Compatibilité mac/pc

Bonjour,
J'ai un macbook pro depuis peu et j'ai du mal à trouver un format d'enregistrement pour les fichiers afin qu'ils soient compatibles avec les Pc.
J'utilise LibreOffice et j'ai essayé odf, odt cela ne marche pas les personnes (plusieurs personnes différentes donc avec des ordinateurs différents) sous pc ne peuvent pes les ouvrir. J'ai tenté sous txt mais la présentation des fichiers est modifiée.
Pourriez vous me dire sous quel format je peux enregistrer afin qu'ils puissent les ouvrir et les modifier (donc pas pdf) ???

Suggest two things:
1. Update LibreOffice to the newest version.
2. Compress the file before you send it. Expanding, at the other end, is one click.

Compatibile MAC version to open premiere elements 8 projects?

Hello,
I have a problem finding a MAC version of premiere elements that is capable to open my old premiere elemets 8 projects (PC version). I have tried the latest version 13 and the result was "not compatible". After that I bought version 9 for mac on ebay. Version 9 starts to open the projects but gthen also states that it is not copmpatible.
Has anyone an idea how to open my version 8 projects on my new Mac? Thank you!

Because the video capture is from a computer monitor, the Frame Size is going to be a limitation in PrE (even up through PrE 11), since it offers only standard video Frame Sizes. PrPro offers a Custom Project Preset, where the Frame Size, and non-standard Frame Rates can be chosen to match the Source Files (no Scaling, etc.).
Camtasia uses the TechSmith CODEC's, and when properly installed, can be used by PrPro (and I think PrE), but it is not freeware. Jeff Bellune, who provides a lot of info in that article on Camtasia/CamStudio, that I linked to, uses Camtasia and PrPro for all of his tutorials, seen on www.bellunevideo.com. That workflow is also used by Adobe in the Video2Brain training series, and for some AdobeTV tutorials, so you can judge the quality from those tutorials.
The limitations of PrE will mainly be the differences between the Frame Sizes, and possibly the Frame Rate, from a video capture program, and then possibly the CODEC's used. For some more reading on CODEC's, see this FAQ Entry: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/546811?tstart=0

Changer le disque interne

Bonjour à tous,
j'ai une question à laquelle je n'ai pas trouvé de réponse vraiment précise sur le net. Je voudrai acheter un mecbook pro 13" intel core i7 sorti en juin 2012. Je voudrais savoir s'il es possible de changer le disque dur interne par un SSD, car j'ai cru voir que sur certains macbook, on ne peut plus changer le disque.

Vous avez certainement peut installer un SSD dans un MacBook Pro. Il suffit de faire certain que c'est la même taille qu'un classique disque dur 2.5 ". Avant de vous engager dans un achat, vérifier la compatibilité Mac.

I use Office v.X in Leopard and work with very large documents all the time with absolutely no problems. It might be a good idea to download and install the latest updates from Microsoft's downloads page though. They released bug fixes to v.X as late as 2006.

Essayez ceci:
Mettez le disque du système d'exploitation de l'ordinateur et redémarrez en maintenant enfoncée la touche C. Lorsque l'ordinateur démarre démarrer le processus d'installation. Ne vous inquiétez pas, vous ne allez pas à installer le système d'exploitation.
Le premier écran demande une sélection de la langue. Sur l'écran après que vous verrez une barre de menu. Cliquez sur Utilitaires et sélectionnez Utilitaires de disque. Lorsque ce est ouvert, sélectionnez le disque dur sur la gauche, SOS, puis Réparer le disque.
Lorsque la réparation de disque est terminée quittez Utilitaire de disque et redémarrez l'ordinateur.

J'ai eu l'habitude de me monter des programmes via vba6 sur pc et je viens d'acquérir un mac pro avec le pack office.
Seul hic, mes usf ne s'affichent pas en mode modal, certains fichiers se marquent même en erreur et ne peuvent être ouvert...
J'ai entendu parler d'une émulation "Parallèle", qui semblerait être une parade, ...
Avez vous d'autres pistes ?

Mac OSX.6 compatibility?

I'm on a MacBook using OS X.6. I have a trusty old Palm Z22--no problems at all between the 2 of them until my HD crashed and I'm now reloading everything. (Everything transferred fine when I upgraded from Tiger-Leopard-Snow leopard) I now find out that the Z22 software CD is not compatible with OS X.6 and the Palm site specifically says there's no download compatible with OS X.6...is there a way for me to get my Palm stuff back on OS X.6 now?? TIA

Firstly I want to clarify the above - I assume that you mean unable to
log in via AFP (CIFS/SMB should be okay).
I found this during the OES2 SP2 authorised beta and therefore logged
bugs with Novell.
However there were two issues both apparently caused by changes Apple
have made. The first issue has been resolved in a later developer build
of 10.6 whilst the second issue was still there in the last build before
10.6 was released today (so I expect it's still there in the release build).
The original Apple Bug ID # is 6981174 so you might want to refer your
Apple contact to that bug.

Is a Windows based Personal Ancestry File compatibile with any Mac Ancestry software programs?

I have a Windows-based Personal Ancestral File ( *.paf) that I want to use on my Macbook Pro with OSX Lion. Is there a way to convert that file info. so I can use it? Can I somehow upload it--if so, how?

Lotus Approach? Or something else? If this is Lotus Approach or the same software before IBM bought it, I don't think there's anything else that can read Approach's native database format, so you will probably need to get Approach running to be able to get the data out of it. If you have a copy of Windows you can use, you can install Windows on your MacBook Pro using the free VirtualBox, then install Approach and either export or manually copy out the data.
If you're not referring to Lotus Approach, let us know and perhaps someone will have other options.

If you had installed Vista, they you probably know most all the how and why, and just need tips on what is new and different.
Main new item to be aware of:
Older driver updates and installers (like Apple Boot Camp) have to run in a new "Vista Compatibile Mode" property setting. It may not run, or run and not really be successful.
You will need to reinstall or install RealTek audio driver yourself.
Pull your drives and leave one raw drive in there, formatted as Master Boot Record and FAT (MSDOS) and boot from the Windows 7 DVD you burned earlier in Disk Utility.
If someone has a Mac Pro from pre-2008, it has a different EFI32 firmware, not UEFI 2.x (EFI64) and may see an EFI boot menu when first boot from Windows 7 DVD (or Vista SP1 or later) when using 64-bit (Microsoft added some support for EFI in 64-bit versions post Vista SP1).
