When you say you "can't download the program", do you mean via the Creative Cloud Desktop?
What - exactly - do you mean by "Adobe keeps closing"? There's no program called just "Adobe".

I downloaded Creative Cloud and was ready to sign in with my adobe account. However, it appeared to show an account already logged in and I don't know how to sign out since it insists on me verifying that email. When, it is not my email.

If I buy Creative Cloud do I still pay for each program. Adobe Acrobat keeps asking for payment.

J'essaye de faire la mise à jour du client Adobe Creative Cloud afin d'accéder à ma liste d'applications téléchargeables.
La mise à jour bloque à 38% et j'ai le code erreur 201 qui est affiché.
D'après la description des erreurs Adobe : "Se produit lorsque des bits sont permutés sur le serveur lorsque le téléchargement est mis en pause et que la réponse du serveur est mauvaise."
Avez-vous une solution ?

Ich habe Adobe Mastercollection CS6 installiert und parallel dazu nun Adobe Cloud for Teams abonniert. Beide möchte ich auf einem PC nutzen. Wenn ich von Adobe Cloud for Teams Programme installieren möchte, zeigt mir der Adobe Application Manager nur die bereits installierten Programme wie indesign CS6, Photoshop CS6 usw. an und die Programme der Cloud, die in der Master Collection nicht vorhanden waren. Warum wird nicht indesign CC oder photoshop CC zum Download angeboten?

Nur die vordefinierten Fonts die in Edge, Muse usw. verfügbar sind und natürlich mit den dafür definierten Volumenrestriktionen (50000 Seitenaufrufe pro Monat oder so). Für alles andere muss man TypeKit upgraden.

Comprei a Creative Cloud para fotógrafos, dia 30/09/2014. Até hoje, dia 11/11 não recebi um número de série para os produtos Photoshop CC e Lightroom CC. Gostaria de saber como proceder, uma vez que o suporte online é muito confuso, e também não existe suporte via telefone. Também não consigo contato direto com a Digital River do Brasil. No gerenciamento da minha ID Adobe não aparece que eu comprei a Creative Cloud. Mas eu recebi confirmação de compra do [email protected] no mesmo dia em que a compra foi efetuada com cartão de crédito. A cobrança está ok! Mas não tenho o serial number para ativação dos produtos. O que devo fazer? Estou prestes a cancelar minha compra e voltar a utilizar os softwares por meios alternativos. O que seria para facilitar e regularizar meu trabalho profissional na área da faotografgia, acabou se tornando um problema. Agora preciso que alguém me ajude, por favor! Aguardo. Um abraço a todos. Has it been confirmed that the AAMEE 3.1 build will work with Creative Cloud for Teams or even the Desktop app? Adobe's documentation doesn't state anything about Creative Cloud; only about CS6.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties.
My recommendation would be
- Uninstall PS via Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers (Mac OS X)
- Create a new user with Admin rights, log out of your current account and into the newly created one
