Commenting Help (merging comments in from a email review)
I'm getting this error "You have already saved comments for this review in another file. You can use the review tracker to locate that file."
Here's what I did (Acrobat 8). I sent the pdf out for review, then got one set of comments back and opened that file and acrobat automattically registered it and merged the comments in. Then I got a second email back (they are saving them and sending them back as attachments in email.) and that one gave me the above error code. What went wrong? What does that error message mean?

I only have ONE email address stored in my Address Book (my card).
I have Mail settings to reply from selected account and don't want to change this (if it has anything to do with it).
Please help and tell me how to force Mail to send notifications from a specific email address of my choice!

Desperately need BizSpark help, received no response from support email after several days

using my existing MS account (redacted). At no point did it indicate I was doing anything other than filling out a new application. When I finished, it went to my old bizspark page, but all the company information was changed (except for the logo)! Not only
is that terrible, because now it appears as though my new company is a BizSpark graduate, but I still want to try to enroll my new company in the program!

I have since edited everything except my company name because I cannot find a way to change it.Scott, I dont deal directly with the BizSpark program, but I've reached out to a few people internally who I think do. I'll let you know what I hear back, and maybe we can get your email replied to.

How do i remove recovered messages from my email
I need help removing recovered messages from my email.
I posted a very similar question. The answers I received here did not help. For anyone else looking, here is the solution that finally worked. My son found it via a Goolge search:

Please follow below steps.
1.Take your gmail account offline from Mail and delete the recovered messages folder.
2. Download the widget to show the hidden files fromhttp://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/developer/hiddenfiles.html
3. Go to UserName/Library/Mail/IMAP-<username>@[email protected]/.OfflineCache
4. Delete all the data under .OfflineCache folder - DO NOT DELETE the folder.
5. Close Mail application and reopen.
This should do the job.

I'm editing a bulletin and have used the "Send for email review" feature to get reviewers to edit. I've already merged some of their edits back into the initial document. Only now have I realized I forgot a reviewer on the initial email request to review. Is there any way to add this reviewer to the initial document, without her having to see all the merged comments? Essentially, I want her to have a clean slate of the bulletin to edit just like all of the other reviewers. I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.

In Conversation view when in Outlook you should have a triangle (to the left of the conversation group) you can click on to expand the conversion, this then shows a nested list of all the message and paper clips for the ones that have attachments.
Click on the View tab, and click on the Reset View button, this should return the view to the default and you should see the little triangles to the left of the conversations in the list of messages. You can then use those to toggle the summary of
all the messages in the conversation open and closed.
If that still does not work, you might think about just using your Gmail account in the Chrome browser, this way you get a lot of the gmail features, plus you can do that from any PC, not just the one with your Outlook installed. Just a thought for
you, or you can repair Outlook.
Repair Outlook 2010
Open up the Control Panel on your PC (and show All Control Panel items, if necessary) and click on Programs and Features.
Find Office 2010 in the list and highlight it.
Click Change.
Select Repair and Continue then follow the prompts
After the repair is finished, reboot.
Hopefully one of those takes care of it for you.

All my Photos disappeared after I saved a photo to Iphoto from an email from my wife. I am running Mountain lion on Mac book pro 2012, help. What did I do wrong?
Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #3, followed by #4 and then #1 as needed.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

My iCal has frozen after I tried to paste info from an email into a reminder. I get a "server reports an error" message with what I tried to paste in the box. Calendar is frozen and will only close by forcing it. Any help?
Did another window open with the pasted information? If so, try hitting "enter/return" key and "delete" key at the same time. That should get rid of the current action on the ical, the extra window should go bye-bye, and all should be fine with the world.

my iphone just stopped connecting to my wifi and i have tried all the recommended troubleshooting with no success. Also when i send a text , it shows it coming from my email address instead of my cell #. i dont receive any text going to my cell #. help
If i understand what you are saying then you are seeing the WiFi indicator after connecting but Apps are saying that they are not connected to the internet?
Your router may not have given your iPod a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the ">" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be to restart your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPod (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc. -
Hi, I recently got the iPhone 6, a bit of mucking around with iMessage, over it to be honest. When i message from my macbook air my recipients receive my message from my email. HELP! it never used to do this. its so annoyingly frustrating.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of this exercise is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login. Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Be sure your Mac is shut down.
Press the power button.
Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem(s)?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode.) -

Did you change the ID you are using for iCoud? If so, did you delete the account, then sign back in with your new ID on your device?

Email Review collating comments
I have been using Email Review and Acrobat 9 for a long time with great success. Now I have upgraded to X, I can send a file for email review nicely, but when I get them back and open them, they no longer ask if I want to collect all my comments in the original file. I have to save each file, open the original, then click the import data field. I'm sure there must be a slicker system than this. What am I missing?

Very likely depends on the mail client setup on each machine. Most Acrobat uses require MAPI to be active and that may be the issue.
