Comparar colunas de duas listas do Sharepoint 2013

Pessoal, minha dúvida é a seguinte:
Tenho duas listas no Sharepoint, a Lista A que é uma lista com um termo de aceite, onde você deve preencher com seu CPF e clicar no botão de aceite do termo. A Lista B possui uma base de dados com todos os usuários, onde possui as colunas: Nome, CPF, matricula,
etc.
Eu preciso que ao salvar um item na Lista A, o Sharepoint faça uma validação na Lista B, se o CPF foi encontrado em algum item da Lista B, puxe os campos da Lista B para a Lista A.
Isso é possível por meio do Workflow do Sharepoint Designer? Como deveria ser feito?
Ou então, como eu poderia fazer isso com JavaScript?

You can achieve in many ways, using InfoPath/Workflow/EventHandler etc.
The most effective way is transforming the list form to InfoPath form because other approaches only trigger after the data insertion in List A and no way you can prevent that if SCN does not match. But with InfoPath you can put a check before data instertion.
My approach is stated below...
1. List schemas...

Social Security Number | Single line of text   
Term  | Single line of text

2. Convert the listform of List A to InfoPath
3. Add secondary dataconnection of List B...do not autopopulate at form load
4. Disable default Submit and set the form with button submit using rules
5. Add rules to submit button...
Rule 1 
Action : Query using data connection to List B
Rule 2
Condition : If Any occurrence of SSN of List B is equals to SSN of current item in List A
Action :
Set Person Name in List A from List B where (List B)SSN = (List A)SSN
Set Registry Number in List A from List B where (List B)SSN = (List A)SSN
Submit using data connection
Close the form
