Company Name

Hi Experts,
I am facing an issue in the system with the company name. I had registered a company A B C in the system, however on request of the client i had to change it to ABC.
The changes have taken place and the name appears as ABC in the company list as well. However if i try to create a master agreement in the system it still takes the old name i.e. A B C.
Is there anything that could be done so that the name appears as ABC in the master agreement as well or is this a system bug?

If this is in SAP Sourcing/CLM, there is an XML script that will fix the object references. Please review the SAP note:

Company Name not getting Displayed in the incoming screen

I changed my blackberry from earlier 0S 7 to Z10 two days ago, but to my surprise it is not displaying company name in the incoming call screen. I have more than 20 people whose name is repeating and not able to identify, how come this feature is not available in the new model, what is solution ?

@ is a default value as per ALV internal process. This is used in icons .
I think this is causing the confusion.
Check in the fieldcat if there is any adjsutment to be made to handle this.

How do I change the way that my company name appears when googled?

How do I change the way that my company name appears when it is googled? Currently it only shows up as part of my company name followed by the website listed below and then the start of a description. I would like to make it so my entire company name show up as the title when searched. I used iWeb to create the site. Please Help! Thanks:)

Is there a way of having the email name show and not the Company name.

I have a few address listing for Companies that have 7 or 8 names.
I have them listed with the custom names for each person separately.
I really do not need separate e-mail listings for each person.
Is there a way that would list the individuals name on the email header and not the Company name.
IOW's : ABC company and a listing for John Smith shows ABC when I mail it.
I gather also that it would show ABC when John Smith received it.
I am trying to give it a more personal touch without creating dozens of additional address's.

Thanks for replying Dan, you're right, I should provide more context.
I want to be able to duplicate a shape inside a layer a number of times, and with every duplicated shape, I want that shape to evaluate what number it is (based on a name I give it so I could name it '1' and then use something like 'eval(propertyname)' to return a number or perhaps use an index to count the number of shapes in the layer) and multiply that number by some set of rules that I can define and control through a list of expression controls on another layer. This would allow me to duplicate a square 10 times and have each square's position do something like
x = thisShapeNumber + shapeLength * TranslateExpressionControl;
y = 0;
[x,y]
which would form a long line of squares for instance. Does that make sense?

How can I sync only the company name with a sony cellphone

I've a problem to sync my adressbook with a sony cellphone.
In the adressbook there is sometimes only the company name and the phonenumber.
when I'm syncing with the sony cellphone the name looks like that " -, apple"
that's not what I want. Is there a way to repair this bug, or do I have to copy the company name into the surname field?

It's not a bug - it's a limitation of Sony Ericsson phones.
When programming the operating system of the phones, Sony Ericsson obviously took the decision to store contacts first and last names in one field not two.
So, unless you can persuade Sony Ericsson to change this operating system feature, and release upgraded firmware for all affected phones, you'll have to live with it.

How can i see the callers special information like Job Title, Company name, and may be notes?

I need to see the caller’s special infos in call screen. Like Company name, Job Title?
Please dont say me, “put these info to name&surname field”, because that, i’m useing Outlook Contact and i cannot change it.

Other than finding an App to do what you want, or putting the info in the name field, you can't, as this is not a feature of the stock iOS.

Change of company name in purchase order layout

Hello SAP gurus,
our company changes its name. Please, can you advice me, how to change company name in purchase order?
But in <SPRO- Materials management - Purchasing - Purchase order - Define screen layout> it is not possible, the form here is empty. Probably we use some other way for specifying purchase order layout.

How to avoid save same employee name under same company name

hi,
i am doing flex4 web application with mxml tags,
i am having one text box and one datagrid and one save button. text box having one company name, data grid having employee names.
when i click save button which is placed in outside the datagrid it will save all the details.
Now my requirement is text box having the same company name and when i enter same employee name in datagrid and click save button means it wont
allow to save that record, and through msg box with some alerts.
How to do this,

Why can't I use the "Company Name" of the lead entity for System Views?

I just wanted to add a new colum for the system view "All Leads". As i scrolled through i missed the field "company name". So i checked the systemname of the field and it was the same. I got back to the Views and tried to change another
existing view and the same there: the field company name was not accessible.
So to proof that there is something wrong I created a new view for leads. In the new view i can choose the field company name and use it as expected.
So whats the reason i cant use it for existing views? It makes no sense at all!

This issue exists in CRM 2015 as well.
Now it is really frustrating as this issue started occurring from
CRM 2013 and still its not yet fixed.
Does anyone has any idea that when this issue will be fixed by Microsoft ?

In Sap B1 9.0 i am adding a purchase order.after that i want to take a preview of that puchase order to take print out.but in my situation am having 2 logos and company names.while adding first purchase order i need a logo1 and company 1 routinly its keep on going after that am adding a purchase order 7 in that i want to change logo2 and company2 how to acheive this in crystal report.

Not possible to select layout (run time). You have assign default layout for each vendor to get correct logo and company name.
Why you want different logo and company names? Is it same DB or different DB?

PowerShell - Need to output filename and company name

I've looked into get-ChildItem and Get-Item but can get neither to output the company name which would be handy for me later on. This is to help me just double check dll files which just belong to the company I work for.
Ideally, can anyone advise me the next step in working this out. I've googled and looked that the member of these two commands but still not sure how to progress :-

If I run a command like this, it wouldn't be obvious that CompanyName is a property that can be found within Get-Item

Printing Company Name and Contact Name on Labels

Does anyone know how to print BOTH the company name and contact name on the label in address book? I have read the "fixes" but they won't work for me .. I have a 10,000 person mailing list ... so I can't hand fix each one. Will this problem with address book be fixed in Leopard?

I think the only way to do this is with a 3rd-party application such as Roll Call Directory, which reads the AB database but gives you greater flexibility in printing labels.

How to add company name to show up in contact list with person's name on Droid

I just switched from the Blackberry Storm to the Motorola Droid. Is there a way to have the company name show up in the contact list under the person's name. I need that for work. It syncs up with a program called Act by Sage and my storm used to show both.

You can edit your contacts, and list the company name under the organization section. However, it will not show up when they call you. You will only be able to see it in your contact list. Hope this helps!

Email PO - Has anyone configured the Company Name in the Subject Email?

Hi experts,
I have configured the following in the subject of the email for all of our PO's being sent via email.
PO &EKKO-EBELN& - &EKKO-BUKRS&
This shows the PO Number and the Company Code in the subject line. My clients do not want the Company Code to go into the subject becuase it is meaningless to our vendors / suppliers. I need to find out how I can add the company name into the subject.
NOTE: We have more than 1/2 dozen company names.
