Compatibilité Yosemite Acrobat Pro

Bonjour, j'utilise Acrobat pro version 11.0.09 sur MacBook Air avec Yosemite.
Je rencontre plusieurs problèmes:
a) Fonctionnalités manquantes depuis l'update vers Yosemite. par exemple Fichier / Créer / Combiner les Fichiers en un seul PDF... ne marche pas du tout
b) Impossible de scanner un document depuis Acrobat

Il n'y a que deux possibilités, attendre la prochaine mise-à-jour d'Acrobat si le problème vient de chez Adobe, ou bien attendre la prochaine mise-à-jour de Mac OS X.10 si le problème vient de chez Apple.

Why is scrolling so sluggish in Acrobat Pro 11.0.10 on Mac OSX Yosemite 10.2.2

I am running Yosemite 10.2.2 and Acrobat Pro latest update 11.0.10, yet when scrolling through even a few page PDF document, the performance is terrible. It is stuttery and sluggish. However, if you open the same documents in Apple Preview, they scroll and run silky smooth and speedy.
I have read sooooo many forum complaints about the Mac version of Acrobat Pro and Reader being like this, and apparently not getting fixed with update revisions.
I have even checked on a Windows 8.1 virtual machine and the scrolling performance is fine, so it seems to be totally Mac related and Acrobat Pro not playing happily.
When is this going to get fixed?

IMac. Adobe Acrobat Pro 8.3.1. Since I installed Yosemite, cannot insert a pdf document into a pdf document. What's my upgrade?

I have an iMac with Yosemite. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro van 8.3.1.
I am unable to insert a pdf document into a pdf document. I go to Document/Insert in the menu bar, get a spinning ball, can do nothing with the app except force-quit.
What's my upgrade? I cannot find one. Do I have to pay full price for a version that will work?

Your version of Acrobat is quite old and not compatible with any current OS, so problems are to be expected. It is too old to qualify for an upgrade as well, so if you want the current version (XI) then you need to purchase a new license, which you can do via the Adobe Products Page.

Acrobat Pro XI constantly crashes after Yosemite upgrade

I recently upgraded my Mac to Yosemite (version 10.10.1 14B25), and now my Acrobat Pro is crashing (version XI 11.0.10). The steps to recreate are pretty simple:
1 launch Acrobat Pro
2 go to Downloads on the Dock and select a recent pdf download
3 Command + F to search document
4 Enter search word, click next
5 Open another pdf using step 2
6 Acrobat crashes
I tried to paste the console crash info here but it wouldn't post my request?
Would love to find a solution to this!

Could you please try the following steps and let me know if it worked for you:
Delete all the files from following folders:
[Home]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore
[Home]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache
And, delete all files from following folder except cache.db
[Home]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AdobePCD
Now, launch Acrobat and try to activate and check.

Cannot update Acrobat Pro on Yosemite

I just tried to update my Acrobat Pro, and after several error codes, I get a loooong, 'problem' message. No idea what it means....
Code type is X86 [Native]

I finally got to download on Safari [thanks--], after closing everything it asked for, serial number, etc. BUT this error message and the following untranslatable errors during download happened. Now what???? SOOOO frustrating!

Acrobat pro won't load on mac running Yosemite! Why?

Why can't I get past the adobe installer page when trying to install Acrobat Pro on mac running Yosemite?

PDFs from Adobe Acrobat Pro not printing with Yosemite

I am unable to print PDFs from Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.0.09 since installing Yosemite 10.10. I have been check-marking "print as image," which worked previous to Yosemite.
I am now printing via the Apple Preview, but despite selecting 1 copy, it is printing 10 of everything.

We would require the install logs to analyse the failue cause.
If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Select
/var/log ▹ install.log
from the hierarchical list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar. Then select the messages from the last installation or update attempt, starting from the time when you initiated it. If you're not sure when that was, start over and note the time. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don’t post many repetitions of the same message.
When posting a log extract, be selective. Don't post more than is requested.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

I recently installed a backup to Yosemite 10.10.1 and tried to use Adobe Acrobat Pro. A message appeared saying that it was part of suite and I needed to open another program like Photoshop CS4. When I tried this Photoshop nor any of the programs of the suite would open. Then I got an error - 150:30 contact adobe.com/support. Anyone with answers?

Trouble initiating "Create"a scan with Acrobat Pro on Yosemite paired with XEROX 6015NI

I am on Mac Yosemite, using Acrobat Pro, trying to initiate a scan through "Create" a document from scanner (Xerox 6015NI, newly installed). Acrobat allowed me to pick the scanner in the first dialogue window, but when I pressed "scan", a new dialogue box pops up and tells me it cannot find scanner and suggested there may be some address issues... How can I fix this? The Xerox documentation that came with the machine is limited at best...

Did you try to remove the scanner manually from system preferences and then add the scanner again? does the error also occur when you use image-capture?

Will Acrobat Pro for Mac Version 11.0.07 continue to function if I upgrade my OS to Mac OS X Yosemite?

I've had issues in the past with Acrobat Pro losing functionality after I've upgraded to a newer Mac OS. Hopefully this won't occur when Mac launches Yosemite. Any comments?

I upgraded to Yosemite and I can no longer print 2D barcodes. I have deleted and updated all my print drivers, so it is an Acrobat Pro (11.0.9) problem.

Acrobat Pro crashing after Yosemite upgrade

Since upgrading to Yosemite, every time I read PDF documents with Acrobat Pro (11.0.09) it crashes. This is usually when scrolling. I am using a MacBook Pro 15in retina (2013). I would be grateful for any help?

Since boot time is slow open System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items
Remove all items listed there. Same for HD > Library > StartupItems
Restart your Mac to monitor boot time.
And make sure there's enough avaiable disk space. Click the Apple  top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac > More Info > Storage. Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.
Check the hard drive.
Launch Disk Utility located in HD > Applications > Utillities
Select the startup disk on the left then select the First Aid tab.
Click: Verify Disk (not Verify Disk Permissions)
If Disk Utility reports errors, restart your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys.
From there you should be able to access the built in utilities in OS X Recovery to repair the startup disk and restore OS X.
As far as the internet is concerned, if you are using Safari, try the following:
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Remove All Website Data
Then delete the cache.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that doesn't help, troubleshoot Safari extensions.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

[28/01/15 15:59:25] Help And Support: Can you please check for existence of file "com.adobe.PDFAdminSettings.plist" at the following locations:
1. /Library/Preferences/
2. ~/Library/Preferences/
This file might be already present on your machine if you have any other version of Acrobat installed. You need to rename this file or move it to some other location and then try installing Acrobat 11 again. Please let us know if you are able to install after following these steps.
It’s only there in /Library/Preferences
I deleted com.adobe.PDFAdminSettings.plist from /Library/Preferences/ with admin privileges
still the installation fails
Any other suggestions.
I also tried installing with an Admin account, still fails!

Printing from acrobat pro 9 with yosemite on iMac retina

My new iMac will not print an annotated form using a completely updated Acrobat Pro 9.5.5. Is there a driver that is missing? When I try to open the form in "Preview" it comes out garbled. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
