Company Logo for Standard PO

We have Ebusiness Suite I have been trying to use an external graphic from OA_MEDIA to display on Standard Purchase Order
<fo:external-graphic src="url:{${OA_MEDIA}/COMPANY_LOGO.GIF}" />
Please could someone tell me where I am going wrong with the line of code above.

I have tried a number of different paths (using OA_MEDIA, and also a fully qualified Unix file path) and the logo still won't appear. I've seen this thread and another at:

I'm using Oracle Quoting, and the Quoting Implementation Guide states that the implementer needs to uncomment some lines of code in the ASOPRINT.xsl file (which I have taken a copy of and edited), and set a profile option to point at the location of the image. The image I want to reference is:
$OA_MEDIA/companylogo.gif
I'm not well up on this area so I don't really understand the response regarding dummy images and such like, but I would have thought that this should be quite straightforward to do (I've been guessing and using the many different pieces of syntax in the two threads I've seen).
At the moment, my custom copy of ASOPRINT.xls includes this:
<xsl:variable name="url({'${OA_MEDIA}/companylogo.gif'})">
Some clarity on how to achieve this would be appreciated.

When I create company logo ZCOMP via transaction OAER, it works fine and it showed on my ALV Grid report. Is it possible to transport this Logo to QAS and PRD or I have to go to each client and create separately. I do not have authorization in PRD, therefore I like to do the transport.

yes is possible
go to transaction OAER with
class name = 'your class name'
classtype = 'your class type'
object key = 'your object key'
execute program
set cursor on the picture that you want to transport then click on the last button on the gui status or press SHIFT+F12 or Document->transport.
now a popup appear for confirm the transport then u can create you Change Request.

On Metalink Note:352604.1 suggests notepad can be used for editing or is there better editing tools recommended. How could I using notepad or simular editing tool to add my companies logo to the Standard Purchase Order Stylesheet template?

I really feel for you but this is not a limitation of XMLP. The standard template format is RTF that can be opened in MSWord with or without our plugin. What can be a more easier template building tool.
the Purchasing team chose to go with the XSLFO format, admittedly when they started we did not have the RTF format but before they released the RTF templates were ready but they decided to go with XSLFO. that has left you stucj trying to find a visual XSLFO editor. There are some on the market out there but Im not sure that they are free.
As a work around we have worked with a few customers whereby they build the template using our template builder in Word and then export it as an XSLFO template and then load that to the template manager and use that. You'll need to keep the RTF handy for any updates. But its definitely a viable workaround until the PO team support RTF templates.

Linking external graphic for company logo to an XSL-FO template

I have been trying to link an image to the Standard Purchase Order Stylesheet XSL-FO template. Using the following line of code
<fo:external-graphic content-width="248pt" content-height="33pt" src="url('${OA_MEDIA}/company_logo.gif')" />
The image file is location on our server in the $OA_MEDIA directory. When the report is run the first page is empty apart from the header and footer information. I would grateful for advise.

Do you mean Exact size in dimensions(width/height) or size of the picture?
For the size there is no max limit on the image but better to take the lightest image size in jpg, gif or png formats.
And for the dimensions there is no limit.

LOGO FOR EMAIL SIGNATURES and PRINT EMAIL

I am trying to use our company logo for email signature purpose.. The logo is a ai. file it looks good on the email signature but when I want to print it out it looks horrible. I have tried all methods as far as saving for web or exporting (png. tif. bmp, gif etc...) Our company uses Mac and PC and it looks horrible when printed out. Any suggestions.Should I open it up in Photoshop. I am using CS4

Is it possible to put a company logo in the header of a standard abap report. It's easy with an ALV report and I'm sure you can do it with SAPScript, but can it be done on a standard ABAP (write: /) report?

You can put it on a screen (dynpro) but I think it's impossible to put it on a list.

Adobe Illustrator. Your company logo should be a vector file. Image files can be "Placed" in Illustrator. Artwork created for printing can be drawn in Illustrator and saved as .ai, .eps, and .pdf files which can be imported into your printer's RIP. But, check with your print vendors and see what they require. This does not rule-out Photoshop, however Photoshop can be limited. So, it would be a good idea to have Photoshop and Illustrator loaded in your workstation with Illustrator being the go-to application.

Company logo not displayed in preview only for few users

Hi to all.
i inserted a company logo in a sapscript with se78 transaction. The most of user are able to preview and print the document with the logo.
Few users ado not see the logo both in preview and in printing. I checked the su53 for these users and it seems that their buffers are not update. I don't know how to solve. Could someone help me ?

Check this things first.
1. Your logo check on which client may be at dev client it's working but at other cllient it's not working for that u have to transport logo from dev client to other client.
2. What the format of your form because size can be littlebite change printer wise.
3. Check the size of window in which u declare logo or granphic window.
4. Check the upper window or side window of graphic window.

When an external user tries to sign-in in the career page then a login screen popup. In that company logo has be inserted.

Help for -Generate Report using Word template having company Logo

HI GUys,
I am trying to generate a report in PDF using the word template having some company logo as footer to that .
When user click on print ,the graph should be added to the template and its should output the report in pdf.
I am able to achive this when I 'm not using the template,but when I use the template (sample code shown below),its throws the error attached in screenshot.
pls suggest the possible way to achieve this

Why are you deleting the file after creating the report? Are you sure that the image exists at the path specified when running?
Also, in your top screenshot because of data flow there's a high possibility that you actually delete the file before it gets used because there is no connection between the end of writing the report and deleting the picture.
I also suspect there's a chance there might be a permissions issue - you are trying to get the file from another user's desktop which isn't normally allowed - do the file/folder permissions give you access to that file path? I would try putting the picture on your own desktop just to rule that out.

Want to change company logo and address.

Here i have one Standard print report "SAPF130K" for customer or vendor balance conformation . But when i run this report this time i get logo of company "IDES HOLDING AG" and getting address of this company. but customer number and his address get properly but now i want to get my company logo place of this "ides holding ag" . For this i find many thing in SE71 tcode but i am still not able to change this logo and address so can u please kindly help me out how can i change this both.

This standard report is using form F130_CONFIRM_01 for the printing purpose.
Please check in this form, how you can handle ur logo.
R u doing any config for printing this report for the form etc?
This text is coming from the window ADDRESS and the below inlude:
INCLUDE &T001G-TXTAB& OBJECT TEXT ID ADRS LANGUAGE &T001-SPRAS&, where &T001G-TXTAB& for me is coming as
ADRS_SENDER.
So, just add ur logo in the standard text ADRS_SENDER in SO10, you will c it in the sap script layout.
But, i am not sure how this variable &T001G-TXTAB& gets populated and if it will get changed for soem other value.

Company Logo at top of each page in report

We want to put our company logo on the top of each page in a multi-page printed report (which is already in production and is very complicated). I don't think you can do this with a standard list abap. I'm guessing I need to change the abap to a dialogue program and output to a screen? Can anyone describe the process necessary? For example will I need to have two containers on the screen, one for the report where I do a leave to list processing, and the other for the logo? But how would this print - could I do it so the logo appears at the top of each page?
Certainly SAP provides some (non-alv, non-sapscript) solution to putting a logo at the top of each page?

I am guessing , that if you are saying non-sapscript, even SMARTFORMS is out of question. Well you don't give many choices, (non-alv, non-sapscript), now do you ?
As far as I know, I don't think, it is possible to put images using dialog programming or list processing.
Check out Report Painter if it supports images.
