Here is the list of airprint compatible printers. There is a 3050a on the list. Is that the model youmgot? I think the a at the end makes a difference. If you just got it, and it is not an "a" model, take it back.
If it is an "a" model, then it is airprint compatible, and will work fine with a pad 1 and 2 once you get it set up.
Note, most/all the hp airprint printers need a firmware update before they will work. Follow the instructions, and do the upgrade from the printer concole, not the computer control program.

Mary, porque el driver de la FX-870 y no la FX-880.
A mi FX-880 me funciona sin problemas en impresoras ML-320 y ML-321.
Lo que si, tuve que cambiar la configuración de los puntos por pulgadas que indica la configuración soportada de SAP, pues las facturas me generaban espacios dobles por cada linea de detalle al tenerla en 120x144 como recomienda SAP.
Asi que la manejo en 120x72 e imprimo en letra roman.

1. What is your current Operating system, Windows or Mac and which version?
2. What program are you using to scan, are you using the HP software or another program?
3. Do you get any error messages when you attempt to save as pdf file?
4. Are you able to save the scan in another format like jpeg?

I have a Desk Jet 3050. How can I get it back online?

The product is HP Desk Jet 3050 , I operate on Windows 7. Printer is saying not connected to wireless. My local cable company had internet issues and the printer worked fine before. Everything BUT the wireless printer worked normal after the issue was repaired by cable company. I have tried the HP scan doctor download. It comes back as saying the printer has no power. Which it clearly does. I have powered everything off then repowered. Nothing happened. The test report states Network Name::FAIL. I do not know how to fix this problem. Any suggestion will be helpful!

On the front of the printer, go to the Wireless menu and Restore Defaults.
Go to Start > Control Panel > Devices and printers and delete all instances of the printer.
Now, go to Start > All Programs > HP > [your printer model] > Printer Setup and Software.

It supports AirPrint as shown:

That means you can use AirPrint on your iPad to print as long as they are BOTH on a same wireless network.
(a) It can be your NORMAL home wireless network or

Unfortunately this printer doesn't support AirPrint, so you can't print using the official Apple method.
However, you could try an app like PrintCentral, but there's no guarantees this will work.

Unfortunately the j610a does not have ePrint or AirPrint capabilities. You will be unable to print to this printer from your iPad for the time being. We are coming out with an app called HP ePrint Home and Biz soon that will allow you to print from your iPad in a limited capacity but if you want the full functionality of AirPrint you would need an ePrint enabled printer.

bueno.. te cuento.. la cosa es bien simple... hice un AddOn con un par de pantallas.. que trabajan sobre tablas de usuario (2 tablas)...
El AddOn lo unico que hace es leer la información de las tablas a través de un procedimiento almacenado y traerlas a la pantalla donde pueden actualizar ciertos datos. En la segunda pantalla del AddOn tengo mas o menos la misma info con la diferencia que no se puede actualizar los datos...
bueno aquí es donde quiero poner un botón "imprimir".. que me lleve a lgun cuadro de diálogo donde pueda indicar la impresora de destino e imprimir...
Por supuesto, aquí debe estar "configurado" mi reporte que lo creé en el mismo SBO con el diseñador de reportes... entonces mi pregunta es esa ¿como llamo a mi reporte desde mi código? ¿se puede?
bueno.. pregunto ya que es lo único que necesito... es importante que sepas que soy novato en el manejo de SBO en ambiente de desarrollo... de hecho es el primer AddOn que hago...

Imprimir desde SAP BO con epson FX -870 en windows 7

He tenido algunos problemas con las impresoras dentro de windows 7, a ver si alguien me puede ayudar, trato de imprimir desde sap bo a una okidate ml-320 con emulación de epson y trato de jalar los drivers de epson-fx870 pero no los saca, alguien me puede decir como podría hacerle para mejorar la calidad de las hojas y que me salgan mejor las impresiones. por favor.

If your router support WPS (Wireless Protected Setup), you may connect it to your network using this method, you may find the steps below:
Method one: Push buttonFollow these instructions to connect using the Push button method on your printer control panel.
On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button ( ) for more than three seconds. The Wireless Status light starts blinking.
Press the WPS button on your router. The printer begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established.
Method two: PINFollow these instructions to connect using the PIN method on your printer control panel.
On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button ( ) and the Start Copy Black button ( ) at the same time. The Network Configuration page prints.
Find the WPS PIN printed at the top of the page.
On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button ( ) for more than three seconds. The Wireless Status light starts blinking.
Open the configuration utility or software for the wireless router or wireless access point, and then enter the WPS PIN.
NOTE: For more information about using the configuration utility, see the documentation provided with the router or wireless access point.
Wait about 2 minutes. If the printer connects successfully, the wireless light stops blinking but remains lit.
If your router does not support WPS, a computer is required for its network configuration. use any Windows PC or a Mac to connect it for the first time by following these steps:
