    En el menu de Ayuda, no hay un comando para Actualizar como en la mayoria de los programas?
    Si abres el panel de Creative Cloud puedes ver las aplicaciones instaladas, entre ellas tendrás tu versión de Premiere CC instalada. Indica el botón a la derecha Actualizar (update)? Es la forma mas sencilla para actualizar. Normalmente te avisa cuando aparece una actualzaición de cualquier programa.

The document couldn't be opened. It's protected by ADRM and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID." It does it with every single book. I've never had this problem before. I've tried everything! Please help.

    same problem for me. I am using abe edition 3 as I don't think 4 can be used with kobo. Book has been downloaded to kobo but it can't be read as it is not authorised.Help please

    I can't get into my books in my library on Adobe Editions 4, they are there and it is asking me for vendor id and password. When I put them in, it is saying vendor id is no good.

    Welcome to the Apple Discussions. Where are those image file located? It sounds like they are located somewhere inside the iPhoto Library folder and iPhoto will not import any file located there. So move them to the Desktop and import from there. Never put any file inside the iPhoto Library folder via the Finder or move, rename or edit any file or folder via the Finder.

    TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.

    Sorry for not responding earlier - I have been felled by the flu and have been in bed since posting my issue on  Christmas morning.  I did get it figured out with installing the newer version of Digital Editions. Thanks for your help! I have to say, I am relatively computer savvy and am disappointed by how un-user-friendly it is to get a book from the library onto my Kobo! Now that I have it figured out, I'll keep doing it, and am really glad that Kobo allows it (unlike the Kindle) but would like to see it be as easy as it is to buy something from Kobo online. In any case - KoboGlo has kept me in good company over the past few days. Best present ever!

    This is a user supported frum, so making threats really doesn't help, besides which it's not like any of us can really make a dent in Toshiba's bottom line despite how many people we think we can influence. Unless those people were standing in line to buy a Toshiba product cash in hand, and you pulled them out, it really doesn't add up for them.
    At this point it would probably be better for you to use the 800 number. Have all your e-mails ready to forward, if needed, to whoever you end up talking to. Don;t let them off the hook. An hour on the phone is much better than weeks passing e-mails through a support site. Also contest the charge with your bank or credit card.

    They should be in itunes on your computer.  Just sync them to the ipod.

    No terminó de restaurar?  Lo desconectaste de la computadora antes de que terminara la restauración?  Si es así vuelve a conectarlo a la computadora y vuelve a darle al botón de restaurar y espera hasta que termine la operación.  La acción de restaurar no puede deshacerse una vez iniciada y si desconectas el terminal antes de que se complete la acción, no puedes volverlo a activar porque se ha quedado incompleta la acción de volver a instalar el sistema operativo.
    Para que lo entiendas un poco mejor, el restaurar el iPhone significa borrarlo y volver a instalar el sistema operativo.  Si te quedas a medias, el sistema no ha vuelto a instalarse bien.
    Si iTunes en la computadora no reconoce el terminal, entonces vas a tener que pasarlo al modo DFU.  Vuelve aquí si te pasa eso y te detallaré como hacerlo.
