? I'm hoping someone would hand it in but I'm anxious whille waiting. haha.

No more playing similar tracks! Another lost feature!

In iTunes8 I can no longer find how to play tracks at random, making iTunes choose tracks that are similar to the one previously played (and adjusting how similar I want that to be).

Interesting - yours is the first post I’ve read that links this issue to deep sleep. Can you confirm that this is perfectly reproducible? IOW does it happen only after the iPod has gone into deep sleep and every time its gone into deep sleep?
Unfortunately that isn’t the case with my 4G iPod. Since receiving a Nano as a gift this winter, my 4G gets to deep sleep regularly but it wakes up and plays my purchased tracks. I just confirmed that. However, every couple of months I too have been forced to connect it to my computer, play a track in iTunes, and then sync again.
I tend to set up my iPod with playlists and then not sync it for quite a while and since getting the Nano the period between syncs has tended to get even longer. I figured the iPod had a time based ‘kill’ switch that if you don’t connect the iPod and sync before that time passes the purchased songs stop playing.
