Como abrir sesion de adobe audition 2.0 (.ses) en adobe audition cs6?

Ayuda, necesito abrir las sesiones de adobe audition 2 en el adobe audition cs6, ya que hace poco me actualize al cs6, me dice que la sesion es incompatible, habra alguna forma de abrirlas?

Ayudaría a que facilitases datos de hardware, procesador, memoria,... Esta información siempre ayuda a conocer o a descartar posibles causas.
Si la version de Audition que tienes instalada es la 3.0, prueba a actualizar a la 3.0.1 aqui:

Antes cuando guardaba en multipista guardaba ala calidad q quisiera pero mas usaba a calidad 320Kbps pero ahora no puedo guardar en maxima calidad siempre me guarda a solo 192kbps y yo quiero a maxima calidad ademas q tampoco puedo guardar a la forma VBR ni a calidad 128 ni 224 ni 256 solo se renderiza a 192kbps y quiero solucionarlo porfavor ayudenmeeeeee porfavorr

Apoyo el comentaro muy oportuno de "dweb3d.com" en que si deseas grabar en esa velocidad (96 Khz) Se requiera de la interface que te brinde esas opciones.
*Yo uso una Mbox 2 si puedo grabar en esa velocidad pero nunca lo hago porque mejor yo
yo te recomendaria trabajar tus audios en las velocidades standar (44100Hrz ó 48000Hrz)
asi te facilitaria trabajar en tus proyectos al usar audios extraidos desde algun CD o algun tema musical que tengas en tu PC
en tu sesion multipista ,es importante que todos manejen la misma velocidad y no tener que convertirlos.
Ademas no es nada recomendable que un audio de mas baja velocidad y calidad
lo conviertas en una de velocidad mas grande
Ejemplo. en tu session de 96000 Hz arrastras audios de velocidad 44100Hz.

es como si a una imagen pequeña ,la estiras para agrandarla y se termina viendo pixeleada

*ve la imagen anterior,la sesion estatrabajada en velocidad 44100 y estoy tratando de insertar un archivo en 48000
en este caso no afecta ya que un clip de audio de mayor calidad lo adaptas,pero de todas formas audition CS6
te envia la advertencia

Are you able to get to the Performance preferences? If so, check to make sure your Scratch Disk settings are valid for your current system configuration.
It's possible you may need to reset your Photoshop preferences to defaults to restore operation. This is how:
Press and hold Control - Shift - Alt simultaneously (or Command - Shift - Option if on a Mac) immediately upon cold-starting Photoshop. If you get the keys down quickly enough - and you have to be really quick - it will prompt you to confirm deletion of your current preferences, which will lead to the establishment of a fresh default set. If it does not prompt you, you haven't been quick enough to get the keys down.

Adobe Audition CS6 Keeps Crashing?

Everytime I record vocals and go to click stop, or anything of the sort (sometimes its even adding effects and other stuff),
at complete random a box comes up on the screen entitling:
Adobe Audition CS6 has stopped working. Windows is searching for a solution to the problem and will notify you when a solution is found.
and therefore forces me to close the program. This now happens EVERYTIME I record vocals for my music....
Upon start up of audition again this box comes up:
When I click continue, it will open my last recording session but the audio is always missing from the files and I have to re-record everything.
This happens every single time i use audition and its quite frustrating. Ive tried all three buttons but either way i have to restart.
Ive tried the shift trick when you first start the program, and i opened my project but it still continued to do the same thing...
Any Suggestions?

Well since you've tried the Vanilla startup, the only other option is to uninstall and reinstall the software. If it continues to happen after that, you have a fault in your computer, regardless of whether it's a Mac or PC.

I'm really happy to see this update out, but I haven't been able to install it on my Mac yet.
The Updates item in the help menu is greyed out for me. When I try running the installer from the direct download it says 'Updates have been suppressed by your administrator.'
I can't imagine that I would have disabled updates.
Any advice?

