Compare two collection in sharepoint

I want to Compare to collection in sharepoint
example:
Collection 1: "A","B","C"
Collection 2:"A","B","D","E"
Result should be: "C"
Like in C#  List<string> result = list1.Except(list2).ToList();
I am new to programming Please help me..
