Compaq 15 wifi icon not showing in windows 7

Hello I have a PC Notebook Compaq 15 h000ss, I have just installed Windows 7 64 bits and the wifi icon is not showing, the wifi adapter is not showing either in device manager, and the light on the f12 wifi key is always on. Please, any idea on how can I get my wifi adapter working? (it was working before in Windows 8.1) Thank you

Hi: Please do the following and I will post the link to the wireless card driver you need... Go to the Device Manager and click on the Network Controller device. At the top of the Network Controller window, click on the Details tab. Now you see a Property drop down list that is defaulted to Device Description. Drop down on that and select the second item (Hardware ID's). Now you see 3-4 lines of characters, the top line starting with PCI\VEN. Post that top line of characters.

CS5 Master Collection icons not showing up (Windows 7)

In windows 7 I can't properly see the icons for which application I am selecting.
This makes things much slower as I have to read the applications as opposed to quickly seeing the icon/thumnbnail.
Anybody have any idea how to go about fixing this.
Note: Only some of the progrmas show up properly while the others do not.

When I right click on photoshot and click properties under the general tab the icon shows up. Also I can click change icon and more icons show up.

ITunes 7 icon not showing in windows

I noticed that the iTunes 7 icon becomes a blank box as if the program is missing. However when I click it the program does start.
I don't even have the option to investigate or assign an icon manually as in the properties dialog box unlike other programs that point to a file path, there is no editable setting.
Is iTunes 7 using a special method to be launched than other windows applications? How do I get the icon to work? (re-install didn't work).
The same thing happens with the Quicktime icon as well after I installed iTunes 7.

I installed the following tools :-
Weblogic Server 10.3.6
SE JDK 6U35 64bit
Oracle Portal,Forms,Report,and Discoverer Services (11.1.1.4.0)
1. Create a "icons" folder and place all gif images in there :-
C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Form1\forms\java\<icons>
2. Within icons i made a jar file of all gif images :-
C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Form1\forms\java\icons\jar -cvf frmicons.jar *.gif
3. Copy this new jar file into :-
C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Form1\forms\java\
4. Edit formsweb.cfg file:
imageBase=codebase
archive=frmall.jar,frmicons.jar
5. Edit Registry.dat file:
default.icons.iconpath=/forms/java
default.icons.iconextension=gif
After doing above configuration i create a form and place an icon on the button.
Set button's icon property = Yes and give name of icon without extension.
When i run the form not display icons who configure icons.
Please give the solution how to set icons on button.

My wifi icon doesnt show the real conection

Hello, i bought a macbook pro 3 months ago and something that have been bothering me is that i am connected to a network and in the wifi icon is showing that i am with full signal, but i am not, actually my signal is almost 0 and keep showing that i am with full signal. Please if someone now a way to fix this I'll be grateful!

Do you see four black bars on the Wi-Fi status icon in the status menu bar top right side of your screen ?
How do you know if the signal is 0 for sure ?

Have you tried resetting your SIM card? Turn off the phone, remove the SIM card (be careful not to touch the gold contacts), wait a few minutes, then reinsert the SIM card, turn on the phone, and allow it a few minutes to establish a fresh network connection. If that doesn't work, you might try a new SIM card, they're free at your local Corporate Verizon store.

Last, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

First of all does, the iPod power on okay?
Have you tried plugging the iPod into a different USB ports, preferably a high powered USB 2.0 port on the back of your PC tower (these are directly soldered onto the motherboard and receive much high outputs of power than the ones on the front).
What about a different USB sync cable?
What shows up on the iPod's screen when you connect it? Does it charge at all? Maybe try resetting it with it still connected to your PC. To do this, press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

Could the Apps be on the second page of Apps? From your Home page, wipe across from right to left to scroll to page 2.
If that is the problem, press and hold on the icon. When it starts to wiggle, you can drag it back to the first page. This can also be done from iTunes when the iPad is selected.
