Dear SD Expert,
Base on ECC 6.0, I have to set authorization which check u201CSales Officeu201D in create/ change / display all sales document.
I found that authorization object u201CV_VBKA_VKOu201D contain authorization filed ; that are, sales org, distribution, division, sales office and sales group. Also u201CV_VBKA_VKOu201D have assign to (Transaction code: VA03, VF03) as standard SAP (see in T-Code : SU24) . However, when I assign; for example, T-Code u201CVA03u201D, u201CVF03u201D in PFCG. After generated profile, only u201CSale org, distribution chan., and divisionu201D is pop-up. I wonder that
1) Why u201CSales officeu201D dose not show in u201Corganization levelu201D ?
2) How can I set u201CSales Officeu201D as an organization level? for checking an authorization
Please give me step-by-step.

SivaTry transaction VA05. In that choose "Open Orders" along with other selection criteria.
If you want the Open sales order qty in output and its not displayed, do the following.
Sales -> System modification -> create new fields ( without condition technique) -> New fields for lists.
You can change V05TZZMO and structure VBMTVZ from there or use SE38 / SE11.
For both you'll need an object registration in OSS.

Hi GUYS,
I am having a e commerce scenario.
I have done all the settings related to it. When I login with a user in EN language, and try creating a sales order ,I am able to create in e commerce.
I have created another user with login in russian language.When I try to create a order in front end I am getting the error:
The text for the sales document TA RU lacking in language.
Please suggest if I have to maintain any setting specific to RU language in R/3.

Please maintain the language for that sales document type using the following path...
IMG(SPRO) - Sales and Distribution - Sales - Sales Documents - Sales Document Header - Convert Language for each Sales document type - execute and maintain the entries using 'New Entries' tab.

Billing block for a sales document

how can we assign automatic billing block for a particular sales document.

go to VOV8 , and assign to that particular sales document type., in the billing tab automatically it will affect in the sales order for that sales documents. but if you want to go only for a particular sales document you have to either enter manually and save it
bcoz if you assign to a particular sales doc type , it will block all sales documents created with that sales doc type and it will affect the other modules also.
if the billing block has to be triggered automatically , in your sales order without affecting your sales doc type then you need to use USER EXITS

Hello! Just like the title, is there a way to create a "common desktop" for all RD/TS 2012 users?
I know how to do this using regular W7 workstations and 2008 Servers, but the "Default" folder under the USERS directory is gone and I'm not sure how to get the icons there in Windows 8, let alone Server 2012 Remote Desktop.
I've installed Office 2010 on the 2012 server, but every end user that logs in has to manually type in "Word," "Excel." "PowerPoint." etc from the metro interface, then right-click each icon to add the shortcut to the desktop.
Given the... uh.. unfamiliarity of our endusers around the computer, this really isn't the best option. What I'd like is them to log on and have all the Office icons ready and availible for them.
Any ideas?

I'm looking for a variable that can apply for "all" opened documents rather than the active one only. I'm having difficulty finding the right command.
BTW, the script removes all hidden text and objects.Programming has never been my strong side. Never understood it properly and probably never will =(. But thank you solving it. The code "JUMO_OVER" wrote, worked like charm. No need to execute the script 10x for 10 documents.
Pardon me for giving you guys more out headaches, I have two additional scripts that needs revision for the same purpose as above, i.e. able to exceute the scrip for all opened docs, saved or unsaved. I would really appreciated if you guys could help me convert them. I tried it do it on my own own, but I can't get it working... =(

How can I get the correct Ship To (KNVP-KUNNR2) for a Sales Document?
I am trying to generate a report that will (among other things) display the Ship To ID and Name for a given Sales Document. I know the following information:
VBAK-VBELN - Sales Document
VBAK-VKORG - Sales Org
VBAK-VTWEG - Distribution Channel
VBAK-SPART - Division
VBAK-KUNNR - Sold To Party
I know that the table KNVP will return a list of Ship-To Customer numbers (KUNNR2) for a Sold-To Customer (VBAK-KUNNR) if I also filter by VKORG, VTWEG, and SPART (using SE16N). What I don't know is which one of the returned values is being used in a particular Sales Document. The customer in question has 29 Ship-To locations. How do I find out which Partner Counter (KNVP-PARZA) the Sales Document uses? I don't know where that value would come from. Once I can get the correct Ship-To Customer Number, I should be able to search the table KNA1 by WHERE KUNNR = KNVP-KUNNR2 and return KNA1-NAME1 for the Name of the Ship-To location.For a sales document? Use VBPA with PARVW = 'WE'. Also, use the ADRDA field to determine whether the address on the document has been manually changed. In any case, you can use one of the many address management functions or just ADRC directly to get the name, address, etc., using the ADRNR field from VBPA or if the address is from the customer master, KNA1.

Excel 2010: I get the error message "This file can't be previewed because of an error in the Microsoft Excel previewer." even though Advanced Properties is set to Save Thumbnails for all Excel Documents and I've run Repair on Microsoft Office.
I don't know what else to try.

what I normally do when I'm making a score, is that I quantize the part I recorded to, say, 1/16th. If I play the quantized part, it should sound exactly what I intended. If not, I make corrections. This way, I'm pretty sure that the interpretation of the score window will be pretty accurate. Otherwise, the score could interprete a note that's a bit too early or a bit too late as a 1/32 note, and make a mess of the notes.
When playing full piano scores, make sure to play as simple as possible, because embellishments also make messier scores.

not that I would know of. But you can easily write a small portal component which sets the accessibility level of all users to your preferred level.