Adobe Audition CS6 (5.0.2) update patch released

Hey Audition friends!
This morning we released an update patch for Adobe Audition CS6. This update, version 5.0.2 for Mac and Windows, fixes several bugs discovered after release that could not be fixed in time for the earlier patch, and cleans up a few odds and ends to ensure Audition is fully compatible for use on Windows 8. Briefly, here are the primary bug fixes:
Metronone may skip or stutter
Windows registry entry missing backslash in path
Eucon/Avid Artist control surface touchscreen: Control of Surround Panner does not work
Bounce to New Track > Selected Track: New track is now based on channelization of source track
Windows 8: Third-party drivers do not have a valid WHQL signature
CD Burning: Removed 78 minute limit from CD Layout.
Audition may crash on Mac when exporting to OMF
Audition may crash when attempting to bounce a track with a channelization that does not match the Master track
You may install the update by selecting Help > Updates… in Adobe Audition CS6 or through the Adobe Application Manager tool. Additionally, you may download the patch installer directly for Mac and Windows.

Since 5.02 is an update, not an upgrade (there's a technical difference under the hood) then you shouldn't need to rescan for VSTs or anything - the new executable will use the same settings files. However, I would suggest NOT updating in the middle of a project as a good rule of thumb. If you choose to, I might suggest backing up the existing application files or folder so you could easily restore if you chose to. There were no major changes introduced between 5.0 and 5.02 except for some bug fixes to improve stability, so you'll probably be safe, but unless you're running into one of the specific issues described, my recommendation would be to wait.
As for your second question, I don't know the answer to that. What happens when you attempt to perform a mixdown? There was some work done for the 6.0 release that would have reduced problems when trying to mixdown with UAD and other instance-limited plugins. If you enable Track Pre-Render for those tracks, by clicking the lightning bolt icon in the Effects Rack or the "fx" view in the track panel for those tracks, do you still experience a problem?

Adobe Audition CS6 and Alesis Multimix 8 USB 2.0 Help Needed!

Hey Everyone!
I have an iMac that I'm running Adobe Audition CS6 on and need some help with getting it to recognize my Alesis Multimix 8 USB 2.0 mixer. Mind you, I have no idea why Audition only lists "Internal Microphone" as my only choice under "Audio Hardware," so every ounce of help will be much appreciated!
So basically, how do I get Adobe Audition CS6 to recognize my Alesis mixer as audio hardware to let me record through it?

I'm not a Mac user but a quick look on the Alesis site suggests you may need to installed specialist Mac drivers, available here: MultiMix 8 USB 2.0 Integrated USB 2.0 audio interface and mixer

Acquistai, a suo tempo, l'aggiornamento del programma Adobe Audition CS6, essendo già in possesso della versione CS5.5. Poichè ho dovuto rifare il sistema operativo (windows 7 professional a 64 bit), reistallando il programma CS6, con il relativo serial number in mio possesso, ho notato un mal funzionamento e cioè:
importando un motivo musicale e avviando il programma, cliccando su play, non mi riproduce nessun motivo o canzone pur essendo in funzione.
Ho reinstallato il programma,ma senza risultato alcuno. Cosa devo fare? Grazie.

I have a question. I want to MIX 2 o more tracks, but I want to do this automatically. Is it possible?
In some mixer, the mic input use a "filter" call 'Talk Over'. Are there something similar in Adobe Audition Cs6? How can I do it? Some help, please.

My Adobe Audition CS6 is not working

I have Adobe Audition CS6 and when I want to play something or record it doesn't work, and when I go to "preferences" my notebook just restarts, what can I do?

If it's only Audition which crashes your notebook, then uninstall and reinstall it.
But by the sound of it, there's something rather more fundamental wrong with the notebook; Audition is a pretty solid bit of code, and Windows has improved to the extent that it can catch program crashes and just send error reports.
