he olvidado la contraseña de inicio de mi sesión

Para cambiar la contraseña, tienes dos opciones, dependiendo de la versión de Mac OS X que tengas. Abre  > Acerca de este Mac, y comprueba Version. Si es:
- 10.6 o anterior: Mira "Restablecimiento de la contraseña original de la cuenta de administrador > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1274?viewlocale=es_ES
- 10.7 ó 10.8: Sigue estos pasos:
1. Pulsa las teclas Command y R durante el arranque para que tu Mac inicie en la partición de recuperación.
2. Cuando haya iniciado, selecciona el menú Utilidades (en la parte superior de la pantalla), y abre Terminal.
3. Cuando Terminal se haya abierto, escribe:
resetpassword
4. La ventana de recuperación de contraseña aparecerá para cambiar tu contraseña, así que sigue los pasos. Cuando hayas terminado, reinicia el MacBook

A mí me pasó algo parecido, te toca reiniciar la Mac y volverlo a bajar desde el App Store en una conexión de internet rápida y estable.

If Flash is important to you, you should be able to download a Flash Player from theAdobe.com site. I wish I could do without it, but there always seems to be something important that is available only in Flash, so I cave in and update the Flash version on my computer. This perpetuates what I believe to be an inferior graphics app, but that's life.

Hola otra vez Z28. Pues al principio seguí los pasos de este video (( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JnDbc8uOxw )) ya que no podia Bootear la USB desde el menu de Recovery. Luego pues ya me habia entrado y tal, y cuando llegue al paso donde habia que poner en que partición instalar el Windows me salio este error (No se puede instalar Windows en este disco. el disco seleccionado tiene el estilo de partición GPT) y busque y encontre esta solución (( https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Windows-Base-de-conocimientos/No-se-puede-instalar-Windows-en-este-disco-el-disco-seleccionado/ta-p/1131345 )) he hice todo tal cual lo dice hay, una vez echo eso, caí en cuenta que le debia darle en Siguiente desde el princio (osea antes de mandar al carajo las particiones) y no en el botoncito que dice "formatear". Hay algún modo de recuperarlas, y si lo hay, me podrias explicar, me temo que soy bueno buscando por google pero de informatica no se nada, y eso que quiero ser programador. Agradesco mucho tu paciencia.

HOW CAN I GET MY MACBOOK AIR PASSWORD?

If the user account is associated with an Apple ID, and you know that account password, the Apple ID can be used to reset your user account password.
Otherwise, boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at startup. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
When the OS X Utilities screen appears, select Utilities ▹ Terminal from the menu bar.
In the Terminal window, type this:
resetpassword
That's one word with no spaces. Then press return. A Reset Password window opens.
Select your boot volume if not already selected.
Select your username from the menu labeled Select the user account if not already selected.
Follow the prompts to reset the password. It's safest to choose a password that includes only the characters a-z, A-Z, and 0-9.
Select  ▹ Restart from the menu bar.
You should now be able to log in with the new password, but you won't be able to unlock the Keychain. If you've forgotten the Keychain password (which is ordinarily the same as your login password), there's no way to recover it. You’ll need to reset your keychain in the preferences of the Keychain Access application.

I know that this is not the first time people asking this question, but as I can see it is 1,5 year ago last time people asked.
I have the new 1,6 ghz Macbook Air and I want to connect two external screens which both only have VGA and DVI-connections.
Is it possible to connect the two screens and if yes, which adapters/ eternal equipment is needed?
I work in programs like Word, Excel and Chrome on the mainscreen and the other screen is only for a mail program. So as you can see it is not cpu-heavy programs that need to run.

Mac OS X 10.5.9 no existe (sí Mac OS X 10.5.8). Si quiere usted actualizar a Mac OS X Snow Leopard, simplemente cómprelo en el Apple Online Store > http://store.apple.com/es/product/MC573/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
Después, haga una copia de seguridad de sus archivos con Time Machine o Carbon Copy Cloner. Como usted tiene un MacBook Air, necesita una unidad de DVDs externa u otro PC para instalar Mac OS X Snow Leopard (le recomiendo una unidad de DVDs). Después de conectarla e insertar el DVD, abra el instalador y siga los pasos para actualizar a Mac OS X Snow Leopard.
El disco instalará Mac OS X 10.6.3, así que, después de actualizar, abra  > Actualización de Software, e instala 10.6.8

Para el caso 2 en el que que modificas la BIOS a legacy el disco duro aparece para el orden de arranque, con esta configuración Windows no carga normalmente verdad? mismo mensaje mostrador desde un inicio, recomendable en la pestaña exit verificar que en las preferencias de sistema operativo, este para Windows 7 en el caso de no estar este parámetro colocar en otros.
Si con esto persiste el mensaje problema, intenta arrancar el instalador de Windows 7 y verificar si el disco duro, para intentar verificar si es que el problema es debido a error en el arranque de Windows o de plano no tienes ningún sistema en disco que arrancar.

Well I'll guess you're using iPhoto 11:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

I was gifted a Macbook air during the thanksgiving season, and since I am a computer science developer ( a student to be precise), I want to return my Mac and opt in for a Windows machine ( so that I can get enough software support if needed, there are several people around me with a pc). I was wondering, how can I return my laptop ? What are the terms and conditions ?

I would think you cannot return a product after the return date has passed.

How do I use my Macbook Air with a display?

I wish to use the display with the Macbook Air. The screen on the MBA is too small for home use so I want to use the display instead. How do I do this? It's awkward to type on the MBA keyboard and then look at the display next to the MBA.
However I want to keep the MBA as my main computer because I like to use the MBA outside my home a lot. So that is why I do not buy an iMac.
I also do not want to go to the trouble of syncing a Macbook Air and an iMac.
I figured if I can use the hard drive on the MBA and then use the cinema display to show everything like my LCD screen that would be great.
How can I get around the problem of awkward placement on my desk?
Can I buy a keyboard and will that prevent the need to type using the MBA's keyboard?
I plan on replacing my old MBA with the new MBA that has two USB ports.
Will the separate keyboard and display fit into a USB hub? I need to keep one hub free on the MBAir for the USB ethernet.
Is it just a matter of plugging the cinema display and keyboard into the MBA and then just typing away, using the MBA's hard drive?
I do not know how this will work.

There are two USB ports on the display. Use one for ethernet and one for the keyboard (a USB mouse can plug into the keyboard).

Yes. Or you can use a wireless keyboard and mouse.
